Total nightmare. And after everything they put me through they are denying me my records. Do NOT go here for help. You’ll only get hurt more. After as much as Pawnee was looking out for me it’s funny how 6 months later I haven’t heard a word from them except bills. Total joke.

I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. I moved here from Mississippi and I was scheduled to see a counselor every week. I had never meet with a pychatrist after being with them a month. And the first appointment for medications was scheduled over three weeks out. They advised me that my records were not transferred from Mississippi when my appointment time did come. The Main Nurse told me she couldnt help me and I left there crying. Less than ten minutes later the nurse calls back and say she is sorry that they did send the records. I have never been back since. I am very pleased with my new pychatrist Felix Martinez-Mercado..

This place is a TERRIBLE excuse for a health care provider. They refuse to work with you at all on scheduling. Been needing to get in to see my doctor Desiree for about two months. Unfortunately she doesnt even work Friday and I have a rigorous work travel schedule so Mondays and Fridays are about the only days I can make work. They let me run out of my medication and basically just said February 5th was the first they could get me in when my prescription ran out in January. They absolutely wont do anything to help accommodate this situation and furthermore I have tried on multiple occasions to be able to speak to my doctor over the phone even but I am either call screened by nurses or my doctor Desiree just doesnt feel like returning my calls. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this organization at all costs.

Not impressed. I sat around waiting for my appointment for over an hour, all the staff look like they hate their job and they are not efficient at all.

This place is a joke and so are the so-called therapist that work there. They do about anything they can to rip you off. Take your needs elsewhere. This place is a scam.

This place has received record funding from the state has record patients that have insurance so theyre getting paid by that and theyre still complaining about budget issues for Pawnee Mental Health.
