TLE Eastmark has been a wonderful addition to our family. My children feel safe and welcome everytime they enter the center. The teachers go above and beyond to ensure my girls are loved and feel welcome. I cant say enough good things about this center. Last Friday the center hosted a family Fall Festival. It was amazing! You could tell how hard all the teachers and staff worked to make this night an amazing experience for the families and the children.

My only son started attending here less than a month ago and I was one worried momma. Ms. Gillian and Ms. Shayla have made this transition even easier than I could imagine. He has started waking me up every morning saying Im ready for school Momma... My fiance and I could not have found a better center to bring our son to! Keep up the hard work and dedication!

I went back to work for the first time since having my daughter- I am so glad that I chose this place. Megan and Jamie are amazing and always make sure you feel comfortable leaving your child there. Her teachers have been great, and even though my daughter is only 2 and we’ve only been there for 5 months, there has been a significant increase in her speech development and social skills.There is an awesome app where you get picture updates of what they are doing that day and it sets my mommy anxiety at ease. Would recommend this place to everyone!

My son loves being here and has not only had fun, he had learned so much, educationally and socially. I have seen him grow so quick since we started having him attend only a few months ago. I can tell that the staff truly does care for the child and what they do. They are responsible and reliable. I was one of those helicopter moms that typically would not even want to consider having someone watch my kid, but it was needed at the time and now I am so glad I took that step. They go above and beyond to make it a fun place for the kids to learn and grow. I know that my son is in good hands! The place is clean and professional!

It is never easy taking an infant to daycare however Megan and Jaimie made me feel immediately at ease when I attending a tour of the facility. All of the staff have been amazing! Our little one has thrived under their care and tutelage. I highly recommend The Learning Experience - Eastmark if you find yourself needing a child care facility that provides a safe, loving environment for your children to grow.

With all the chaos that has come with the COVID--theyve consistently been there for my kiddo even when its nearly impossible to get enough help. I look forward to my kiddo being with them much longer.They do charge a higher tuition, but you get what you pay for. My child went from behind by a year and a half in speech to ahead of his age group by about 6 months within just 6 months. These are amazing teachers, doing what I could not do for my son.He begs to go to school even when hes home with a fever. This is where you want to put your kiddo--a preschool asked for by name by a 3yo.Ill try to post pictures later.

My daughter has been going to TLE for four months and we couldn’t be happier with the staff and experience. We get picture updates throughout the day and the teachers treat her like one of their own. I feel safe and comfortable taking her to daycare during a pandemic. The staff and teachers do an excellent job at answering all my questions and ensuring my 6 month old is hitting all major developmental milestones.

I love how happy my daughter is and excited when I drop her off. She learns so much everyday! The staff are so friendly and I feel like they really love their jobs. They send tons of pictures throughout the day so I can keep up with whats going on. Cant say enough good things.

From day 1 we felt comfortable drooping off our daughter. She has excelled so much in the last 9 months here. We are so grateful to the entire staff that’s contributed to her growth. We absolutely love and recommend TLE at Eastmark.

Our son has been going here since August. He loves it. He gets to interact with other kids. Everyone adores him. When my husband or me drop/pick him up, they greets us and know all the children and parents. It’s so welcoming and they really care for the children.

The Learning Experience in Eastmark has been a great place for my daughter; she is 3 years old and has been attending for 7 months now.Things I love:1) The school has a curriculum that teaches children about all sorts of things - my daughter has came home talking about planets and the international space station, letters and numbers, fruits and vegetables, animals, etc.2) It’s fun! My daughter has an absolute blast here. She comes home talking about her friends and her teachers and all the playing she did that day. There’s an app that teachers post updates and photos on through the day, and she always looks so happy! They do dress up days and holiday parties, which is also super fun.3) The teachers and staff are amazing - my daughter loves her teachers, she even asks for them at home sometimes. The staff is responsive to concerns and questions and have never made me feel stupid for brining up things. They really get to know and recognize the parents, which makes me feel comfortable. They’ve worked with me on adjusting my payment schedule also.4) This may not be important to some, but the facility is really nice. It’s newly built and looks and feels modern and clean.5) Uhm did I mention that they have completely potty trained my daughter? She’s been out of pull-ups for a few months now and at least 90% of that effort was her teachers.6) They have COVID precautions in place and consistently take temperatures and wear masks.Things I don’t like:1) This is NOT unique to this school (I’m sure most daycares are doing this), but just be prepared that you are unable to drop your kids off in their classrooms. I really miss doing this and seeing my daughters face light up when she sees her teachers and friends. This is obviously something that has been implemented because of COVID, which is good! The teachers greet students and parents in the vestibule and take your kids from there. My daughter is always happy to see whoever greets us though and barely takes a second look at me.Overall, this would likely be a great place for your child based on my experience. I always 100% feel confident in my daughter’s happiness and safety when I drop her off.

The Learning Experience has made a great impact on my 10 month old son. When he first started, he was way too attached and after being there for even 2 weeks, he was able to sleep in his own crib, eat on his own, and even play nice with the other infants. The infant teachers are so loving and know how to make them feel comfortable. I love my son being here every single day and I can even tell he loves coming here. 😁

TLE has been great for my family. We have 3 children that have attended TLE over the course of 2019 and 2020. They have been flexible, professional and dependable for us, and educational and fun for the kids. They helped prepare my son for daycare so he would be ready. Now that he is in daycare, they take care of him afterschool also. The management team and teachers are very responsive and easy to talk to. During Covid, they took necessary precautions to increase cleanliness and safety for the kids. I cant imagine our world without TLE.

We have had our son in the infant room since June of this year and I can tell that he is happy there. Always when I go and drop him off he gets excited and happy which makes us feel good knowing that our son is well raking care off. The staff always are really helpful and welcoming. I definitely would recommend the learning experience.

Both kids have gone here. One childIs still here as other went to elementary school. Our child is always safe, loved and cared for. There have been the usual employee turnovers but our child is and has always been safe and loved. The owner has been friendly and is willing to always speak to anyone.

New facility built like Fort Knox. A special key fob and 4 locked doors to get to their rooms keeps the kiddos safe. This is a peanut free place which was mandatory for us. They are fed well and we receive picture updates during the day on their app. He runs to his teachers in the morning and they hug him goodbye in the afternoons. ..

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a daycare center. The continually took money out of my account without my authorization. They would give me multiple excuses why they took it. They sometimes took two payments in one day. Then I had to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. I removed my son from their school because I was sick of my account being charged randomly, I check my account today and what do you know guys they took another payment!!!!! I have asked them multiple times to remove my account information and they have not. Now I have to change my bank card, account number, and routing number. And my son doesnt even attend the school!!! The management staff is not competent AT ALL. Run far away from here...Do not send your kids here.....they will rob you blind and there are way too many kids in the classes and not enough teachers. I wish I could give them no stars.

My husband and I love this place and all the staff! My daughter is 13 months old and I can say we were spoiled by our old day care in Cave Creek, AZ (Tutor Time). She spent one week at Children’s Learning Adventure and she hated it! It wasn’t a good fit for her and was very known day one. It was a nightmare taking her to daycare and picking her up. When I found The Learning Experience I was so excited!! The staff and facility reminded me of so much of what she was with before we moved. It took two days and there were no more tears at drop off. She is smiles and has so much fun. I love the fact that there is an app that the teachers posts pictures and everything she does through out the day so I can enjoy the fun times with her. I love this place for her. The overall environment is super friendly and I walk in and out happy and feel secure and safe with my thoughts. Nothing is better for a moms thoughts than knowing there is double the amount of security key fob doors on this facility. I would recommend this place for any family with young ones.

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. My kids were only enrolled for slightly over 2 weeks and it has been a disaster. Their care plans were completely disregarded, one of the teachers (the owners mom) has been caught yelling at and being overly aggressive with the children, the classrooms were frequently above state ratio, teachers were constantly on their cell phones, ignoring the children (including mine), and my potty-trained child once came home with underwear on that wasnt hers (never mind that she had 10 extra pairs in her backpack that I left there) and another time with no underwear at all! I write this just to warn parents to pay close attention to this center and drop in unexpectedly to see what is going on in your kids rooms. This is not our first daycare experience and I promise you there are better centers.

Avoid at all costs! Theyre losing teachers left and right and basically have a staff of untrained high school students left. Even the front office persons have left the school due to the owner shaving time off their time cards. Theyre constantly over ratio which puts kids at danger because there arent enough people watching the children. Theyve had a lot of visits from corporate and state licensing due to these issues and they seem to be just going down the drain. Not worth the overpriced tuition.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The school started out great they had a great director and staff. Apparently the director was fired and it went downhill from there. They are on their third director and no one has experience. They raised our monthly rate by 700.00 and only gave us a months notice. None of the teachers/aides are qualified they are basically babysitters. The owners mother works as an aide and she is paid under the table and she is not certified to be an aide. She has no experience and she was very aggressive with my boys. She would grab them and apply all of her weight and tell me she was trying to make men out of them. The owner is very rude and not personable, he only cares about enrolling kids and money. He cares nothing about the safety of the kids or education. This week 3 teachers walked out and they had over 25 kids in each class which is against state policy. When we first enrolled we were told the kids would learn different languages, have LEAP time on the computer and also have sports. They have not done any of that! The teachers always call in so they combine classrooms all the time. Very high turn over and the teachers are underpaid with no benefits. My kid has been sent home in a wet diaper that was soaked through his clothes and that has happened on 4 occasions. I spoke with the director and she did not do anything about it. I spoke to the director about the owners mother and she did nothing because she is untouchable. This school is not worth the money it’s so many daycares who provide great education and adore the kids. This place is all about the money.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would as well. Everything in the previous negative post is true. Our children might as well be stuffed into kennels like dogs for all the owners of this place care. Our children arnt precious children to them. They are dollar signs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTER.

My wife and I sent our son Alex at this establishment for one year and we were very pleased with the services we received. We will be back for their summer camp !

Gave our notice he would not be coming back the next week 3 days in. Just moved to the neighborhood and was excited about all I’ve heard about TLE. Took the tour and felt good about switching our child and paid the deposit to start him when we got moved in. The week before he started, things changed. The director changed and some of the staff. Day 1 they were surprised we where there to start him despite the fact we gave them the notice when he would be starting. Left him in a general room where they have all their kids except infants. Advised they go to their classrooms around 7-7:30am (drop off 6:30-6:45am). Our child is a toddler. Everything was just in disarray. The staff is overwhelmed. I think they are caring ppl but just overwhelmed as the class room ratio are over state established standards. The owner doesn’t seam like one who should be in the daycare business. That’s fine if your going to be hands off, just hire a better director and staff that don’t take on the owner’s poor attitude because some are rude and need to learn how not to talk ppl like are incompetent. Like with the app, we were getting no updates, front desk (who were hardly there multiple random visits) telling us they are posting and acted like it was user error. The owner (who we never spoke with us prior to this) came out of his office saying his worked just fine and didn’t understand what was the problem. I handed the staff my phone asking them to tell me the problem and she went through the app and blamed corporate but continued telling us how the post are there. What good is that to me whenever I tell you there is an issue. Just own it and do all you can to fix the issue instead of assigning blame. When the post start, it was day 3 after we picked up our child. Wetold front desk this would be our child last week and asked about the formal process to make that happen. Was simply told it was done but would keep our child info in the system in case we need to bring him back for a day or so. I didn’t feel that was right and toldMy wife to check again the next day and they acted like it was news to them. The owner starts calling the next week looking for payment. Glad we were able to get our child back at the old day care. Lesson: don’t fix what isn’t broken.

My wife and I were happy to see a daycare in the neighbor hood, we signed our kids up right away. The director Kelly was so awesome and so were all of the staff. A few months went by and Kelly was let go and another director came in with no experience and the school went down hill from there. The owner is extremely rude and not personable at all. I dont know why he was always in the office because the director should be in charge of the school. His mother works for the daycare and she is paid under the table. My kids hated her because she was so mean to the always yelling at them and holding them down at nap time. My kids were only there for 8 months and their teachers ended up quitting because the owner was verbally abusive. All of the classrooms were over filled past the state limit. We were paying 700 every two weeks and they raised the price to 980 every two weeks without any notice. Over 75% of the parents in our community have left the school because its ran so bad. They are on their 4th director and I was told more teachers quit because the owner was changing their time cards so he could pay less. The owner clearly is in it for the money he does not care about his staff or the children and he does not know anything about running a daycare. I am hoping our community get another daycare so our Eastmark families have a new place to send our children and hopefully this place will shut down or be sold to someone else.
