Great office! The staff is very kind and efficient. Dr Blacker is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. He doesn’t mind having treatment last longer if he feels like he can perfect the alignment or lock in the bite. The cost was competitive when I checked with other orthodontists in the area. This office is just amazing, Dr. Blacker is very professional and informative. Both my kids call him the cool doctor. This office works as a team, I had the privilege to witness this at our last appointment. They were down an assistant but you really didn’t feel it the doctor and the 3 assistants just maneuvered where needed, talked to each other some were charting while the assistant moved to the next patient. Dr. Blacker came out and helped and it was like a well oiled machine. Teamwork makes Dreamwork and if they work like this then that shows me the cohesiveness they have as a team and that’s a place where I feel honored to be a part of. I usually go to the office in Gilbert but had an emergency appointment at this location. Ive had a couple of appointments here relating to emergency appointments and both experiences at this office were great. The staff is really nice and listen to your concerns to find a solution.

Dr. Blacker and his assistant were (and always are) so patient and kind and understanding. My daughter has a lot of fear around dental work and Dr. Blacker slows down for her and always uses a gentle and calm approach. We appreciate him so much! And he also has used a more conservative and patient approach to orthodontic work, which we also love and appreciate.

I decided at the age of 72 that I wanted to have my teeth straightened, and I needed a plan. There are a lot of orthodontist in the Phoenix area, so I started to look at different offices, contacting people and asking questions. I decided on Glauser Williams, and I have not been disappointed. It has been a great experience. The doctor and the staff have been wonderful. They have taken the time to explain the process to me and I am so happy with the outcome. It was money well spent. I recommend them highly.

I was happy with the care of Dr. Blacker. Im not familiar with the 75 dollar office fee being high or low. Other than that, it was in and out with a very nice staff for my retainer wire that fell off one tooth.

I went to their office hoping to get invisalign.The staff was very friendly and nice. The exam was quick and easy and they took plenty of time to answer my many questions. They gave me a quote that said itd cost me roughly $2500.00 after insurance was to pay $1500.00 In the fine print it said insurance payment is not guaranteed. I agreed to pay what was quoted for my portion and asked them to deal with insurance if they didnt pay as expected. I was told if insurance didnt cover the expected amount, I would get charged the difference. I asked them to talk to Cigna and verify what payment would be, or give me the billing codes so I could call my insurance agent and verify it myself. They basically told me it would get too tricky to try to figure out and offered no further help.I offered to pay the 2500 that was quoted to me if they agreed to deal with my insurance company and leave me out of the insurance variable. I was told they would look into it and call me in 1-2 days. That was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard from them.From my end, it seemed either A.) They lacked the competence required to give their patients a legitimate price quote for service, or B.) They tried to give me the ol bait and switch. Offer a price of 2500 then in a month tell me I owe an additional 1500 and blame my insurance for the problem. I cant decide which is worse.To me, their willingness to charge me a fair price and then expose me to the risk of an additional charge almost 50% higher than the agreed upon amount, is not acceptable.Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere for invisalign.

I have always been self conscious of the gap between my two front teeth. I finally decided to find treatment. I found Glauser Williams online and decided to call and make an appointment. From my first call with the front office, they were so nice and helpful with my busy schedule to make me an appointment that worked for me. When I had my complementary consultation they made me feel so comfortable and I had no doubt that I would love my smile and I was ready to start this. I was even able to get my braces on the same day as my consultation. Marisol was so amazing. I was a little nervous to get them on but she was so gentle and told me what she was doing through the whole process. I left with a goody bag with wax, toothbrush and toothpaste and a lot of information to help me know how to take care of my new braces. The staff assured me if I needed anything before my next appointment to please call. It’s been about 6 weeks since I got my braces put on and my experience has been so great. All of the staff is so friendly and caring, I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for honest, caring and truly great people to take care of you!

Ive had to get braces here multiple times due to previous bad, different orthodontist and my jaw and every time Ive come in for every checkup, theyve been friendly and quick and helpful!! Both of my children are currently being seen by Glauser and Williams. We are very fortunate as they come to us in the mountains once a month so we dont have to travel. When we do come down we always visit the Brown Rd office. All the staff are amazing, courteous, nice and helpful. We have never had a bad experience during the 18 months of treatment we have received. We are able now to look forward to the next 24 months as our second child is having braces put on today. Thanks for everything, we appreciate how wonderfully we are treated and taken care of by everyone involved.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years now for my almost 11 yr old daughter. They began by placing a spacer and eventually partial braces. We are about to put on a full set of braces on and I have never had an issue here. They are a great staff and always have fun trivia for the kids to play while waiting. I recommend this office to anyone looking into getting braces.

4 of 5 of our family members have had braces from here. The fifth is too stubborn to admit perhaps those lower chompers could use a little straightening.They are very reasonably priced and they have a top notch support staff. Even with the passing of Dr. Glauser, they maintained their level of service with little disruption.

His prices are right on and he gives discounts for paying in full, having multiple kids in braces etc. Plus the front office is always helpful and kind. We have been going here for a little over a year and absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Every time we come we dont have to wait that long to be seen. I love the waiting room area with the video games and kids play area and TV. Its nice to have that when you have other kids that are waiting as well. They are always having some kind of contest or activity for the kids. My son is almost done with his braces and we have nothing but good things to say about them. My son said his favorite part is the ice cream he gets after his adjustment. Great place!

My teeth look great! Everyone was always so nice. My whole family, all nine of us, got braces here. My parents obviously like this place as much as I do.

Paid thousands of dollars for daughter to get braces, braces broke, all offices except way out in Queen Creek state they dont have anyone in office that knows how to fix braces today. If orthodontics is what they do, how can they be open if they dont have anyone who can fix braces. Have to drive to Queen Creek to have braces fixed so she doesnt have to miss school tomorrow and so she wont have wire sticking her in mouth for another day. For the thousands of dollars they want, you would think they would have competent staff on duty for such problems in more than just one out of four offices.

I loved my experience at Glauser-Williams. The staff was always so helpful, and it was just a nice environment. Everyone there wanted to be there and they helped me in every way. Had I had gone to another orthodontics, I would have had my braces on for another 6 months at least, but thanks to Glauser and Williams, I was able to get them off after 9 months. You can tell that the staff loves their jobs and they treat each patient with respect and dignity. I was treated like an adult even though I am only 16 but it felt were nice. They tried their hardest and my experience was amazing! (:

I absolutely love this office! I had my ortho done here by Dr Glauser himself, and my 2 boys as well. I highly recommend them and trust them for great treatment and great professional care from all staff

Three times we have made appointments at 8am so my son wont be late for school only to have the orthodontist show up around 8:30 am. The retainer check only took 30 seconds but my son now misses some of first hour. Retainers are cheaply made but they charge $350. We have had four break within a few months just from normal usage. Retainers are also poorly molded so they fall out easily. He now has small spaces but the orthodontist blames it on him instead of the bad retainers. They also have a sign on the door for parents to stay out of the back room. This makes it difficult to communicate with the orthodontist and you never clearly get an update on their progress. Scheduling system only goes out a couple of months so its hard to make appointments. We are switching to another orthodontist.

Please do not go here, despite what the better reviews may tell you. The doctor made empty promises to me, as in the beginning. They said they would shift my bottom row of teeth over 2mm because it wasnt centered when I got my braces, in which they did not do. Ive spent too much time in that damn chair than I needed to because Glauser couldnt stop talking to his coworkers before he checked me. Hes put his fingers in my mouth without gloves, he brags to his co- workers constantly, and doesnt think of his patients. Dont come here.

My teeth look awesome now that Dr. Glauser fixed them up. I cant keep the ladies away from me. Serious though, I can see why they have had over 15,000 patients, not only is their service excellent but their customer relations as well. Dr. Glauser at first may seem like a big tough guy, but hes a real softy on the inside once you get to know him. I broke a bracket and I had to fly out the next morning to Utah and they fit me in their schedule to get it fixed before I left. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great smile!

Both of my kids went to Glauser-Williams for braces and retainers. They enjoyed both Dr Glauser and Dr Williams, not to mention all the assistants. The office staff has always been professional and easy and pleasant to work with both in person and on the phone. I have and always will highly recommend them!

Seriously the worst place Ive ever been to, because of them I had to go through three sets of full mouth braces from the ages of 7-17. Then I had to have double jaw reconstruction surgery they insisted could be fixed by Invisalign. After going to multiple dentists, surgeons, and other orthodontics - they all insisted surgery was the only proper way to fix the problem they caused. This is the last place I would send you or your child to, so do yourself a favor and go to McDonald Orthodontist they took way better care of me for my last set of braces before and after surgery. These people are just money hungry careless people.
