Long wait time. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Terrible so many rude people at the front desk that work at DCF but talk down to the people needing help. They never do their stuff on time. You can NEVER just talk to someone. They dont have A worker for a case, its ALL workers on ALL cases, so issues never get sorted because they are all trying to figure out whats going on the whole time! They send out letters saying you have X time to reply to them but give you 2 days by the time you actually receive your notice and you rush it to the office and they still close your case!
