This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.Everyone in the office is kind and professional! I have the worst Dentist anxiety and throughout my entire procedure Kim and Dr. Magee made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was okay. I made my very first visit today to Parkwood Ranch Dental Care at the South West corner of Southern Ave & Signal Butte Rd in east Mesa and I loved it. Everyone was completely professional very courteous and very friendly helping me feel at ease with my anxieties. Everything was completely explained includingrecommendations for necessary work need along with the breakdown on cost and I really love the fact that they didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary procedures, something that cant always be said for other providers.

Stunning office and amazing staff. Made me very comfortable and explained everything in detail. I was never uncertain about the care of my teeth and the break down of cost. I am looking forward towards going back in the future.

Dr. Magee is wonderful, very thorough yet gentle. I felt like time, care and consideration for my needs were important to everyone. This dental office is great! When I first walked in, I was greeted by the front office staff with warmth and smiles. They were all super nice and friendly whilst I was in the waiting room before my X-rays and cleaning.The back office staff (hygienist, dentist) also exceeded my expectations.They were very informative and professional when it came explaining my dental health, also I didnt feel like i was being pressured into getting work done that I actually did not need (has happened to me before at another dental office). Scheduling the follow up and future appointments were a breeze as well, they were able to work with my random and busy work schedule without issue.Overall, Dr. Matatova and her staff took care of me very well and I definitely see myself coming back regularly for cleanings and whitening!

This office is nothing short of AMAZING! As soon as I walked in the door the staff was so happy and welcoming. Even the receptionist introduced herself to me by her name. I feel like there is not very good hospitality in offices anymore. Not here though. Every person on staff that I came in to contact with with so kind. I did not want to be there but they put me at ease from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. I would highly recommend this office!

The staff was very welcoming and professional and the entire office looked newly renovated and clean, which is very important for me! Got to Meet Dr Matatova and her team and had an amazing overall experience with everyone! Prices were very fair, specially compared to Scottsdale but most importantly the attention and patients the Dr had for me to take her time and explain to me exactly what I needed and why..Overall the best dental experience I’ve ever had!I will definitely recommend this place and be back for the rest of my treatments!

My first appointment with Parkwood Dental could not have been better. From my first phone call to schedule an initial cleaning until I completed my appointment, the staff was efficient and professional. They provided me with the ability to complete the initial intake information online, which is such a timesaver for everyone. Once I arrived, I was greeted personally by all three front office gals, and they couldn’t have been nicer. I was escorted to the back, where Alyssa, the hygienist, did a very thorough x-ray, initial exam, and cleaning, explaining everything she was doing. Dr Magee introduced herself, followed up, did her exam, and I was on my way. Both Alyssa and Dr Magee were very friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed through the entire visit. I was informed of the treatment plan and costs, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I wholeheartedly recommend Parkwood Dental.

The Dr M. offered oral sedation.... when I went to make my appt the next day, I was put on hold for 10 minutes for the Dr to get on the phone and say they couldnt do it cauae they dont offer sedation cause they dont have a wheel chair. WHY WOULD YOU OFFER to begin with??????2. I decided I would just use nitrous to get my tooth pulled. Dr M knew of my anxiety and appt was still made.Day of appt ((today at 12)) Dr M calls me at 1030ish and pretty much talked me out of it. excuse after excuse and comment after comment. I was mentally prepared to get it done.

Im new to Arizona as is this dental office! We found each other thanks to my insurance, I am so pleased with the welcoming staff! Wanda at the front desk has always been very informative, and pleasant to see! My hygienist Alyssa is just so nice and professional with her work! Of course Dr. Matavota is amazing! She fixed all of my cavities, encouraged me to floss more and on my follow up, guess what?! NO CAVITIES 😁

I called, got an appt quickly, filled out paperwork online (loved this) and read their office procedures: arrive wearing a mask, they take your temp, wash hands. I arrive for my appt following their guidelines and yet theres another person in the waiting room without a mask, my guess waiting for someone. I asked about her not wearing it and was told they cant make someone wear a mask. My guess, they didntask her. Im guessing they couldve given her one of their disposable ones or even asked her to wait in her car. So my choice, I admit, I left. They lost a new family of 4 over this.

Everyone in this office is beyond helpful and nice! Ive never been a fan of going to the dentist (who is) bit Parkwood Ranch Dental Care makes it an enjoyable experience, they listen to your concerns and are beyond helpful!!

The staff is super friendly and efficient. The hygienist, Kitoko, provided details at every step explained what she was doing and why it was important. I felt like I was being educated and involved during the exam rather than treated as just another patient. The dentist, Dr. Magee, is bubbly and friendly. There were no surprises when it came to what my new insurance did and did not cover and I look forward to my biannual cleaning. Also, nice to be able to watch tv while getting my teeth cleaned.

I went to Parkwood about 2 weeks ago for a new patient exam. The office was very clean and I was greeted right when I walked in by Wanda. She helped with my insurance information and ensured me that the office was following all the guidelines for COVID. I was then taken to Kitoko the hygienist. Man she cleaned my teeth and educated me on my oral hygiene the way I needed to fully understand. I have to go back every 3 to 4 months but I look forward to it. She did a great job explaining each step of the process and my teeth looked perfect after the cleaning! My experience with Parkwood Dental has been amazing from the start! I had a dental bridge (placed by a different dentist) fall out and I called in a small panic. My call was answered immediately, no automated system, no garbled hold music, I was welcomed by a very cheery reassuring voice. I believe I spoke with Wanda. She reasurred me that they would get me in asap and gave me clear steps on how I could take care of my teeth over the weekend.When I arrived for my appointment you would have thought I was the 100th patient and I had won a prize with the greeting I received from Wanda! She was so inviting and fun to talk to. Everyone was! I had to stop myself from talking talking talking so that they could look at my teeth.Parkwood Dental has the lastest and greatest technology but also offer simple pleasures like organic chapstick, TVs, and warmed blankets to make your experience as comfortable as possible.The whole team made me feel proud of my smile and more importantly made me feel safe in their hands.I would recommend this office to anyone. I had an appointment at the Dental Office today. I entered the Reception Area and was greeted my the most professional, pleasant and friendly employees. I felt so welcomed. They answered all of my questions in regard to my paperwork in a prompt fashion. I was so amazed at the attention I received. :) Then the Hygienists appeared to take me back for my cleaning, exam and x-rays . She was so kind, gently and professional. My exam was completely thorough beyond my belief. This is the first time I have experienced such high quality care. When the exam was completed The Dentist came in to review all imaging. And performed a Cancer screening of my mouth. The Dentist is so pleasant, professional and softly spoke to me. Again amazing!! This Dentist Office has the most up to date, highest quality equipment and the facility is beautiful and clean. I rate this Practice A++++!!!! I moved to the valley in 2000 now in 2019 I finally have had a wonderful team of professionals and a place I can call home!!!!

I was not thrilled at the prospect of going to the dentist, and Ive had past experiences which were less than pleasant and felt hurried. However, the staff at Parkwood were extremely accommodating, straightforward, and fun. I felt at ease throughout my entire time there, and I was provided with a friendly explanation for every issue I needed treatment for. I feel great afterwards and the care I received was top notch. My experience was excellent and I would recommend Parkwood to any friend or family member in need of care.

Went in for a root canal and a crown today, my first so I was very nervous, especially since I have had poor experiences elsewhere. The entire staff is friendly and professional, they all care about your comfort during the entire visit not just during the procedure. This is the type of place where the staff remembers you and your concerns as soon as you walk in the door, you really get the feeling youre viewed as a person not just a paying customer. Dr. Matatova is gentle and has a great sense of humor, and she will make sure your procedure is done perfectly. I recommend this place to everyone.

Parkwood Ranch Dental Care is now my permanent dentist office! I was blown away by how gorgeous their office is, talk about a great first impression! They make you feel so comfortable and at home with their complimentary amenities, im ALWAYS cold so their soft blanket made my procedure that much easier. They offer head phones and TV that you can watch to help distract you from the ‘not so fun’ part of dentistry! TV and head phones are just a start as to what you can utilize to make your visit that much better. Dr. Matatova and the dental assistant, Amy, were great. They are super friendly and treat you just like family. They are very honest with you and I feel like they truly care about your dental health. They are not just there to make money. I will recommend this dentist office to all of my friends and family, as well as continue to go there for all of my routine cleanings and anything else I may need in the future.

Got the chance to have some work done here recently. Their staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is clean well decorated and they even have a fun little Instagram wall with little outfits you can put on.Both Dr. Magee and Dr. Matatova were very professional and provided a high level of care. My hygienist Pilar was very soothing and kind to talk to. She had no problem answering any of my silly dental questions.Overall I highly rate this place and I’ll definitely come again.

Recently went to Parkwood Ranch for an Invisalign consult and cleaning! Experience went beyond my expectations from start to finish. The office was very clean and my appointment was right on time. The hygienist, Pilar, was sweet and thorough and the dentist, Dr. Matatova, made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this office.

Following a five-year period of consistent blows to the face by the real world, which naturally manifested in inconsistent visits to the dentist, I landed in Mesa, AZ in Dr. Matatovas chair at Parkwood Ranch. I was greeted both warmly and professionally and the complaints with which I arrived were handled efficiently, effectively, and with appropriate mind paid to cost. Both Drs. Matatova and Magee are well-trained (and well-traveled) providers who clearly havent lost the human element that is so rare in the dental and medical settings today. Being a healthcare professional myself, Ive become incredibly discriminatory regarding where I go for medical and dental care. That said, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Dr. Matatovas or Dr. Magees chair with more regular visit intervals.
