Great experience! The initial phone call was very informative and PA spent time going through my goals and how the program can help me meet those goals. Since my appointment I have had daily conversations with the PA to help me stay on track.

I have had a great experience thus far! I loaded Friday and Saturday and started my low calorie protocol on Super Bowl Sunday. Today is Friday the 13th and I have released 10 pounds. I am excited to reach my goal weight and learn how to keep the weight off for good!
