Mountain Bridge Owners Clubhouse has a spectacular resort-style pool with a beach entrance, outdoor jacuzzi whirlpool and fitness center with plenty of parking.

Great place to have a party. Clean, cool and the attendant provided was fantastic

I met a friend here. This is a great all around community center with a nice heated pool. Also has Pickle ball, Ping-pong, Cornhole, etc... you could even swim 25 yard laps if you wanted.

Wonderful , peaceful, very nice neighborhood, nice people , HOA is always trying to work with you and help for any situations or request .Very safe area .almost no scorpions . I only found 2 outside and one in my garage in 4 years .I live in Bella via division , mountain bridge.The home is a very good quality .All the amenities you need are here.i love this place.

This lovely gated community has a community pool, gym, and picnic areas. These homeowners are wonderful neighbors! The homes are beautiful!

Wonderful neighborhood....

Not sure exactly why this has a page as its a private community. You need a key to get in obviously. But its a very nice community pool. Closes at 11pm every night. Gets busier during winter because all the snow birds come back. But I love the pool and hotub so I spend a lot of time here.

New amenities make this place what it is. I like it all. Possibly shade some of the benches along the sidewalks?

I gave a number of friends that live in Mountain Bridge. They have an activity that is held in the rec center that I participate in. Year round there are always some one swimming, they are always celebrating holidays and are open for new ideas to engage their residences.

Top notch in every respect. Fantastic pool and way above average gym with quality Life Fitness equipment.

Great community, and very well organized. Their Easter activity was outstanding with an easter egg hunt, cupcake decorating, breakfast with the easter bunny by the local boy scout troop.

I am a Security Officer here. The Residents are very friendly and courteous.

Moved in 3 months ago and the HOA is a nightmare!!!The final straw is this email I received yesterday......We got a an anonymous note that your children were playing in the street and were not paying attention to traffic and had concerns that there could be a safety issue. Can you please just remind your children to be cautious when playing in the street.We don’t have sidewalks so the children need to ride/walk in the street to get to and from the bus, the park their friends, Ect.They have been taught to be safe but they are kids and I’m sure have made mistakes but in the end the responsibility goes to the driver.We live in a gated neighborhood and not on a through street so there isn’t any “traffic”.We’ve received nothing but notices since we moved in with no grace period for moving things and getting settled.Do not move here if you have children or you want a sense of community. It’s full of retired people who don’t like children and snowbirds who aren’t there half the year.

We had a great party and the employee from Mountain Bridge was very nice, helpful and accommodating

I would strongly advise not buying in Mountain Bridge. I recently moved in and the HOA has already been a nightmare. You are going to pay top dollar for your home and the HOA will not work with you at all pn any aspect of the community. I will be organizing a vote to get the community manager as well as management company removed. Ive had to get an attorney to represent me. These are not the type of headaches you want to deal with when you purchase a new home. Do not move here!!
