Beautiful place very happy with my tata being there I know hes in great hands and I dont have to worry. He called us and he absolutely loves it there. Highly recommend.

My father was a resident at Visions of Mesa for more than a year. The staff at Visions were always caring and attentive to his needs. When dad had a stroke and was in the process of dying, Visions made it possible for family to be with him around the clock and not pass alone. We will always be grateful for the compassion and extra mile Visions went to for our father during a difficult time when so many people are dying alone.

I had a wonderful meeting with the Executive Director. He has a heart pure of gold and is willing to help all those in need.

The employees are amazing. Clean facility , great staff they take good care of there patients

I can’t say enough about the care my great grandma has received at Visions the staff treats her like their own family. My family was extremely nervous and afraid to place my grandma in a home but from the moment we walked in visions memory house we felt so comfortable the caregivers actually care here and the nurse was fantastic she communicated with us to make sure we had everything in place before moving. Day of move in was amazing all the staff came and met her I left visions knowing my grandma was in good hands. I pray god continue to bless the staff and patients at visions I just wanted to express how well these people take care of my grandma I know thank you isn’t enough but from my family and myself I world like to thank the staff of visions ❤️

I appreciate Visions and their staff so much! My mother has the highest quality of care and I no longer worry about her day to day life. The staff constantly keeps me updated on my mother’s status. Visions of Mesa has been the best place for my dad!! Every one of the staff has been so incredibly caring and helpful right from the moment we walked in the door, to when we brought my father there to live. The assisted living facility is very bright, airy, clean and has a small home-like environment that helps in the transition of a loved one. The shower stall is very safe-- with a padded chair to ensure he can easily shower without falling. The rooms are large enough to easily accommodate two residents when needed. The meals are well balanced. My father has enjoyed his time here so far, and we have peace of mind that he is safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this facility!!

I was a cook here at visions, not once, but twice. I loved the residents, and cared for them as if they were my own grandparents. I quit the first time, because the team they had put together was rude and unprofessional with the residents and families.I was asked by the administrative director Nate, to come back because there were going to be a lot of changes coming.... needless to say, those rude employees were gone, but I was under new supervision of the dietary director. Julie seemed nice in the 2 min intro that I had with her before she bolted out the door. That was the only interaction I had with her before she called to say I was fired, for doing things, that were asked of me by a superior.The superior in question, Mercedes hired her girlfriends mother, Victoria to replace me(before I was asked to do things outside job description, by Mercedes)..SHADY is all I can say about this place!!!

I’ve worked here for 2 years now, and I must say it has been my pleasure to be a representative for this facility, our staff truly cares for the residents ( I think it’s because our residents are so easy to love!) I’m truly loving my experience here at Visions@Mesa!

I highly recommend the Visions communities! I have spent 15 years in the health care industry and I can say with complete conviction that I would place a family member at Visions. These are communities that are clean and well-kept, and most importantly, they are staffed with true professionals who genuinely care about their residents. Personalized care is a way of life here!

I am so happy I was given the opportunity to work with the residents and staff at Visions in Mesa. We have become family and not just coworkers or staff to our residents....We truly love caring for them and it shows!!!

My mother moved in at the beginning of April. This is her third home since she’s been in my care & until now I didn’t know what she had been missing. These last two months have brought smiles that we haven’t seen in years. Momma may not know who we are anymore, but she sure is happy - you can see it; & I am grateful beyond words. EVERYONE on staff is INCREDIBLE. We’ve felt special since my first phone call with Angelica. The love that Lance, Teresa, Brittani & the entire staff show every single second of the day is beyond measure. It is comforting to know momma is taken care of.AND... We love Visions so much, we recently moved in my husband’s grandmother to the Assisted Living side too! ❤️

If I could give them a -0 I would. After going through many text messages and a telephone conversation from Angelica from Friday to Sunday then on Monday I get a text message from her stating that she did not have any room for my mom who needed memory care. I then tried to reach the ED, Lance who was in a meeting. So, I drove over to find out what was going on and he claimed he did not know about my mother. I think a marketing person should know her censuses at all times. Lance told me after my shocked WOW, you Angelica did not tell you about a possible move in? Did not see why I was upset. He said maybe this is not the place for you. I would keep looking. They will waist your time. Lance is a horrible person who does not know how to treat people and Angelica clearly is not a person who is honest.

This is a beautiful place that feels so welcoming! The staff are so friendly and caring, and the residents are AWESOME!

I work for a Hospice. A couple of months ago one of our families placed their loved one in Visions of Mesa. Angelica made the move easy for the family and hospice. We were welcomed by the staff at the facility. My staff loves working with Visions of Mesa and have referred them to other families as well.

I have been with visions for over a year now. I truely love these residents as if they were my own family ! The whole care staff works hard everyday to make sure the residents are comfortabpe and feel at home. The cook Julie spoils the residents , if a resident is wanting or asking for a certain snack she trys to get that for them. I highly reccomend bringing your loved one to our facility , they will be treated with great care and love.

I put my Mother in Visions in November 4th, 2019.I paid for the month of Nov.My Mother passed on Nov. 9th. She was only in Visions for 5 days.Her insurance company refunded the money to Visions, and said they would refund me. I have spoken with Nathan from Visions several times, and he tells me I will only get a partial refund.It has been over 4 months and I have NOT received any refund or correspondence from them.Very disappointed with this business.

Total failures. My loved-one has dementia and needed a place to stay. After a thorough assessment of him, including untold pages of medical paperwork, a physical nurses exam, and more, he was accepted to this worthless institution.Less than 2 weeks later, Visions Assisted Living is unable to deal with my loved-ones falling and wandering. The excuse I got was that there is not enough staff- scary. Visions has refused to accept him back to the facility after sending him to the ER. Unbelievable.I sure wish the thorough admittance/assessment process would have been better. Then I wouldnt have had to spend hundreds of dollars on furniture, assemble it, and move it.Thanks to Visions incredibly poor foresight, my demented father is stuck in the ER with nowhere safe to be discharged to. Thanks for nothing, Visions- by the way my dad needs his refund immediately.

Lovely community always have something fun going on for the resedents. I have helped participate in several of the activities they host and its always a good time.

This is a great place for your loved ones. The facility and grounds are very well kept and the staff are loving and caring.
