This is a great place to live. There is only one road in, so all the traffic is local. The home owners here are friendly and helpful for a new-comer. We have a monthly potluck. The HOA fee is only $45 per month, paid yearly. We have a solar-heated pool and spa, and an air-conditioned clubhouse with a library and pool tables. UPS, FEDEX, and USPS all deliver to my home or mailbox without problems, but sometimes the Amazon delivery service gets lazy and leaves my package at a different home, even though my home is clearly marked with my lot number. If you choose to rent or buy a home here, I think youll be happy with the living conditions.
