Synergy has been great and their caregivers are excellent. They are always on time and extremely caring. This particular office is excellent. Mary has been our contact and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. All of my questions or concerns have always been taken care of immediately and with a smile. She ALWAYS responds and goes above and beyond to make it happen. She is simply amazing. Thank you, thank you Mary so much.

Not a bad company, seemed to work well with my father. My only issue would be with one of the personnel, Heather Reid, she often times had the odor of liquor on her breath which was concerning to me. Not a good idea when working with fragile elderly people. Other than that I have no other complaints about the company.

Working at synergy home care has been one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. My first day was pretty good for a first day, with in a week I felt like we had all become a little family. My coworkers are so loving and caring, they are always make my day better. I always look forward to working with the clients and caregivers. The clients are so sweet and caring, the caregivers are such hard workers. Mary is my boss, shes like my second mom. Maddie is like my work wife, Ive gotten really close to Mia since day 1 so Id have to say shed be my favorite. Synergy is a pioneer in the homecare world and I will always be honored to be part of this company.

Synergy has amazing caregiver and such an amazing staff. I will always recommend them. The caregivers are hard workers making a change in people’s daily living and not to mention the staff they are always on it. It’s nice to have a bilingual scheduler (Mary) who can help clients in need when they don’t speak English.

Ive had the best experience with Synergy, my grandfather was taken care of by amazing caregivers. The office staff and the caregivers at Synergy are the best. Working with Mary has been amazing she is very dependable and always goes above and beyond.

Terrible experience working here, would never recommend this company. They forge client signatures in their files, write fake reviews for their ratings, prioritize clients who pay privately, underpay their caregivers, and lie to their employees. The worst. Immature supervisor who lies to caregivers about the coordinators to make herself look better, and refuses to communicate with them, lying about being busy to avoid them.

John is easily the most caring and professional person I have dealt with at this location. Unlike some of the other managers, I know if John answers the phone things will be done right.

I would not recommend this company out of the Mesa office, caregivers dont show cannot perform simple tasks employees that have come to my home say that they are looking for another job, most are very inexperienced. Caregivers complain about the office staff. If I could rate O . Verbal assult.

The caregivers that were used for my mothers care were a true blessing, I can not thank the girls in the Mesa office enough for all of their help and support.

Awful they dont care about their employees they will tell you one thing and then turn around and make it seem like they didnt tell you that then when you want to talk to Dave who actually cares they act as though hes unavailable. If people would do their jobs like theyre supposed to people wouldnt quit this job when they have a good person they dont know how to keep them. They dont communicate with each other

The care provided to my brother was beyond my expectations, caregivers were kind and sensitive , the office staff was amazing. I will use them again anytime.

Bailee and isela are very disorganized and unprofessional. This is why synergy homecare lacks in employees. Dont know how and why they still work there

The company is starting to look up there WAS at one time a problem with getting return calls but they got some new people like Mia Garcia, Mary Ceron and John Sosa, but Mia gose above and beyond all the time.
