Just finished 5 week introduction. Sleeping better, lifting things around the house more easily, lost over 10 lbs, and feel great...sore but a good sore. Signed up for a year today! Will continue because of the rapid results and VERY quick half hr. workouts! KUDOS 👏👏👏to Brenton the coach Ive been working out with!Most DEFINITELY recommend this gym.👍

This place has literally changed my life. In one year, I have lost nearly 28lbs! The weight loss isn’t the only thing you will gain from Fit Body Boot Camp though. I have so much more muscle now and my heart is so much stronger than it used to be. My blood pressure and resting heart rate have decreased, and I am now able to run 5ks which I never would have imagined doing 2 years ago. The main thing I love about these workouts is that they are only 30 min. It makes it easy to squeeze in even on a busy day. There is even an enclosed “Kid Zone” with a TV for your kids if they need to come with you, so no more using them as an excuse not to exercise! The pace of the exercises are fast, and I love that they include strength and cardio so that you are hitting every area. The coaches are encouraging and will always help you to push yourself to the next level. If you are someone who needs direction when working out, this is the place to go! Don’t let the words “boot camp” scare you ~ there are modifications and many exercises just involve your body weight. You won’t regret this!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I love that I do t have to think about a workout. I walk in and just do it... Miranda is great at coming up with workouts that really work. It is truly a family place. Kids room is FREE and the boys always ask if we can go every time we drive by.

Want a 5 star workout experience? Try Fit Body Boot Camp in Manhattan! The trainers are phenomenal and provide outstanding assistance throughout the workout. Such a great workout and big calorie burn in only 30 minutes! I love that I can bring my son and he has fun in the Kid Zone for no extra charge. Miranda and her staff are great! Everyone is so supportive and and friends I’ve made are priceless!

Only 30 minutes! The owners and coaches are there to help you get to your goals. Each workout is different and more challenging than the last. I have found myself trying to out do myself each time. :)

Gone here about 4 times now. I’m doing the free 30 day challenge with my wife. It’s a very good workout. Expect a circuit of some kind. Full body. Little bit of resistance and a little cardio. The facility could be bigger. There is a bathroom/change room but no showers. They also have a kids play area with a TV and toys which is behind glass doors so you can see them but they’re not distracting. We like it so far!

I just started last week, I have found soreness in muscles I forgot I had. I’ve been needing this in my routine and this challenge I got myself in has let me start that.I can’t say anything but great things about the workouts we’ve been doing and the staff, even though I feel like I’m dying doing them. I have been following the diet suggested for me and have been feeling great with some early results!For anyone wanting a great place to work out with some great coaches try Fit Body Boot Camp.

As a mom of three, the first thing I look for on gym reviews is childcare. While there is no childcare here, there is a room with windows where kids can play and watch tv. I’ve seen many other moms bring their kids in and witnessed the coaches being amazing with fussier kids! This gym is great. Oh, and the workouts will Work. You. Out.

Great place! Been looking for a place where I wouldn’t get bored with their work outs, and found Fit Body Boot Camp. I have a back injury that I have to be mindful of while I slowly build my core back up. I get a great workout, and sweat it all out. I feel good when I’m done and simple modify my circuit routine to fit my limitations, doing a little more each time. The staff is friendly, helpful & very welcoming to all.

I LOVE ❤️ this place! The staff is incredibly helpful and cares about my fitness goals and me as a person. The workouts are different every single day. There are so many different times to choose from, it makes it easy to fit into a hectic schedule and the workouts are only 30 minutes! I was only able to do 4-5 push-ups at once, I’m up to 25 with no sweat!!!

I cant emphasize enough how much this place has changed my life. I started going here about 8 months ago and have lost around 70lbs. I have never been an athlete or able to lose weight successfully and have struggled with finding something that actually works for me. Miranda and Janina are incredible and push you to every work out. I have never been to a repeat workout, or anything close to a one. Every workout is different and you are able to customize it to accommodate what you are physically able to do. It really works for whatever fitness level you are on. I started out not being able to jog for longer than 10seconds and still was able to participate in every workout.I also want to mention that never once have I felt judged or intimidated to go there. It is the only gym environment that I have felt totally comfortable in. Nobody even looks at each other, because everyone is so focused on what they are doing.

Best place to workout ever. I normally hate going to the gym, but this place has me wanting to continuously go. Quick 30 min workouts and your done. They encourage you throughout the workout and make you want to keeping pushing yourself. Going to a normal gym with no trainer makes it hard to constantly push yourself. I love it here.

Manhattan Fit Body Boot Camp is one of the best Gyms I have ever joined. I feel stellar after each workout and look forward to working out each day with my Fit Body family. Each day the routines are different and keep me motivated to come back for more. They have a 1 week trial for anyone who wants to try them out. I suggest you give them a try. We are currently during an 8 week New Year, New You challenge where they are giving away a trip, cash, and other prizes. Miranda, Nathan, and Janina are some of the best people I have ever met at the gym. They motivate you to do your best and assist you in helping reach your goals. I recommend this gym to anyone in the Manhattan area.

I have always been nervous to workout at a gym for fear of being judged for not knowing how to do everything properly. My first time at MFBBC I was immediately welcomed and everyone was so friendly that I felt right at home. It doesnt matter where you are at in your fitness journey they are willing to work with each and every person to help them achieve their goals. Miranda is patient and always willing to answer questions. This is the first gym I can say I actually look forward to going to every morning!

I started at MFBBC back in February and was terrified. I hadnt worked out in years, had two kids, and worked full time. Miranda was always encouraging and willing to work with my schedule. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee, and shes made minor modifications to the workouts so I wont injure myself, but can still get in a tough, sweat-inducing workout. I really, genuinely love this place. Ive lost inches and pounds. I can do sit-ups! I can do so much more now than before and my confidence shows it. If youre even the least bit curious, check out MFBBC; its well worth it.

FBBC is the best program I have been a part of. Miranda is so knowledgeable and has been through the same journey herself! So working out hasnt been a big priority in my life for a long time so taking the first step was a big challenge for me, but the best decision I have made for myself. Over many years I have have slowly let myself go but finally decided i needed a change and needed to push myself even if i dont enjoy it at first I know this will be a start to healthier habits. I couldnt ask for a better environment to start my journey. Fit body bootcamp is challenging but miranda is amazing! She in so encouraging and helps you push through even when you want to give up! The people that come here are not judgemental at all and The customer service here is great! Miranda and her staff are great about answering any questions and helping you achieve your goal. You can see the passion they have for wanting to help others! I find myself waking up sore but making it out the door with a goal i want to achieve and coming in for more and Im glad I do every time! This is exactly what was missing in my life! The biggest plus for me was having a place that I can come workout and bring my kids to chill in the kidzone. This makes my life so much easier not trying to find a sitter. Anyone can do this! I highly recommend this place! You wont regret it!
