Waste of time! They have no clue what theyre doing. I drove all the way down there which was 40 miles only to be told what of my surgeries disqualified me however this was the same question that they ask me on the telephone and I was on hold forever for them to come back and say that surgery was fine and I would be able to go ahead with it people dont waste your time

I have done two research studies with Advanced Clinical Reseach. The staff was professional and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. My phone calls were returned if I had to leave a message and the staff always called me on the day a phone call check-in had been scheduled. I feel great being able to contribute to research that can help cure diseases.

I love the new upgrades and the wide variety of studies available for healthy volunteers as well as studies for people with chronic medical conditions.

There is a study I want to be apart of, I called and no one answered so I left a message . Did not receive a call back, so I called again, got a specialist who Said I needed to talk to one lady but she wasnt there, so I left a voice mail on her specific line. Then a different lady called me, and I missed the call, so I called back right away she didnt answer so I left a voice mail. I didnt get a call back so I called today and neither one answered. Its really hard to get ahold of these people.
