I was pretty nervous going into my first appointment to start working on my oral issues. I have had a really good and easy experience for the start at GD greenfield. The girls are truly amazing, professional, friendly and good at their jobs so I knew going into getting my deep root cleaning I would be well taken care of and under good hands.Leslie was my Dr. and responsible for getting the work started. I don’t know how else to say it, She was truly amazing. She did my work FAST, painless and stayed present with me the entire time she was working on my gums, for the first time I felt completely at ease, relaxed and at comfortable with everything she did. She made me feel so much better and hopeful about everything and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leslie is the best at what she does, I am sure by her ability to put me at such ease during my appointment. Thank you L.

My first visit to Gentle Dental Greenfield was excellent. I was checked in on time by a very welcoming staff. Jaime and Dr. Brightman were efficient, thorough and personable. I had not seen a dentist in quite a while (years after a move) so issues were expected. Work is needed, and Dr. Brightman explained priorities while acknowleging my limited budget. She made a plan to allow some pressing concerns to be addressed soon, and others after the new year to make it financially possible.Very happy to have found a new office and dentist for the future!

I’m sure similar to others, I’m not the biggest fan of dental work which has led to me not seeing a dentist regularly. This office has completely changed my view of visiting the dentist. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and good at what they do. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and taken care of!

I asked for help with an exposed root on one of my teeth on 6/23. I asked for the earliest appointment and they were able to get me in 6/24. It was a filling that had fallen out and Dr Hall was able to get me fixed in 20 minutes. I was very grateful. The price was reasonable too.

I recently switched dentists to Gentle Dental Greenfield and am so glad I did. I had a bad tooth that needed a root canal. Dr. Garber is an amazing Endodontist! I’ve had many root canals in my lifetime and I can honestly say the root canal that Dr. Garber just performed was the easiest, most pain free one I’ve ever had. It didn’t hurt at all and his personality really puts you at ease. His assistant is very caring too. What a great team they are. What I love about this dental office is that they help you and do not judge you. I felt very comfortable and at ease here.

Just left an appointment with Dr. Hall and Matthew and it went better then I expected. I have been a long time patient with Gentle Dental Greenfield and Dr. Hall and never once have had a bad experience. I greatly appreciate this office! I have extreme fear of going to the dentist. I had no choice but to go last week when my pain was greater than my fear. Omg Dr. Pham was amazing. Im terrified of needles in my mouth, I felt nothing at all. Ive been coming here for a while now and Ive made them my home dentist. Oh and the staff are amazing too.

I had a root canal today by Dr. Garber (hilarious guy, by the way) and hands down, the best Ive ever had. Maria was very attentive, Megan, Elayne, Gina, and Carol in the front were super sweet. Ashley and Oscar made sure to check on me as they went by my room, and Desi was super informed on my insurance and was able to go over my fees and answer all my questions. Great service with great people. 10/10 stars.

I love coming to Gentle Dental Greenfield, the staff is so polite and make the process very smooth. I’ve gotten regular cleanings as well as wisdom tooth removal done here and my experience has always been great!

Very rude front desk lady. Just called about being 11 mins late and she said she would ask the hygienist if that was okay. She comes back and said I would be past the 15 mins window.. I said what? I’m only 11 mins after I said.. and she said no we want the full hour for my appointment. Due to policy’s you get a 15 min window and I just felt they didn’t want to take me. I’m not even a new client there either. Just lazy staff that would rather sit and be on their phones it seemed like than work. And they aren’t scheduling for a month and half out. Rather go to a place that loves there job.. I’ll be finding a new dentist clinic. Good luck with that staff it won’t last.

As a retired dental hygienist, I can tell you that Monica is the best hygienist I have ever had, going all the way back to 1972, including all the hygienists I worked with during my 20 year career. She is the most thorough, educated, and at the same time gentle and has a great “bedside manner “. The whole practice is the best I have ever been to in all those years, as well. All treatment, as well as practice management, is done “by the book”, as it should be...not made up their own way. Also the most thorough medical history I have ever seen in almost 50 years...very important!

Update: Came back in today and had a wonderful visit with Dr. Garber and Maria, they are so very kind and made sure I was well taken care of.Had an appointment today with Dr. Pham and it was better then I expected it to go. Josue was an amazing assistant and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The entire office staff from Megan, Elayne and Gina are so welcoming and make sure Im all taken care of. Greenfield is by far the best location for Gentle Dental. I had went to the one on Signal Butte for years, but just recently my mom and I have transitioned to Greenfield and we have no regrets! There are so many nice people who attend to us and give us the best care possible. More specifically, my hygienist Monica, is amazing. Shes so kind to us, and she keeps up the conversation really well. I love talking to her! We never run out of things to say...and on top of that, she is great at what she does. She makes sure my hygiene is as perfect as it can get. Dr.Hall is also outstanding! I went in today to get a filling for a cavity, and she made sure I wasnt scared, and comforted me throughout the entire process. She explains things thoroughly, and anyone who gets to have her as their doctor should consider themselves really lucky. The assistant she had was also wonderful, but I forgot her name. But, Gentle Dental is a great place to go, you wont regret it!

Monica is the best hygienist I’v had. I love how I came out of my cleaning appointment with a clearer understanding as to why and how we should be proactive with our dental health but also feeling like I was just catching up with a friend. I have been completely satisfied with my visits to Greenfield Gentle Dental. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly front office. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken to a room.My dentist, Dr Pham and his dental tech, Josve were wonderful and caring! They wanted to make sure I was comfortable and were consciousness to make sure my dental appt was thorough. Upon leaving the check out girls were kind.

They cancelled my appointment and gave it to someone else. I got a root canal a year ago, my tooth still hurts, and they had the audacity to try and tell me I’d have to pay for another one if they want to fix it… they are unorganized and I’ve had to refill out my patient forms 3 times this year. I am a longtime customer who has been going to what is now Gentle Dental even before they moved into their current establishment (which has been some time now). I have moved about 30 minutes away and pass by many dentists including the Gentle Dental sister office for two reasons Dr. Hall and Tanya.I am always happy when I see that Tanya is there. She is always smiling, explains what she is doing and always answers all my questions to satisfaction. She has been there several years now and I can say she is the best assistant I have experienced.What can I say about Dr. Hall other than she is amazing. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin.My entire experience with this specific Gentle Dental Location* greenfield, has been absolutely amazing and continues to exceed any and all dental visit, dental work or oral needs I have had in the past.As I unfortunately received dental work under malpractice, now having alot of complicated, sensitive and critical work to hopefully reserve as much damage as my horror story resulted in.Dr Hall, is literally a Life SAVER, extremely professional, caring and an expert at what she does, I was prepared for the worst before meeting with her, she was my last resort for a second opinion of my situation.Not only did Dr.Hall take the precious time, examing me, she also made me feel SO comfortable, cared for and most of all she was willing to go out of her way, with her team of amazing girls at the office to accommodate me, fit me in and NOT about the money it may cost to get the work done under my financial limitations.Another mention, Megan who was the other wonderful girl who coordinated, constructed, and finalized my consultation with dr. Hall making the break down, financial planing and upcoming appointments easier than checking out at the grocery store. She explained everything to me in such detail, was willing to work with me and able to move around there very busy schedule to get me in as quick as possible.As I wait to begin the process to restore my cosmetic nightmare, I highly recommend dr, hall and have had an beyond extraordinarily great experience so far and for the first time, I’m looking forward to working more with the entire team,

I have really enjoyed my experience at Gentle Dental! The front office secretaries were both so friendly. I also had the kindest Dental Hygienist ever!! Monica is wonderful! She explained the process of the future procedure so simply to me and she gave me some tips on how to adapt my tooth care routine to accommodate for my sensitive teeth. She was patient with me and made sure to regularly check on me and how I was doing:) This office makes me not dread the dentist office.

Dr. Garber (endodontist) and his staff have done four root canals for me in the past few years as I have been restoring a lot of previous (bad) dental work. The service is always great and his staff takes excellent care of their patience. They remember us if we are repeat visitors. They are always patient and kind with those of us who have dental anxiety and phobias. They are complete professionals who also have a lot of heart. While I am glad I won’t be needing any root canals in the immediate future, I am sorry I won’t get to work with this team more regularly.They have made the process of restoring my smile far more enjoyable than it could have been.

I dont know about you, but, I thought part of the paperwork was redundant with the first call for the appointment. I am already 72 yrs young and had to spend 45 minutes in the waiting room filling out 6-7 pages of paperwork. Arrgh.The positive side was they took me in the day after I called with tooth pain. They were friendly fast and efficient. I hope my next appointment goes as well.PS. I have had a phobia about dentists all my life. These folks werent scary at all.

Routine cleanings for years in our history. Hygienist was rough, abrasive in her suggestions, and dentist was straight forward and emotionless. Supposedly have 6 cavities in daughters mouth and a cracked tooth and comity in mine. Text messages and phone calls non stop confirming appointments before hand were absurd. I responded once, please stop calling and emailing and texting to keep confirming. Won’t be returning

I have a lifelong history of extreme anxiety around dental visits. My ex-husband referred me to this specific office (even though its far for me). I made my first appointment and anxiously waited. When I got there for the first time, I was greeted by Elaine. She was friendly and efficient. After a VERY short wait, I was called back by a young man who was soft spoken and patient. I must have been sweating bullets because he knew that I was nervous. He spent some time talking with me, then Dr. Hall came in and introduced herself. I let them both know about my anxiety and she quickly let me know what steps they can take to make me comfortable.Long story short, Ive seen Dr. Hall several times. Shes friendly, gentle, quick, and thorough....exactly what I need!Yesterday I had to see another dentist, Dr. Baddam, for an extraction and bone graft. Her assistant, Mrs. T, was wonderful. She made me feel so comforted. Nurturing kindness filled the small space and I was at peace while Dr. Baddam struggled to get that stubborn, broken tooth out.Everyone from the receptionist, to the check-out gals in this office are very nice. The entire office seems to work well as a team, and finds time to make their work environment fun.I have never waited more than 5 minutes in their waiting room, to be seen by the dentist once taken back, or to be checked out. I feel like my time is valued there! I am 44 years old, and this is the first time in my life that I went back to the same dentist more than once, AND successfully completed a treatment plan!!If you, like me, have struggled to find a good dentist, go see the good folks at Gentle Dental Greenfield!! I just had an amazing cleanin from Monica, the hygienist. She was very through and gentle. Dr Hall and her assistant Jamie we’re very clear with my recommended treatment. The front desk girls were very helpful and organize when scheduling my next visit. I will definitely be coming back this office.

At the age of 70 I had to have one of my wisdom teeth extracted. I am quite fearful of dentist Dr Baddam and Reina her assistant put me at ease immediately. I didnt even feel the tooth extraction at all I certainly would recommend gentle dental and come back

I went to Gentle Dental a month ago and had a great experience, at the front desk, they were very friendly. The girl that took my X-ray I think it was Ana was quick and gentle, then I saw Dr. Hall and explained to me what work needed to be done and my options. Monica the hygienist did a great job on my cleaning and very knowledgeable and asking if I was ok and on my X-ray they saw a problem with one of my teeth and they called Dr Garber who was in another one of their office and he was able to see me the next day and prepare me for a root canal, he was so gentle I didn’t even feel the injections he gave me. I really recommend Dental Gentle to everyone. Excellent experience

I took my 12 year old daughter to Gentle Dental and they were very professional. The staff was friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. They took very good care of my daughter. After waiting since February for my old dentist office to get me scheduled for my crown; Carol worked her magic and got me in to see Dr. Hall today! So glad to finally have this done. Dr. Hall and Tania were great and made me feel very comfortable and informed about what exactly was going on. Megan was very friendly and made sure that the payment/checkout process very quick since I had to be back to work. 10/10 would recommend this office

Went in for an SRP procedure with Monica Villarreal. The entire staff there was very professional and friendly. Procedure went according to plan. I asked several questions regarding my dental health and my questions were answered with honesty and clarity. Will definitely come back.

Dr. Hall and the assistants Tania did an amazing job. Very nice and I appreciate how professional they are as well as their sense of humor. The front desk is great, Elayne especially.

I saw Angel the hygienist on 9/29 for the first time for my cleaning. She was extremely nice and gentle around my gums and doesnt come across as lecturing when she talks to you about oral health care. My kids are very attached to their normal hygienist, but I thought Angel was so wonderful, I knew my kids would be fine seeing her as well.

Came in for a new patient exam today and everyone was great. Megan checked me in and she was very welcoming. Tania, the assistant, was super friendly and did my xrays quickly and efficiently. Dr. Hall was awesome as well! Monica was very informative and helped me understand my recommended treatments. All in all, a great experience!

Had an appointment today with Dr Baddam and her assistant Reena for an extraction, it was a very quick procedure and painless. I highly recommended gentle dental greenfield! The whole office is amazing and nice.

I just went and had my teeth cleaned at Gentle Dental at 1425 S Greenfield Rd in Mesa and I received the BEST teeth cleaning I believe I have ever had! Monica Villarreal was my hygienist. IF any of you want to have your mouth cleaned incredibly well, the best possible, I would strongly recommend seeing Monica!!!

Reena and Baddam worked with me to removed my broken tooth. They made sure it painless and that I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

I recently took my son here for wisdom tooth extraction. It went very well and I would highly recommend this office.Dr. Kenney and his assistant Katrina did the procedure and did a great job. He delivered a thorough explanation of what he was going to do and all the risks involved. Both my son and I were impressed.The other team members we interacted with were great too. Elayne checked us in and was very nice. Carol treated us like VIPs when she took us back. Tanya who took x-rays was very friendly.My son was well taken care of and had zero complications.Also, a few weeks later I referred my ex-wife here.
