The counselors are very nice but the company is very shady they were charging my insurance company and my debit card at the same time and charging me more money than was owed to them it was a nightmare getting my account fixed just a word of warning you might want to check other places

Incredibly helpful and compassionate care. Cassidi is one of the best things thats ever happened to me and was especially great through my postpartum depression. This place is just different in the best way and I refer everyone I know who needs someone to talk to.

I went to a group therapy session with a good friend of mine for moral support. I was really surprised at just how well run and effective a session Mindful Wellness put on. I hadnt expected to take anything away myself, but I was wrong. I will be going back for another event when my work schedule allows.

Its hard for me to ask anyone for help and I was certainly not excited to tell my friends or family I was looking for help, but Im glad I did. The recommendation to Mindful Wellness was a life saver. Id never been to a therapist but having been going for a little while now, I cant say thank you enough. If you are thinking about it, I hope you see this review and pay these folks a visit. Cassidi is like a breath of fresh air, she has been exemplary is helping me through my anxiety with school and work. The capacity to have a truly unbiased dialogue and help me find that work/school/life balance has lifted me to a new level. I leave our sessions feeling more jovial and lighter spirited.
