I have seen two different therapist at this facility. I feel like both therapist have allowed me to work on many different things. Sharla was really good at making any difficult situations simplified, which helped calm my nerves a lot. I’m now seeing Hillary who is very consistent and cares deeply for her patients. She has offered me so much good advice to slowly rewire my brain from anxious to more confident.

The counseling I’ve gotten here has helped me move past an unhealthy relationship, and they tried their best to help both of us even when my partner refused to admit any issues or acknowledge their own problems. Eventually moved to one-on-one where they helped me build up my confidence and self worth to the point I was amble to make the change and focus on myself. The therapists there really do care, and checked up on me during the most difficult times to make sure things were still safe. The office staff are a little disorganized and sometimes there are scheduling problems but nothing terribly major.

The office in really bad at alerting patients to new events..like your counselor not being available due to an accident...and never alerting the patient even on the day of the appointment. The counselor I went to seemed to choose sides pretty quickly in relationship counseling. I wanted a neutral counselor that helps being about communicating, not one that picks sides and brings about argument. So we tried just counseling for one of us...her advice has just brought argument...so definitely changing to a different company.

Horrible experience with this provider. If you are looking to improve your basic communication skills with your partner, or just need a shoulder to cry on, go ahead and spend your time and hard earned money here. But if youre dealing with significant challenges in your relationship or are recovering from trauma/depression/anxiety, be forewarned! These people DO NOT have the depth and breadth of knowledge required to heal complex trauma. AZRI therapists ignorance made my relationship with my partner and kids ten times worse, and put me in a deeper hole Im still trying to dig myself out of. Look elsewhere!

Seeing Lynell was the best decision I have made for myself in a very long time. I have had a very positive experience with all staff I met. I would send all my loved ones to Lynell for her patience, communication, perspective, empathy and the positive impact she makes.
