My son went yesterday for a cavity and they tried to pull his teeth out with just numbing gel and then proceeded to not be able to pull his tooth because he was too upset. My son was traumatized and now is afraid to go to the dentist. My son cheeck is also swollen from the experience. He was in worse pain than before and that was with not pulling out the teeth. We have to wait till Friday and go to topeka to get it extracted.

This was one of the most painless and honest dental cleanings Ive ever had. My hygienist had excellent communication skills and would routinely check to make sure I felt no pain. She was also a wealth of knowledge and able to explain what she was doing and why as the visit progressed.The doctor was also fantastic. He addressed my concerns by drawing diagrams of my teeth and explaining in detail what was happening and how to fix it. No procedures felt forced upon me, but he gave me options on what to do and when I can do it.Not to mention they tailored the cost of my appointment based on my income. A few forms and some documentation were worth the money I saved over going to a different clinic. Go here, you wont regret it.

I was going through my insurance coverage list calling places one by one and when I got to this one I seen the reviews but assumed some people were over reacting but in just the 10 seconds I was on the phone with them, the receptionist sounded very rude, like she didnt even want to help.Seems like almost all the negative reviews are based on the receptionist so Im not sure why she is still there driving business away when she doesnt have customer service skills. How many bad reviews is it gonna take ?

Ive been going here for over 2 years. I see Jennifer Ebert. Shes been great with me. She really seems like she cares. I have several chronic conditions. I have no experience with the dental side. The receptionist has always been ok.

Im not going to lie it I will be doing everything in my power to find a different dentistI am a single mother who showed up for my appointment and was refused services do to my child was me.. this had never been a problem while I was there before but the staff has since become very rude and made it so that I cannot be seen there if my child is with me. Like really..I took the bus in the cold to get to this appointment.they didnt care and sent me away. My review has gone from a 4 to a 0.

5:10 pm and the dental clinic is closed although the website says they dont close until 5:30 pm. We drove almost hour from home to get here. Very disappointed and I feel that for all the poor reviews for many different reasons that they might want to consider some changes. Its sad to think because they are one of the few dentists that accept state insurance that their staff can mistreat their customers. We deserve better treatment and respect.

Wonderful, professional, high skilled, sensitive, consideration and accommodating are all words that instantly come to mind when thinking of my experiences with the beautiful sweet ladies staffing the Manhattan Konza Dental Clinic! Perhpas the very best experiences Ive had at the dentists, second only to the wonderful people helping others like me at the Douglas County Dental Clinic. The Konza Dental clinic is world class, best ever kinda place! Thank you Konza Dental ladies! I LOVE U :-)

Clinic is located in the Health Department with parking off of Tecumseh Rd. Clinic is fine as long as you are willing to deal with health care shenanigans. Decent!

I called to make an appt and the lady was a total B word. Rudest person Ive ever been in contact with and Ive been in prison. Finally I told her nevermind. Not sure how the other employees are but the lady on the phone should be slapped.

Overall good experience here. It beats going to the one in JC. I would say it could do a little better with answering the phone.

All I did was call to ask for information and the receptionist was extremely rude. I am low income and their prices are literally half of other offices but I absolutely will NOT ever consider coming here. The receptionist could not give me the time on the phone, would not be upfront with me about simple questions, and hung up on me. How do they expect me to trust them with my teeth?!

I am a single mom of 4 and came to Konza for medical help. They not only referred me to another place and said the initial visit would be paid for which in fact it wasnt, but they also charged me a total of $375 plus the co pay! This is more expensive than a regular doctor! DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL PAY MORE IN THE END!

They need to make it a point to inform people of their policies while the person is making the appointment, not in the middle of the appointment. Took my daughters for their first dental appointments, everything was fine at first, the hygienist was very sweet, then a blonde haired hygienist (?) abruptly came into the room and told me to leave and go to the waiting room, so i did. She came back out and i stood up and this lady put her hand up and rudely told me parents were NOT allowed to be in the back and said my daughter was just fine. I asked why i couldnt go back, the only reason she gave me was that it was the doctors policy I told her we would leave then and that i was not going to leave my children with anyone i didnt know. I went in to get my daughter she was in the room alone and completely unsupervised. We left in the middle of the appointment. I was unaware of this supposed policy and had i known before hand i would not have wasted our time, their time and taken time off of work for this. Im sure i am not the only parent who would not feel comfortable with this policy before meeting any of the staff.

I must say I am not surprised to see these bad reviews. My experience was horrible. They do not allow you back with your children and waste your time only to tell you that the child was not behaving....more like scared to death who isnt going to the dentist and then your supporter your parent has to stay in the lobby. This practice is Shameful and they get away with this by being the only ones to accept state insurance. Well I can wait get dental coverage through my job untill then myself and my children will just have to suffer through. HORRIBLE CARE!

Literally everytime I step foot in the dental department my mood changes. The receptionist have the WORST attitudes and act as if they dont even want to speak to you. Until they get a little more friendly and the staff is more helpful I wont be going back. Worst experience ever . Unless this is a last resort dont go.

The receptionist is a doll, The PA Ebert does the least she can do for a patient with the indifference of a jail guard. The fees for a PA are the same for a real doctors visit and we still pay 80% of a regular fee. We now go only for dire situations.

Ive called this place twice, and both times theyve hung up on me after saying they couldnt help me, because they never have any PAs on staff. Rude as hell. Never going here.
