As much I would like to say nice things, I am unable to as my experience to try and Foster through TFI was a fail due to lack of communication, (discrimination) upon application information and unprofessionalism.I completed all required aspects necessary to proceed with the Foster care program through TFI per recruitments request. (References, background information, past living history, and personal info- ETC) completed on 12/30/20 andI was informed that I would receive a call within 7 days that would initiate which steps to take next during the process. 7 days later ( no communication, no email from TFI) I reached out and was unsuccessful at reaching anyone.01/28/21 I received an email from TFI Recruiter member mentioning when I was ready to take the next step and filling out an application. I emailed in kind correspondence mentioning I have already completed that step, she then informed me she’d be in touch as she was going to check on the status of my application.02/04/21- I sent an email, mentioning I haven’t heard anything back.Finally by 02/07/21- I found out that the TFI agent did not run a background check, they were discriminating based upon information that was put onto my application. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a not so pleasant experience is what I got with TFI. I have decided to be of a blessing elsewhere and decided not to proceed further with TFI.

Wonderful case managers that go above and beyond. Professional, down to earth, and on-top of their case load. Very pleased with this agency!

TFI has no intention of helping people they where assigned to my case and where ordered to help us in any way possible but they never contacted us no matter how many times we called we never got a call back and my husband and I are facing loosing our rights thanks to the fact that in the 8 months they were assigned to our case we had NO contact with them its not with lack of trying on our part but on TFIs part we called they never called us back and they went to court and said that we never called, DO NOT TRUST TFI THEY ARE ONLY OUT THERE TO GET MONEY, THEY CARE NOT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY BUT HOW FAT THEIR WALLETS ARE.
