Great staff... from the guys and girls at the front desk to the counselors and Drs. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable about rehab and sobriety. The whole team is rooting for you.

I absolutely love this clinic . Way better then Barrts on alma school and chandler blvd. And New Hope on power and southern . Its not as fast sometimes but its all around a better clinic , better treatment better employeess better doctor better system. You walk in on the time you have chosen to come (Dosing Block) like the oppitons of times to come are •Block A 4:30-8:30am / •Block B 6:30-10:00 / •Block C 10:00-1:30pm/ •Block D 1:30-3:30pm / ( windows A&B are for people that work ONLY) so if you dont work you have to pick C or D and make sure you come every day besides sundays in between your dosing time . You get to move up 10 mils after you see the doctor too witch is nice . No matter what you start at 30 miligrams when you get enrolled then move up til you get to a comfortable dose where your body can go 24 hrs. Without cravings or withdrawal systems . So like if your time to dose is 4:30-6:30 your methodone needs to be making you feel well til the next day around that same time . Thats why you dose daily and have to take methodone everyday it has a longer life span in you ur system then street drugs so thats why I believe this medicine is a life saver to get off of street drugs , then after 12months of being on a comfortable dose they can taper you down and completely off of the methodone comfortably so you dont have any withdrawal symptoms to be able to have nothing on a daily basis like before you started drugs. I was on methadone in 2013 for 5 years and was clean the entire time then decided to taper down all the way down to 3 mg then get off it was just around the wrong people and eventually relapsed so if you do this its in the correct way and make yourself just come here to those see doctor and leave you can successfully become sober and being sobriety its a beautiful thing and a good system if you work the program correctly. I suggest this program to anyone that is on any kind of opiate addiction because it works Ive been an addict for 18 years and the only time I had any clean time was the 5 years when I was on the methadone. So I know this stuff firsthand works hope this helps anybody thats trying to find a way to get clean hope everyone has a beautiful day just for today stay clean. 🤗🤞😝

So here is my issue with cms. I moved here from Colorado ive been on methadone for almost a year and been clean the whole time. I was only having to go to the clinic im Co twice a week. Ive been in Arizona for 2 months now every u a is clean but im still daily dosing. When will I start getting take homes? I was told by the doctor and my counselor once they heard from Colorado that i was indeed only go in to the clinic twice a month that I would be getting the same here. Well ive brought it up a few times since I started and now I get a different answer. They said after 3 uas I will start getting take homes but still nothing has happend. Im tired of daily dosing im not using I think ive Proven that by now. Can you please get all the employees on the same page and also please let me know. Also I know its not cmss fault but veyo is absolutely horrible they have not been on time once and for people that are working thats a big deal. Maybe you they can find some other transportation companies besides veyo a company that provides round trips maybe... I hate hanging out at the clinic with other addicts waiting for rides getting offered drugs every time I am waiting that gets old too.

I really like this location. I miss all the staff and buddies I have over there. But change is good I hear. Also this one has allot of new faces. Im tickled to see all the new lives saved. I really love to see the smile on someones face when they realize they saved thier life and they are still breathing. The knowledge of knowing your gonna make it feels soooo powerful. So thank you all whom give us power. I one appreciate it all. And we have an actress onsite Mallisa McCarthy. Shes so cool by the way. Amen yall keep your heads up okay. Im allways cheering for us all!!!

I will never pick up another passenger from this location, very rude lady that works for Veyo. Its hard enough trying to find locations and the right area as it is, sometimes passengers are not all on the same place,being rude to drivers is unacceptable. I reported this to Uber and Veyo. This world has enough to deal with as it is, kindness goes a long way

Great place , has helped me save my life. This is a new location but everything is going great. ms. Bernie holds the front down and allways makes my day better. . Then we got my counsler James who i can talk with about anything.

Didnt like the way they started me out with 30 mg when I have a 2.5 grams a day of heroin habit I mean wow my 9 year old could take 30 mg and not feel it

Bernie is the best I Love her soooooo much she is my motivator,she has encouraged me to get Arizona state certified in Peer support!!!!! I completed my class successfully!!! Thanks to her and her testimony!!!!! She is inspiring, CMS you all where blessed and did a great job in hiring her for the pss position. She does not judge us ,she uses her past to help us move forward and as a positive roll model!!!!! Thanks again.

Regularly penalizing people for having a job that doesnt fit their schedule. If you take medical transportation, which is unreliable, you dont know if your ride will get there anytime from on time to 5 hours after its scheduled. (One time it came an hour before scheduled). So, with a 6 hour window of when you can get there, you cant schedule anything because you will miss it. If you miss it, it counts against your continuation of treatment. They also charged us retroactively for weeks we had already paid for when they increased their price. Corporate fixed this, but not for months and not until I had been put into financial detox. If they charged you extra for your pay ahead, call corporate and get a credit. It will take a while though. The staff is great, but the company is horrible. Thats why they cant keep anyone there. They are constantly understaffed, which (spoiler alert) can get counted against you. If they dont have the staff to see you, and THEY need to reschedule, they will count that against you too.

I have been to Community Medical Services on Arbor. I was there until the clinic on Main recently opened. All I can say is I could not be at a more loving and safe environment.

This place is horrible! They destroy families and force kids into DCS custody! They should not have a license to treat a bug never mind a human!

Things would be so much easier for the patients if thier dosing nurses (Lynn in particular) wpuldnt be so rude and mean...im sorry let me be more correct..Lynn is the only dosing nurse and person of staff there that is a witch.! Alot more people woulf want to stay if it wasnt for this horrible employee
