I went in last year for plantar fasciitis pain. The gal who scheduled me said I didnt have to be there the recommended 30 min before the appointment time if I filled out the paperwork ahead of time. I arrived 10-15 min before my appointment with everything completed and they made such a huff about it.The manager, Amber Mahan, was so incredibly rude - she may as well have been yelling at me, as berated as I felt. I told her I could just leave but she said no, its fine. Obviously it wasnt okay to come 15 minutes before my appointment time. This was also during the state mask mandate and she wasnt wearing a mask while taking my vitals. (If thats a problem for anyone)Dr. Burk was nice but literally as he walked in his assistant brought in everything they were going to sell me- before he even looked at my foot. They really push orthotics- at $75ish a pair. Other than the length, they really werent much better than the Dr Scholls brands that you can buy for $40 at your local store.The other item was a boot for sleeping in, which I think is really helpful but I believe without insurance it would have been like $300. You can find some decent ones on Amazon for $20-40. They definitely push their products.The reason I never went back was because of the way I had been treated by the manager. I was literally in tears when she left the room.

Dr Burk and the team at Rocky Mountain foot and ankle are top notch! Very thorough and you can tell Dr Burk really cares about his patients. Just visited and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis 24 hours ago and already feeling great results from their care and instruction. Highly recommended!!

I have always had a great experience with Dr Burk and his staff.They are extremely helpful and concerned. They want you to feel good about your visit and they care. Just talk to them if you have any problems, they will step up to the plate. These are good people caring for you. As is Dr Burk, definitely wants to work with you and help you and guide you to feel good.Take a chance, you wont be disappointed.

Normally when a person is tearing your toenail off its because they are torturing you and the entire experience wouldnt be pleasant at all. At Rocky Mountain Foot & Ankle it was the exact opposite. Every staff member I interacted with were pleasant and personable which made the experience of having my toenail ripped off very desirous. And, Dr. Reed executed the procedure flawlessly.Gone are the days when I conducted my own procedures on my ingrown toenails in my bathroom.

I was very happy and impressed with the whole doctors office. The reception personnel and the nurse were fantastic. Dr. Reed was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand exactly what injury I had caused to my left foot. He has a very good bed side manner.I would recommend him to anyone looking for this type of treatment.

Dr. Burk is wonderful! I had a terrible accident and fell down the stairs at the Taco Bell arena (the pavilion on the BSU campus). I basically internally amputated my foot at the ankle. I required multiple surgeries (6 so far) to attempt to repair my ankle. He has done everything that he could possibly do to relieve my pain. I really appreciate him and his team and want to thank them for all that they have done for me. You guys ROCK!

Our 9-year old has been seen by Dr. Reed for the past 3 months due to feet injuries. The entire office staff and physician have been absolutely incredible to work with. Any call made to the office is answered quickly, efficiently and so friendly, including the billing department. All of the staff in-office are so sweet and great with our daughter. Highly recommend RMF&A!

I enjoyed my appointment today at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle in Meridian. Staff at the front desk were fun and knowledgeable. The attendant that took me back to the room and also took my x-rays (Amanda Lynn) was excellent...very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. So nice to have personnel at an office that understands and gets my humor...so that my entire appointment can be useful and pleasurable. Dr. Reed did excellent job of listening to me and my wife and he also asked many questions to get a better understanding of my concerns and my level of health and also did a very good job of understanding my pain. I highly recommend the Meridian Office to any and all patients for a complete and enjoyable experience.

The treatments Ive received from Dr. Burk have resolved foot and lower body problems that Ive had for 20+ years and which treatment from 2 other podiatrists had either left unresolved or in some cases worsened. Dr. Burk listens to my symptom descriptions and explains treatment options in enough detail for me to understand but not so much detail that I feel overwhelmed. Everything he has suggested or prescribed has brought immediate, lasting relief. Treatments feel tailored to me. The staff & medical support team are also always attentive & responsive, so that I feel cared-for, not just treated or processed.

I am a diabetic who had an ingrown toenail. All the staff are to be completed on their professionalism. I am a now a patient who will be addressing other foot issues at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle in the future.Great j I b!!!

Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle is the place to go when you get an injury or pain in your feet and legs. The staff at both clinics are great. The doctors really know what theyre doing and can treat you from aches and pains to surgical procedures. They will counsel you every step of the way to make sure you understand what has happened to you and what needs to be done.

Just had the best experience with my 94 year old mother at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle. She was actually pretty embarrassed to go, as her feet are pretty bad; hammer toes, nails thick with fungus, etc. Dr Burk was so kind and patient. I wish the MA’s would have had name tags so I could recognize them by name but everyone at the office was so kind from the person at the front desk who had only been there 4 days to the very sweet girl who helped with xrays and the equally sweet MA that assisted Dr Burk with tending to Mom’s nails. I wish there were 6 stars. Great experience, great office. Thank you.

Dr. Burk and his staff were great! Its the first time in 10 months I have not had pain in my foot! Dr. Burk was able to diagnose and treat me the same day. So glad I was able to get a second opinion from him he literally saved me thousands of dollars which was a cat scan another Dr. wanted to do which would of probably ended in surgery. Would definitely reccomend!

Edited: While the doctors and nurses are to be recommended, their billing services are severely lacking. Know this before booking an appointment.

Dr. Burk is always late to see his patients. Its very rare that Dr. Burk is ever on time and or on schedule. Having to wait in the lobby to be seen when you schedule a time to come in and make sure you arrive on time Dr. Burk should also consider being on time for his patients. Patients are always rescheduled. The manager is VERY RUDE to the staff. Dr. Burk should consider how the staff is treated and the fact that they are not respected by the manager. Being a patient and have seen the large turn over is a red flag.

They had helped with my daughters toe and made her feel great, they explained everything so that she could understand. Thank you from the Tatums

I have had good experience with Dr. Burke at Rocky Mountain foot and ankle. Toe surgery and tendonitis in ankle working on fix for that.

I had foot pain for several years. My former podiatrist treated me for hammer toes. Dr Burk recognized immediately that I had a damaged or ruptured tendon. By prescribing a custom designed insole my foot pain reduced by 90%. This allows me to postpone, or possibly completely avoid surgery. He also quickly recognized that a heel lift would be helpful. This simple correction reduced knee and back pain.The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The coordination between offices seemed seamless.Great job. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I had an ingrown toenail removed. They accommodated my schedule. They were very pleasant to interact with. They made me feel comfortable and calm. The Dr. talked and kept me involved as much as I wanted to be. I found them to be amazing to deal with. My son also had his ingrown toenail removed last year. We had the same pleasant experience.

Took me 4 months to get my records to go to a ortho surgeon for a 2nd opinion from this office I literally has to go on there and sit at the front desk and demand nicely my reCords and said I wasn’t leaving until I got them !I had called multiple times the front desk and always got the run around regarding getting my records. My voicemails were returned once in that 4 month period! I have went to Dr. Burke for years and am very disappointed in the customer service with them lately .I also Paid 400 out of pocket for my orthotics and I have yet to be able to wear them as they don’t fit correctly . When I returned them they got lost in a drawer somewhere and the issue was not addressed till once again I called them to find out if my orthotics were done . As of yet I still do not have my orthotics that I paid 400 for several months ago ...Dr . Burke himself is a wonderful Dr. so I’m not sure why all this confusion has taken place but it has been very frustrating to say the least !!

Meridian Staff tried to be helpful, but I wont be back. Doctor was running super behind for my initial appt so after almost 2 hours I had to leave and not get results. Came back for results and confirmed appt, showed up and they had me scheduled incorrectly. Looks like Im heading to another clinic.

Low lifes - all neighboring businesses should litigate for charging $200 to park in this parking lot and driving away business.
