I have all good things to say about Adobe Vet Clinic. My two-3lb Chihuahuas Olivia (Livie) and Coconut (Coco) see Dr Phil. His dad leads the Practice so we have seen his dad as well. Both are very knowledgeable and kind. My favorite thing about Dr. Phil is, he not only examines my dogs but he goes even further to educate me on what he/she is dealing with and varying approaches to their current ailment. He discusses treatment options and gives his opinion as if it were his animal, what he would do, or how he would approach the care (tests etc), which I find very helpful as I tend to be a worry wart and go overboard financially with needless tests etc. They are very attentive to my pets needs and issues. I always leave there feeling empowered by what I have learned, and the advocacy provided to my animals by the medical staff including vet techs. I also want to recognize the front office staff. They are on the ball! It is a very busy office and theyre organized and professional. They return calls the same day. I honestly wish I found them sooner before my beloved Lilly passed away, Im sure Dr. Phil would have been very helpful with her issues.

The whole team at Adobe Veterinary Clinic is fantastic. The Heitman’s are an incredible team of vets that really care for the pets they provide for, and they are all around great people. I’ve been taking my two Bulldogs here for years and have always felt they’ve been given excellent care. I highly recommend.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Adobe Vet Clinic is. The entire staff and veterinarians are friendly, caring and passionate. Anytime that we need to be seen urgently, they fit us into their already full schedule. They dont rush the visit, answer all questions and do a thorough exam. Our Jaxon LOVES coming to the vet and seeing everyone. They always take great care of our hyper puppy. We are so thankful for all their hard work!

Adobe Vet is awesome, and we are very picky. We see Dr. Phil Heitman, and I have no doubt that the other veterinarians are amazing as well. The whole staff has been very kind and helpful. Background: we have taken our children (two dogs and a cat) to various vets in the area and always end up with more questions than answers, or are unable to go inside the building with our pet, or experience upselling constantly. At Adobe, we arent pressured, we leave with answers and solutions, and we are able to go inside with our pet. This is huge! Dr. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly, and he takes the time to explain what was going on with our pet. We will only go here from now on. Side note: at our previous vet, for an existing patient, we would have a three week wait, which is ridiculous. Adobe was able to get us in the following week for our existing pet patient which was great, I dislike waiting almost a month to get in for an appointment, may be a small thing to some but that was also very important for us.

Ive been going to Adobe vet for about 5 years now. The vet close to my home was just too expensive. I wish I found Adobe a lot sooner. Their prices are reasonable and the vet care is excellent. Dr. Phil has been my dogs primary vet. He always gives me honest advice on whats best for my dogs. Adobe vet has earned my trust and loyalty.

I have had several dogs that have been patients of this clinic and have been very happy with their service and kindness in the past.What an amazing staff and so caring! My 7 month old puppy ate a sock and they were able to get to the obstruction before it was deadly. They took such good care of her. Dr. Phil is the absolute best. I have been going to Adobe Vet Clinic since I got my goldendoodle Eevee a little over two years ago. He has taken excellent care of her since she was a puppy. When we got our bernadoodle a year later, he took on his care as well. Bauer was very sick when we first got him. Dr. Phil immediately worked me in and was able to see Bauer ASAP. We ruled out the worst (Parvo) and realized he was severely dehydrated and needed fluids. Since then- Bauer has been healthy as can be! He has spayed and neutered both of my dogs without complications. They both LOVE Dr. Phil. Its difficult to find a vet who has great bedside manner who you can tell GENUINELY cares about his animals. I have been to several vets- all of whom Ive had terrible, transactional experiences with. It is never like that with Dr. Phil. He always makes me feel like my animals are his number one priority. Not to mention- his response time is incredible. I am never left hanging when Im worried about my fur babies. I know for me- its important to know I can trust my vet. My dogs cant talk so I have to TRUST that they are okay when going through complications or procedures. I never worry when I drop my babies off with Phil and his team. If you are looking for a vet who is personable, reassuring and overachieving- Dr. Phil is your guy. THANK YOU ADOBE for always taking care of my fur babies. We love you.

This family vet clinic is amazing! Very caring and professional staff and the vets are incredible! The clinic is clean and sanitary. We were referred by a friend and glad we decided to give them a try.

My precious kitty was diagnosed with diabetes about 8 months ago. From day 1, Dr. Phil has been awesome. What I like the best is that he listens to my concerns and suggestions. I never feel rushed. There are too many vets out there that are rigid and have the my way or the hiway attitude. Not Dr. Phil. He treats me as a partner and together we are helping Mickey live his life comfortably. This is a family owned practice and they make me feel like a part of the family. Kind and compassionate describe all the vets in this practice. So glad I found them.

Hands down this is THE BEST vet clinic out there. Dr Phil has been our family vet for many years and his father prior to that. We trust him implicitly with the care of our pets and he’s never steered us wrong. Most recently my 8 yr old dog Abby became extremely ill with many different symptoms that seemed to only get worse. Dr Phil spent a lot of time trying to get to the root of the problem and I truly believe he saved her life! He spent a lot of time following up with us and checking on her progress. You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and spends time thinking about his patients after they leave the office. I can’t recommend him or this office enough! Adobe veterinarian clinic, specifically Dr Phil, jumped in to help out with my pit Bull when the animal hospital down the road did nothing for him, when his calcium levels were through the roof. In a week alone having Dr Phil’s help, Tucker has started eating again and already gained back 6 lbs of the 20+ he lost! I would recommend Adobe Veterinary Clinic to anyone even if it’s just for a routine check up! Thank you Phil and staff for taking such great care of Tucker!

They will charge you $50 to cancel an appointment. I also have seen better care from other vets. All this place did was upsell services.

We live in Tempe but drive to Mesa because this family owned and operated Vet clinic is great with our dogs and does not over charge like places in Tempe

To say that every single vet (and staff member) has gone above and beyond numerous times to save my sweet albeit not too bright golden retriever is no where near an understatement. It’s rare to find a place that actually cares about you and your pet. Their prices are great and they’re very practical about ordering tests. As long as the Heitman doctors are around we will be going to Adobe

I’ve been a client there for a while. Today I was turned away for an emergency exam because my cat was not in a carrier. At no time was I ever told he had to be in a carrier and never have I ever had a problem with him not being in a carrier at any vet. People with small dogs don’t have them in carriers, didn’t figure a vet would discriminate against cats. There was only 1 small dog there that wan’t paying any attention to my cat. They then tried to charge me an extra fee for kennel rental to comply with a rule they never told me about to begin with. My animals will be seen at a new vet from now on due to the unprofessional front office staff.EDIT: YES, I was told I had to have a carrier in order to be seen and YES I was told they would charge me to rent a carrier for the visit. Your policy doesnt offend me but your not informing me ahead of time then trying to charge me for it does. Your lying to me about what I was told here is unprofessional and offensive as well. I was there, I know exactly what was said.

They took care of us and were so kind when it was time to put our Lou kitty that we have had for almost 14 yrs to sleep. We were able to be with him through the process. It was the toughest most heartbreaking thing Ive ever had to go through. The Veterinarian gave us as long as we needed with our Lou before we let him go. He was very sympathetic and talked us through the process. Our Lou went very peacefully. Thank you to all the staff at Adobe for your caring and kind words. I will miss my Polydactyl fur child.😭

I cannot express how wonderful Adobe is. My family has been going to the office for 15+ years for our dogs and cats. We currently see Phil for our dog and he is very caring, going above and beyond what I would expect out of even the best vet. The office staff are always great as well. I absolutely love this place! Family has been going here for many years and when I needed a vet for my pac of dogs I decided to listen to my grandson and try Adobe Vet for myself. I am a retired registered nurse and would highly recommend both Dr. Heitman and Dr. Heitman I would also recommend Dr. Heitman but he recently relocated so he is no longer there. All jokes aside this place is clean, fast, professional and affordable if you can believe that. I know my dogs are receiving the best care available. Dont let the front staff detour you from scheduling an appointment. As I have, well lets just say maybe some of there front staff should not be greeting potential clients (I am just saying). If you need a vet this is the place.

Moved from Illinois and needed to find a new vet. Adobe was awesome, especially when my black lab, Yogi, became critically ill. The doctors and staff were compassionate and caring until the very end. After surgery, Dr. Phil called every day for several days to check up on Yogi.The entire staff treated our dog like one of their own. I highly recommend Adobe

Adobe is a fantastic place to take your pets. We found Adobe after having cats for years. When we adopted 2 new kittens a year ago we tried Adobe. The care experienced sold us on keeping our furry guys with them. However during a recent emergency with ingestion of toxic lilies they were willing to help us way beyond normal clinic care. They accepted our guys after the emergency hospital was charging such an high fee we werent able to pay. Adobe took them in and was able to continue their care overnight...an unusual occurrence for most clinics. They saved their lives. We have had cats for 25 years and never had a veterinarian (Dr Phil) go to such lengths for us. We will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Phil is our vet and takes so much time with us as my little guy has an autoimmune deficiency so can get very sick very quickly so we are all about preventive care. They do not upsell and they will be honest and straight forward. I appreciate a clinic that is run ethically and professionally and best of all this is a family business not some corporation site that is all about volume and profits. Adobe is about delivering the best vetinary care and doing so ethically. Thanks a million one and all!

Theyve taken care of my cats for years. Its a small business practice. The patriarch is a father. His two sons became veterinarians and practice here. I appreciate the care that theyve shown my cats over the years. The service they provide is reasonably priced. The quality of service is exceptional. I 100% give them 5 stars. If I could, Id rate them higher out of appreciation for the care theyve provided my pets.

Unfortunately like so many of the vets their prices have gone up where you have to decide whether take in your pet or not.Office visit was the same as a office visit to my doctor without insurance.

We have 3 little doggies and have tried several vets in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area. Not one compared to the service and care we get from Adobe! Front office is always helpful and friendly. The doctors are super nice and knowledgeable and have treated our kids as if they were their own and the fees are very reasonable. The groomer is awesome too!

We have been taking our fur babies here for years. We have a nervous dog that can be strange around new people and he absolutely loves the staff here. The compassion they have is unrivaled! The doctors love my dogs as much as we do and it shows.

I can see why the Reviews are so good. I just left the Clinic and was amazed at the Quality of Service. From the administrative desk to the Doctors Office.. Examination was thorough, and I was part of the Examination right down to viewing my dogs mast cell tumor under their microscope...My dog had a ripped Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL),and Dr. Phil Heitman talk with me ( NOT at me ), and discussed options with me.. No upselling...He didnt tell me my dog should get Emotional Support from theiron board Dog Whisperer @ $100 an hour...!! 😆Thank You, Dr. Heitman, Jair , and support team for a Great Experience.. Youll be my Vets as long as I live here

Adobe Vet has been our vet for about six years and took great care of our Abby. On Monday 2/11/19 we had to put her down. The staff has always been so helpful, but especially on this day. I was looking for a new vet as my older chi needed a dental. Based on reviews, I chose Adobe Vet.I couldnt be happier with my choice! The front staff is friendly, organized and efficient. The waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable. The setup is conducive for people and pets. Dr. Phil was going to be doing the dental. Dr. Phil did a awesome job explaining to me what was going on with my little puppy Scooter, he even showed me photos. I came away feeling that I had the best care possible. When we are wintering in Mesa for 6 months of the year its good to know that we have such amazing care for our little dog.

They arent the pleasant people that you would expect to be working with animals. The clinic is very nice, but the staff are rigid and seem to wish that they were somewhere else. What ever happened to service with a smile? Honestly, as expensive as they are I should get a smile AND a hug!

By far the best staff and veterinarians around. Every time Ive gone in they show so much empathy and compassion towards me and my pets. I dont normally write reviews but I felt compelled to make sure I share this if anyone is looking for a place that truly cares about you and your pets.

Dr. Phil has a no nonsense way about him. He is knowledgeable, hospitable and has an incredible way with dealing with dogs that struggle with vet visits. My pup starts anxious but by mid exam is alleviated without flooding or muzzling.

Our vet of 15 years is no longer available. I scrambled to get our feline in today as her health declined quickly. 2 other vets were so friendly but just couldnt squeeze us in, which I completely understand. Adobe, was able to get us in after checking into a few things. I arrived, was appreciative of cleanliness of the office and even more appreciative of the great care and concern our feline was given, not only by the Vet himself but also the techs. They have a new client for sure! Well done. ### I had to go again for our other cat - as our 1st gave her, her illness. Our other kitty had a poor reaction to one of the meds, they squeezed us in same day in between appointments and called me today to check on our kittys progress. EXCELLENT CARE so far. Very pleased with them and highly recommend!

I have been going here for years. The staff really love your pets and try hard to accommodate everyone. My dog can finally live itch free, thanks to the treatment he received. AND their pricing is affordable.

Called me in at 1:30 to tell me pet is ready for pick up. I show up by 1:35 only for them to tell me that no one is here to help me to come back at 3. I show up at 2:50 only to sit in the waiting room for the next hour because the doctor still isnt there.

Wonderful vet!Hard to schedule last minute emergency appointments yet for good reason because of the care.I didn’t feel like I was at a car sales lot, they care for your pet as much as you do and don’t try and upsale ridiculous and unnecessary treatments.They are honest, caring and professional.Oh and did I mention AFFORDABLE!
