Hello. I have to say Advantage did a really good job in preparation of my lost. I didn’t have a clue about what happens after someone passes away. Brandy there really helped with everything. The prices there are very reasonable and affordable. I just like to thank you for all your help for everything with my family to get through this hard time. Brandy made it easy there. So yes please used Advantage.

I want to encourage others to use Advantage Funeral & Cremation and Allene’s Celebrant services.Losing dad wasnt as easy as I expected. He was the patriarch of the family and was supposed to live forever. When that didnt happen, it took time to figure things out. While I was thankful that dad in his wisdom had pre-paid for his own service, I still had questions. With the help of my daughter and David, we were able to pick all the best options to make dads service a true Celebration of his life.I had never heard of a Celebrant before and had no idea what was involved. Allene took the time to get to know us. She understood that we didn’t want a religious service and wanted something more tailored to dad’s temperament. She took the time to talk to different members of dads family so when she talked about him, it was like she knew him. It was so amazing to listen to someone we had just met talk about dad like they had been friends for 30 years or more.I am so thankful for how David used all of his experience to help me and my eldest daughter put on a service dad would have been proud of and had fun attending.

David and his team did an absolutely wonderful job helping me plan my father’s services. His team was thoughtful, caring, and really listened to what our family needed. I appreciate all the work they did to put everything together. David went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

My dad had passed suddenly due to covid. We were all in complete shock and had no idea how to handle things. We just did a google search to find a funeral home and I sure am glad we picked this place. Hope was a blessing In disguise she was so helpful to my family! She walked us through everything and helped us every step of the way.

They were amazing, every single person I spoke to was patient and so kind. Hope went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had everything we needed during the entire process. Thank you

David was so empathetic and compassionate with me and my sisters, as we worked out the arrangements for my mom. He gave us excellent guidance as we worked through our options. As difficult as it was in dealing with my moms death, he was a real pro.

The service for my aunt was absolutely beautiful & personable. The staff was genuinely caring and made everyone, from the youngest child to the oldest elder, feel like family. No detail was spared and none were made to feel like they had to help staff.I’ve been to several dozen funerals in my lifetime and I can say without a doubt that the “Life Story” display table was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING ❤️ It sparked memories and precious stories that were shared throughout the evening amongst family and friends. This should be a must for every funeral, every celebration of life, every viewing. It brought a sense of tranquility, peace and a joyous closure for this chapter in ones life.A HUGE thank you for turning something so heartbreaking into something so breathtaking, it was perfect. I never imagined I’d smile and laugh as much as I did. Such a wonderful and much needed breathe of fresh air.

Everyone at this place is very helpful and friendlyThey really made this whole process of dealing with our loved one passing very easy and comfortable.

During this horrible time we lost our beloved mother. We know many families have lost loved ones during this time and how busy funeral homes are but Melcher Chapel of the Roses showed us so much compassion and respect and for that I will be forever grateful. Brandy made the process so smooth and I felt at ease with everything. We want to thank Brandy & her team from the bottom of our hearts.

Everything was placed together personally & perfectly that fit her whole life absolutely from the words to the presentation & all of the chosen pictures! It was a very beautiful service! All photos/videos being showed while stories were being told were spot on. all the way down to the littlest details allowed us to remember her the way she would have preferred us to enjoy and remember about her. This facility was so wonderful and caring. Even though it is their job to take care of us. We felt like we were family. Truly. The memory table was so memorable and a little extra surprise or should I say the big roaring surprise was fantastic my sister would have been giggling with glee.Thank you so much for taking care of us in our time of need.

David, Sylvia, Brandy and Hope all helped me more this last week then they will never know. Our experience with Advantage Funeral & Cremation was more than we expected. My grownup adult children and myself were still in shock of me losing my husband and them losing their Dad. We were treated with respect and sympathy, that made us feel in more control of ourselves. Patience was a virtue...they all showed us. They showed us visuals to help us decide which way we wanted and how we wanted him in his resting place. Zachary was Amazing he went step by step with my siblings and I and always kept me updated with everything going on and what was needing to be done. Rhonda was our Celebratory she was Amazing the way she talked about our Mom was spot on she put everything together Amazingly everyone was talking about the services. I was very thankful that my mother chose Advantage Melcher Chapel of the Roses to handle the cremation arrangements for my father. The funeral arranger, Hope Soza, was just GREAT, she walked us through everything that needed to be done. We are very pleased with her attention to detail. Hope helped ease us through a difficult time with her thoughtful and caring consideration. Everyone was sooo kind. Their slogan “Honest affordable care” is an accurate description of their service.

Hope took the utmost care to make sure everything was well done and in this most trying of times, it was so appreciated. This mortuary has served my family on more occasions than I would have liked and always with the most professional and caring staff we could ask for and Hope is at the top of that list.

At a time of grief, a kind heart and organized mind are very much welcomed. We received such treatment from Zachary Mills as we went through the process of putting my brother at peace. We had invested in funeral insurance years ago that really was a wise move and made the financial process simple with Zachs enormous help. Thank you, Zach. Brandy went way above and beyond what my expectations were. From the moment my mom was picked up to the final delivery for transport everything was perfect. They made a very difficult time so easy.

Brandy was so helpful. She took care of everything I needed, when I needed it. She even worked through a holiday and on her days off. I am so appreciative.
