This place is great. It is so easy to get an appointment and to get someone on the phone. The staff is so welcoming and they dont seem put out to do their job, which Ive experienced so many other places. I am grateful to be able to go to this clinic and am relieved to find a new primary care physician after being without one for awhile. The facility itself is very clean and neat as well. Even though the reason for my visit caused me to have to see a specialist, the staff was great with recommendations and sending my file to the specialist. Overall great experience!

Initially had issues with an MRI order being submitted. After a few weeks and several phone calls, Yolanda was able to resolve the issue. I’m very appreciative of her commitment and due diligence.

Wow! This place and people are awesome. I have had an excellent experience with everyone here at this office, they have met and far exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, approachable and professional. I have also been exceptionally impressed with The practitioners here, they are very skilled, listen and take honest care to listen and go the extra mile. Note: City of Mesa Employees and family, including COM Retirees. I really like the one-stop Wellness. Nicole, Katie and Staff are great. Since I am health conscious, I was able to ask questions and direct my needs. Blood draws were done in office. For retirees younger than 65 take advantage of no copays (only for referrals) Sadly, I am 65+ and cannot continue using this excellent benefit

I wanted to give Dr Katie credit she is such a wonder Dr to me & my family. She is wonderful with kids & I really appreciate everything they do for us!

Dustin was very rude and did not make me feel welcome. I was running late cause I had just had a baby, and he told me he couldn’t take lunch because of me. At 10 in the morning, he couldn’t take his lunch anymore, sounds like he just wanted to make a point. Very unprofessional, and I left with worse symptoms than when I showed up. I also had to fill out first time patient information again, even though they had all my previous records of going, and my previous medications I was on. The whole experience was not worth telling others about nor worth my time and effort.

UPDATE: If any of you read my original review, you know my first few experiences with the City of Mesa Wellness Center was less then what you hope for in a medical experience. That being said, I love that the administration listened to my concern and changes were quickly made. My son had an appointment the week after mine and all of my complaints had been corrected. The offending personnel have been replaced and I am excited to give the center a try again. My husband and son both have great things to say! Thank you for listening!

I am very glad to have a place like this as an employee. The staff are always helpful and I can usually get an appointment quickly when I need it. We used to see Katie Krahe and she was great with our kids.

For city of Mesa employees and their families. I dont know if it is open to the general public.

They scheduled me for an appointment to get my blood tests done and I couldnt because the doctor put no tests needed on his papers. THEN WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE ME AND HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME. Poorly run clinic, not organized at all.
