This is an amazing planned community! We bought here for multi-generational living. There are all sorts of amenities for the young and young at heart. We have enjoyed the neighborhood play areas during the pandemic and numerous bike and pedestrian paths. Theres a pool and several splash pads. Just check on your builder before getting into a home.

I am happy to have found Eastmark. Multicultural, friendly, parks within walking distance of almost every house. Anxiously waiting for the businesses on the periphery to expand and the next part of the 24 freeway to finish. First Friday concerts, car shows, pop up park parties, holiday celebrations, very easy to live in and visit.

Wonderful community with so many events for our community.

Went looking at houses and ended up in Eastmark. It is such an awesome community. I love the outdoor living master plan for the community and once I finish school I will be looking in that area.

Definitely falling in love with Eastmark! Cant believe I keep hearing that they did so much more before the pandemic.

Best Community in East Mesa. The community has a lot of parks, trails and get together areas. It also has a lot of different activities for families, such as concerts.

Great spot for a day at the park. Beats any facility that AJ has to offer hands down.

One of the best communities I have ever lived in hands down.

The Downsides: HOA leaves dead shrubbery in your yard, lots are insanely small, and neighbors seem to be lacking in respect as everyone leaves their dogs outside all day long into the night. Very noisy neighborhood and not good for those who are home during the day or are light sleepers.The Pluses: Clean and safe neighborhood, staff is friendly, a lot of family events

Nice looking common area. Could use a few more trees or shade structure. The small restaurant here was super friendly

We love coming to Eastmark for the park and the pool. They have food trucks every week too and its a huge block party almost every weekend! Its fun for the whole family!

Great place for kids to get wet and play too. Splash pad is enclosed and bathroom is a few steps away. We had a bite to eat at Handlebars cafe. They have good food and very friendly staff. Grass area with picnic tables are great for little ones to play too.

Best community in Arizona!

Nice area, not my cup of tea though. Very planned community, suburb looking area. All new construction and they separate the color and exterior looks to avoid looking cookie cutter. There is at least one community pool. But its seems a little far removed from everything including shopping.

Its nice place my friend is living here and liked me too much. Is very quiet and good facilities and close to many places to go .

Amazing master planned community. Great pricing, amazing parks, community amenities include themed playgrounds, innovative play structures, party venues, good food, social gathering places, sports courts, pool, etc.Wish the lots werent so small. But geared for lower maintenance and to encourage community involvement it is an amazing area.Basis Mesa school is one of the options and they are all extremely well equiped and highly desirable schools.

Great neighborhood and fantastic neighbors. Homes are beautiful, lovely parks,great community center.The Handlebar diner is located in the community center. Great food and service.

Went to an outdoor concert. Loved, loved loved it. Beautiful night, great music. It was a Elton John, Billie Joel guy and he was great.

They have a great pool with a club house that has billiards and pingpong and much more

Stopped to try the Handle Bar Restaurant. It is a very small place that charges a very high price. Didnt eat because the only thing they were serving was Brunch and I wanted to try one of their salads. At least I saved some money except for the $3.25 glass of Coke.

I have lived in Eastmark for 4 years. We love it here. It has grown a lot. lots of people, lots of activities. Grounds are beauifully kept. Visited pool today for first time in a while, was clean and really nice!

I like Eastmark more and more every time I come out here. From my home in S Tempe its approximately 30-35 minutes drive and all freeway. With the 60E to 202S to 24 which takes me right down to Ellsworth its a snap. What an array of builders and choices. Prices are still great but trust me more and more people are finding Eastmark and they will go up too! Something for everyone.

Very nice shaded splash pad for kids. Its gated so they cant run off into public parking.

If distance wasnt an issue, I would certainly move here! This place is amazing with a huge park that offers grass fields, jungle gyms for different ages, a splash pad, community pool, its own preschool, a gym, you name it! There are about 10 or more different builders building detached town homes, small family homes, and large family homes. This area would be perfect for a going family.

We have only visited the splash pad in this community. Its got about 10-12 different sprayers and has a shade canopy and benches for the adults. My only complaint would be that the benches arent in the shade and once almost all the sprayers werent functioning. Other than that, its been a great play place for me and my two year old.

Great homes and builders in this emerging community but they arent that friendly... Dont really make you feel like you want to invest a half million bucks to live. Shame.

Almost had to drag my granddaughter out of there! And there were so many kids her age at the pool. Shes excited for her next visit :)

Awesome neighbors, strict HOA. Parks designed by someone who has never met children. The people make the neighborhood and its awesome!

Love the Eastmark splash pad! Its enclosed by a gate so you can let the kids roam free and not be worried about them running away too far. And its nicely shaded.

We love living in the Eastmark community. Kind, friendly people and the community center is tons of family friendly fun. Extremely clean and well taken care of.

Great center for all thing Eastmark. They have very knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, and a fun game room. If you are looking for a home, start here for sure.

The wife and I love taking our son here. We can have drinks while he plays on the splash pad or the big grass field, or the playground.

Not enough value for the amount of house you get. I will say that there are a lot of good people who live here. However, in general, it doesnt seem like a great community for couples without kids or single people. Also, remember that all the community events and hype will continue to diminish after more and more realestate sells. Lastly, steer clear of the Facebook group if youre not a fan of drama.

Growing neighborhood. Great place to raise a family. Moved here Jan/2017 and love everything about it. Low HOA, frequent concerts, and food trucks. There is always an event going on or something to do.

Such a cool community. We stopped in just to check it out and ended up buying a new house. So much fun stuff and such a neat vibe.

Love the splash pad here for kiddos. Havent done much else, but if you have young ones 6 and under, the splash pad is shaded, plenty of seats.

Love the neighbor so friendly with lots of common areas that are filled with parks. A beautiful pool and a clubhouse that has various games to play at no cost.

The eastmark community is isolated and far from shopping/entertainment areas. Cell phone service is spotty at best. Maybe in 5 years it will be better. Oh, by the way trim the vegetation along the right of ways. It looks like a jungle in there!!!

I love this community... I wish the builders did a better job making sure you get what you paid for, but Im pretty sure its on par with all new home builds.

Eastmark is the future of Mesa Az. If you have not had a chance to stop by and see what all the buzz is about now is the time to check it out. With a projected 15,000 residence and over 20,000,000 sq ft of commercial, industrial, retail, & manufacturing space, this will be a destination for success. We cant wait to see the day that Grand Canyon University opens its doors for its future student population. Imagine your kids growing up in a community that provides the best education from the time your child is able to go to school at the Basis School, finished off with a college education a mile 1/2 mile away at Grand Canyon University, and then gets their first real job working for Apple one of the most profitable companies in the world. All this and hundreds of acres in parks all in the same community and located 2 miles east of Mesa Gateway Airport. I have had two clients this past week close on their new homes with Standard Pacific in the Eastmark community and they are very excited with everything the future has to offer.

Amazing park and they have some of the best scenery in that developing areas. The staff that host the events are amazing and always keep this park in tip top shape.

The EastMark Community Center is a great place for members of the EastMark Masterplan Community to relax and spend time with their neighbors. At the moment the community center also contains a builder office where non-residents can go to get maps of the community as well as locate builders for possible new home purchases.

The children enjoyed the well-made equipment and loved the splash-pad with its fun fountains lit with multicolored LED lamps.

Eastmark is overrated and overpriced. Soon it will be overcrowded too. The homes are bunched too close together in all it’s subdivisions so the yards are too small. The neighborhoods are nice but some salespeople act like it’s Bel Air. Come on, man.

Get red tag when using park more then 2hrs
