Dr. Talreja and Dr. Webb are extremely thoughtful and great at listening. Brianne is the only certified pollen counter in the Treasure Valley and really knows her stuff! Lori is also very knowledgeable and great with communication. This team of providers is the best in town! Everyone I known who has seen an allergist, has gone to The Allergy Group and highly recommends them. There are many reasons why!

I love Allergy Group! I finally have some answers about my constant allergies and Ive been on the immunotherapy allergy shots for almost 2 months now. They make it easy to just stop in an get the shots I need and the hours at the Meridian clinic are convenient so I can go the accelerated route and get my shots twice a week and get it over with quickly. I am usually in and out of there in under 20 minutes (often way less) and the shots are almost painless and super quick and easy. Everyone at the Meridian clinic has been nothing but sweet and accommodating. Im so glad I finally addressed my allergies!

Dr. Waldram was very kind and professional. He took a lot of extra time to explain everything and didnt make me feel rushed. Really put my mind at ease. Thank you!

I have a young child getting shots. She is fearful of shots to begin with, so enjoys getting a consistent person giving her these. This happened at the beginning; however, seems as though there has been high turnover in this location over the last 6 months and every time there are new people. Also we are at the point where she is getting shots monthly. So we have been in the office several time during this pandemic period; however, this last visit we were told at the desk a mask was mandatory to get a shot. I was very upset by this as NO notification was sent out and no masks were provided and we dont carry them on us. With that said, lately I have not been impressed by the customer service received unfortunately.

I was welcomed, listened to, and felt heard at this office. From the front office staff to Bri, my PA-C, and her MAs/Nurses. Such a lovely environment.

Overall great experience! I brought my 16 mo old in for food allergy testing, they took great care of us through everything. Each step was thoroughly explained, I felt listened to and understood. 👍👌

We had to wait 20 minutes as the clinic was very busy that day, but they apologized, and then gave us a full 2 hours, staying after hours for us. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable, had a good bedside manner, and did a thorough test, with 67 scratch tests, and lab tests. The cost is high, but we have Flexplan so will be able to claim a good part of it back.

Dr. T is the best!!! Fantastic bedside manner. Quick results. Friendly and professional office! Efficient! Organized! And most of all, they really care!!! I would recommend Dr. T to anyone and everyone!

The doctor and test they did for my allergies was fine. However, the billing department made me pay the entire cost of the visit because I had not met my deductible yet. (Which was over $1,000.00). I have never had a doctors office require the full amount of a visit before. My husband and I werent very happy about that. Then by the time my insurance received the claim my deductible had been met because of other doctor bills. So the Allergy Group got paid twice! When I asked for them to refund the money to me they didnt want to because they wanted to apply it to my future visits. The amount they owed me was almost $800.00. My husband had to call the office twice asking for them to refund the money to us. Needless to say it took several weeks to get our money back so we werent very happy about that.

The visit was excellent and the staff was extremely pleasant. The only reason I am placing 4 stars rather than 5 is that we had an extremely long wait for our appointment. We were scheduled at 9:15 and didnt get into a room until after 10, nor see the doctor until after 10:15. All told, we were there for an hour and a half.With that said, the appointment itself was very good, detailed and not rushed, and covered all of the key elements.

Very thorough examination. The doctor took his time explaining possible treatments. Dr. Webbs expertise instilled confidence, and for the first time, I feel were making progress with our toddlers respiratory problems! He is excellent and I recommend him highly!

I just moved to Idaho from Washington and had to find all new doctors. My primary doctor recommended The Allergy Group. I was pleased with every aspect of my visit from the front desk to the doctor, to his diagnosis and health plan.

First time meeting with Dr. Webb and it was a very nice experience. He was very attentive while taking notes when I was explaining my issues/symptoms. And he seemed very knowledgeable about cures/resolutions for what would help cure with my current issues.

The Nursing staff and reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

I am posting a review here as requested by the medical group. Excellent performance and value as far as medical care goes. Dr. Webb is great and very personable, and the medical assistants are very nice. The only criticism is that the practice feels a bit pushy in the billing/collection practices. Perhaps my expectations were not managed very well. I am happy to answer any questions on that point, but I would not hesitate to recommend the practice.Thank you!

I am beyond impressed with this group! From my first phone call, panicked because I was blowing up like a balloon, everyone was so nice and patient with me. They answered all my questions, crammed me in on the schedule last minute, and even called my insurance company TWICE to make sure I would be covered by their care. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by not only the front desk lady, but the awesome nurse in the back preparing to check me in. It was a great experience for me even when my face was three times larger than its usual size and red as a matadors cape. Dr. Webb is such a great doctor and I definitely recommend him to anyone! He was understanding, took notes, and listened to all my concerns. He was the second Dr. I saw for my flare up and he diagnosed me properly and only gave me just what I needed, no extra run around. Very pleased and will be back to visit this office again!

I was excited to see the Allergy Group. I was thinking that they would be able to help me resolve all of my allergy problems. I showed up for my appointment on time and expected the visit to be great. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes to even meet with the Doctor. I thought OK, the Dr is busy, he must be taking the time to get to know his patients well.I was surprised. He came in and just asked a few questions, didnt spent much time at all getting to know my history, scoffed at things I thought were happening, and tried to get me to do the full allergy shot test. I told him I didnt need to do that and I only came in to get some information from him about what the best thing to do concerning the tired feeling I got from the allergy pills I had been taking. He didnt really spend anytime focusing on my problem and tried to push a bunch of expensive tests on me that I didnt need.I told him I knew what I was allergic to and there was no point in me doing the 60 shot test (they made $12 a shot off of that). He said I would need to take one and I felt pressured to have the test done. I said, can I just take a less detailed test? He kind of scoffed and said it wont give you all the info that you need. I thought to myself does this Dr not listen to the reasoning that I came in here?Well, they gave me 24 shots instead of the 60, the Dr came in about 10 minutes after, saw that the one area had not swollen like expected. Told me I must have been using antihistamines when I said I wasnt and seemed frustrated with the situation. Decided to give me another test shot and muttered to his medical student on the way out the door about how some patients are that way. Found out my body just took a while to respond (still have the irratations, three days later).On the way out the door they could not even get the billing right for my visit. Grr. It was a terrible visit. I will never go back to that place and want to voice my opinion and make sure that another opinion was out there other than these raving reviews.
