After one treatment I feel so much better .

The doctors and staff here care about their patients and the problems they present. Dr. Staggs has been an awesome doctor and the staff calls to check up on their patients several times after an appointment or procedure.

I have two discs that degenerated at L3 and L5 on one side only. This pinches nerves and made my life miserable. Could not even bend over to tie up my tomatoes in my garden nor ride in a car even to Jackson.Suffered for years with what felt like a nail being shoved into my my lower back that got worse as the day goes on.Dr. Eric Pearson immediately saw what was causing the problem and did procedures known as steroid injections and radio-frequency burns into the areas in and around the two discs to stop the inflammation and to keep the facet nerves from conducting the pain and it honestly felt like a miracle in relieving the misery I was having.He and Renee Lyles his NP and other staff members could not be more supportive and always make my visits so pleasant. They have kept me going and able to enjoy my work as a doctor myself for years.Dont know what I would do without them.They have never let me down.Cant recommend them enough.Dr. Grady Clark.

I had a back injury during cheerleading the PT at school told me to go here. After they just tried to give me pills and back injections, my disk ended up busting on its own. I was scheduled for a MRI to see what was going on on thursday and then was going to go to a specialist in Jackson the next Tuesday. They didnt even look at my MRI before I went to Jackson if they would have they would have known I had a busted disc and needed emergency surgery but as stated above they treat you like a number. Now I have permanent nerve damage and can barely feel my feet I get leg and foot cramps because I had to wait the whole weekend with a busted disc because they didnt bother to look at my MRI this is on top of a trip to the ER over the weekend because my back was hurting so bad would never recommend anyone come here. Just go to a specialist if your looking for taking meds everyday this is the place to come.

Total Pain Care is actually great , my mom uses them and the things they do actually work and help .

Dr. Eric Pearson and Shannon Mott are incredible. They have helped me so much in managing my pain and not just with medication. I have had many procedures on my neck and back - I have had steroid injections and radio-frequency treatments. It has helped me tremendously. I work on computers all day as an IT professional and it can wear you down when you have chronic pain and other diagnoses. Thank you to everyone at Total Pain Care!

Everyone was very professional, doctor was a little stiff, but after the initial visit I never saw him again. I dealt with the nurse practitioner. She went through the gamut of options, none of them helped. Out of about 5 attempts all but one actually made me significantly worse. They would not give me anything for breakthrough pain. I was actually hurting so bad my legs buckled and I fell in the kitchen. I had to take one of my old prescriptions just to be able to get back to the office to have my medicine changed. They dropped me as a patient over it after ignoring my complaints and requests.I found out later that week that the medication they prescribed me actually had something I was allergic to, which I had told them about when we started.

Absolutely terrible care. Treat their patients like numbers. This is a horrible State for pain management in general but this business is one of the worst I’ve seen in 3 States. Patient care is thrown out the window for policy and malpractice.

The nursing staff are the best.

Physicians and staff value each and every pt. A small medical office with a big heart dedicated to making each persons quality of life better through pain management!

They are total pain care. They treat your pain not fix it. I am very disappointed in the care I really received from here. They are also the reason why my disability was cut off by MetLife, never did put on my records that I can not walk with out a cane or walker. I was met with disbelief. After a major fall youd think xrays or MRIs but no. That was in may. Took them til November to get me in to see a neurologist. It pure sad.

They care and saved my life...
