I would give 0 stars if possible. I called on Wednesday made an appt for 630 on Friday. I arrived at 625 the woman greeted me said “ I have about 3 in front of you I’m the only one here it’s going to be about a 45 minute wait”. I said my appointment was at 630 there’s no one here. She said we’re super behind we’re down a stylist. I asked if there was any way I could be seen sooner than 45 mins she said no that’s my standard. She asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no and went elsewhere. I happened to drive back by at 7pm, the Lights were off no one was inside !!! Sign on the door says they close at 8. I would’ve been completely fine if she said hey I’m the only one here I’ve worked all day we’re closing early. I understand that!! But the fact that she lied is what upset me. I understand you’re understaffed and overworked , just be honest about it! Or try to call customers and let them know.

This is actually my sons name under my email, so I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. I work within the company. And honestly, was asked to do this, kinda weird. But I never miss an opportunity to hype up other stylist. What people don’t understand is especially through COVID we’ve been put on the back burner, not hitting “numbers” dealing with unappreciative people because we are short staffed and overwhelmed. On any given day, I go in and my book is stacked, no bathroom breaks no lunch or dinner, just behind the chair the whole time. Trying to help you the customer feel the absolute best! That’s my number priority and assume it’s every stylist priority. I’ve been in the industry 13 years have always loved my job. But I promise you, we are tired. So have I been here, no. Would I recommend it, yes! Why? Because I’m sure these girls/guys...have the best intention at heart, which is to leave you happy and feeling beautiful/handsome. Will you please every customer? No, but anyone that’s ever worked in customer service knows sometimes that’s just impossible. Please be patient with us, we are trying. And when we can’t get you in right then and there it’s because we have to give each client the respectable amount of time, as we would you. We appreciate you the customer, and look forward to servicing you in the future!

Very clean. I’m unsure if the girl didn’t understand what I exactly wanted but I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and she took half my eyebrow off. Not a big deal because I can easily fill it in. Other then that she did an amazing job on everything else. Will defiantly go back for hair color in the future but not waxing.

I had a two thirty appointment today and I did something I’ve never done before. I left before even receiving a service. This review is based on first impressions. I pulled up outside the salon and a stylist was right by the front door smoking a cigarette. That was off putting but so went inside anyway. I stood at counter and the receptionist was on the phone (it was a business call I believe). She very rudely didn’t say ‘won’t be a minute’ or even make eye contact with me. It was like I wasn’t there! Another stylist came up to check a gentieman out. She also did not say hi or make eye contact. In the few minutes remaining I tried to talk myself into staying but to be honest, the place is tatty looking and not especially clean (dirty paintwork by the till). Wasn’t worth the risk.

Made an appointment the day before for my husband to get a haircut. We get there 10 minutes before his appointment and the girl looks at us like we are crazy. I told her we had an appointment and she immediately gets snippy and says “are you sure??” I was most definitely sure, I made the appointment just the day before. They apparently put it in the computer wrong or not at all. I asked her if she could look up his name and she refused, saying she was in the middle of a color. We drove out if our way for no appointment and a rude salon girl. Nice.

I made an appt to get my hair cut , not watch you clean drawers and etc out. I sat there 15 mins after my appt time was made waiting for you to knowledge me before getting up and walking out. The poor customer service i received today has made my decision of never returning to your salon easy.

This place is the rudest ever!! I know I came in there late 8 mins before they close I just wanted an eyebrow waxing and they werent doing anything except sweeping! I know I hate last min customers but there was no reason for them to treat me how they did!! I know I wouldnt turn away the business!! Money is money!

Had an appointment with Valerie before covid but she canceled on me. Tried to get an appointment the day they reopened but they were booked up. Never got a call from Valerie or anyone else that they were taking appointments. Thats too bad since I spent almost $200 at my last appointment plus the tip.

I made an appointment for my grandson, who is four, on Friday for Saturday at 1Arrived at one and checked in at the counter. An hour later was asked by a very rude stylist if we had an appointment. She proceeded to be flippant and told me it would be another 20 minutes before they could get to him. At the same time she told a walk in customer she would be with her in 20 minutesI left at this point and will not return!

I went in to get a 6 week split end treatment, and the girl ruined my hair!! She over did the protein and my hair has broken soooo much. A $100 later for hair repair stuff, and my hair is still fried. Do NOT go here!!! When the manager looked at my hair she said she wouldve done the same treatment to me. REALLY?! When the girl who did my hair rinsed me out I had a glob of hair in the sink. If my hair continues to fall out theyll be looking at a lawsuit. I didnt even get a sorry!!

I called several times to get an estimate on a hairstyle, they constantly changed the answer. Then when we come in the have a totally new answer, it was seriously too expensive after their new estimate. So I went with something else but my stylist was rude, constantly leaving to smoke it whatever she was doing. Had an attitude that was unnecessary.

Cheaper than other nearby places.
