If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t say enough about the kindness and great care that I received during a very busy evening in the ER. From checking in until I was discharged, every single person from technicians to the nurses and doctor, all treated me with concern and respect. We don’t live in the area, just passing through, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Providence.

Went and the doc was only concerned if I had been in a car accident and had a bone protrusion to the outside of ribs….Um, originally went to see if it was an upper hernia or internal bleeding? Basically told if it wasn’t serious as a car accident, why would they be concerned and not my general doctor? And that an upper hernia/esophageal hernia doesn’t exist. Well it’s going to take a month to be seen for a doctor….left with no answers and still worried to hell with a bill. Gave me one X-ray for a rib protrusion, said “See,nothing 🙄 k bye” Maybe it’s bc pain was at lower wave and I wasn’t dying, wasn’t taken serious. Don’t care to come back and find out. Office people are very nice but have no idea how I left with no help like that.

The day shift nurses are extremely rude. Even the birthing staff are not just unfriendly, they are downright mean! I honestly wonder if these are bad nurses that have gotten fired from everywhere else, because it sure seems that way. They will ignore you (& the machines going off on alarm), mock you, and also make wild, baseless assumptions regarding drug use. It is absolutely bizarre.

This place almost killed me, then sent me on my way because they are not skilled enough to handle diagnoses and care of a kidney stone. I would never send my worse enemy to this place, more less a loved on needed actual help. Places like this is the reason the healthcare system is such a scam and everyday millions of Americans are given more problems than they initially had. I would stay far away from this establishment, esp if your in need of care!

PA Collette Rhyner was amazing as was all other staff that treated me. She was attentive and compassionate to my pain and the impact the injury would have on me. My nurse Rose Collette were understanding and worked with my preference to avoid opioid pain meds. Thank you for your amazing care!!! You are all an asset to the profession of emergency medicine.

When someone is vomiting blood you ADMIT THEM, you dont give them a prescription antacid and send them home. How incompetent do you have to be to work at this hospital???

Went to the ER last night march 11th due to being really sick with flu type symptoms. The wait was short, they did any and all testing, exrays, bloodwork and swabbed me for the flu virus. Then they placed me in a exam room, the nurse came in, which was the best and most compassionate nurse I have ever met, her name was Marie, she worked the 7pm shift, then the dr came in. They gave me the best care ever. A big thank you to the 7pm to 7 am team..

By far the worst ER experience ever. My wife went in for inability to breathe they ran all the redundant tests. The Doctor was beyond rude yelled at her and told her she can breathe because he said so? She had me on the phone the whole time. She is now going to Asante to be treated for Asthma. Something that these bozos missed. I will be consulting with a lawyer. Luckily she had a spare Albuterol in her purse and used it. Totally worked out if you want to die an expensive slow and painful death come here.

Garbage triage. Reception no help. Been here over 2 hours while everyone else goes back first. I guess dangerous vitals dont compare to laughing kids?UPDATE: Over 3 hours now. Nothing more than vitals. 3 sets of patients have been seen now. 150 over 110 and no treatment for almost 4 hours.UPDATE: After over 4 hours, more vitals and a blood draw. Still 155 over 107. Dehydrated and dizzy. Still no treatment! Outrageous!UPDATE: Discharged at 22:30!!! Wooow!
