The salon owner is amazing. She microbladed my eyebrows for a great price and I absolutely love them! My one brow wasnt taking the ink as well as the other one and she tried different techniques and colors until I was 100% satisfied. She is very concerned about customer satisfaction which is a rarity this day and age. My body is resistant to numbing products but she made sure I was comfortable by researching and purchasing a stronger formula. Needless to say it made my experience a great one. Highly recommend her

Amanda Johnson is the only stylist I allow to touch my hair! I started as a brunette wanting to go blonde and after two different stylists trying and not achieving what I wanted, I called her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked, and then some! Now I let her play around with it a little bit and she has never disappointed me. Shes a hair goddess!

Consumer Beware: Amanda Johnson provides poor customer service. If you schedule an appointment with her, make absolutely certain that you are happy with the results before leaving her station at Bellissima. You won’t get the opportunity for a timely follow-up appointment to discuss dissatisfaction with the way your hair turned out and allow her to fix it.After my appointment on Monday, January 7, at 11:00, I was unhappy with the way my hair color turned out. My hair was damaged, and I wanted more action on her part to correct it. I texted her the same day and asked for a follow-up appointment. No response. I texted her again on Wednesday morning. No response. At this point in time, I am still seeing white hair in my brush and it’s freaking me out. Thursday morning – still no response from Amanda Johnson. By this time, it has been FOUR DAYS without a response. At this point I am mad, so I find another stylist to explain what has happened and do what can be done to fix it. Amanda finally responded by text on Thursday afternoon. She described the service done on my hair and what kind of service she thought I would like better “moving forward”. Notice there is no mention of the follow-up service that I requested FOUR DAYS AGO. Poor customer service is the reason for my complaint and why I won’t be scheduling any more appointments with Amanda Johnson.

Amanda Johnson is amazing! I am usually super hesitant to get my hair done, due to bad experiences. She immediately calmed my fears and listened to exactly what I wanted. As a girl trying to grow my hair long, she made sure to keep that in mind keeping the long length I love, but also making sure it stayed healthy. The color she chose matched perfectly and covered all of my outgrown roots. If you are looking for a hairstylist, I 100% recommend you make an appointment with Amanda!

Amanda Johnson did my hair recently! I had previously ruined my hair and needed a color correction! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said very confidently that she could fix it and that it would cost me $95! I wanted a balayge from dark to blonde and instead she just put bleach all over my head saying it was all she could do and completely ruined my hair... its been falling out like no other and Ive been doing hair treatments every night! Then on top of that she said I would have to pay $25 more if I wanted her to cut it... after not doing what I asked! Not impressed
