Had a cleaning one visit and filled a vacitt on a different visit. His team is amazong. His hygienists did a great great cleaning and are very kind. He was very patient when he did my cavity and I got to watch Netflix the entire time. I almost fell asleep because he was a soft touch. Thanks again!!

My family has been seen by Dr Bowen for over a year now! Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists are all amazing - some even teach at the school, too! They are so sweet, patient, and love their jobs. I have extreme dental anxiety and everyone in this office is understanding to try to make appointments as smooth as possible. I appreciate how thorough and careful they are. Fair warning : he is very good at his job and there are often waits to be seen by him (especially with the impacts of COVID) but he IS worth the wait! Please don’t go to anyone else in town if you have dental anxieties!

Friendly office staff. I have been several times in my time living here and going to school. Last visit had me feeling bad about my experience and I had a filling done. Kept telling me I had extreme teeth grinding and signs of acid reflux, then told me I need a night guard. So I asked several questions about what I was dealing with. His answers were sarcastic and not very sympathetic. His assistant was not very friendly as well. Whole visit left a bad impression with me. I have had good experiences with the woman always running the front desk.

I have been going to Bowen Family Dentisrty for about 18 months. The family oriented atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel at home. I suffer from anxiety and they go out of their way to ensure Im relaxed. They never overbook and Ive never waited more than five minutes to be seen. Im an OOS student who didnt have a dentist in this area, but my plastic retainer of 8 years snapped so I called to make an appointment to get molds for a new one. Their prices are great, their staff is very friendly (I had a technician named Katie who is training to be a dentist herself and she was awesome), and they made sure the molds were the best they could be to last for at least another 8 years. Highly recommend

Excellent experience! I have been impressed with Bowen Family Dentistry from appointment scheduling to aftercare. The staff are friendly, patient and attentive. When my husbands appointment had to be rescheduled rather last minute, they were flexible and understanding. The office is clean, modern and conveniently located. I received an email reminder, which I appreciate immensely. Dr. Bowen answered the many questions I had, gave advice I could understand and managed to make me laugh- which is a plus. My routine cleaning was awesome and I highly recommend his practice!

Not that I enjoy my dentist visits ever, but its my own fault for not taking care of my teeth. The staff at BFD is always very kind and courteous. Their prices are fair and procedures are relatively painless. I really enjoy getting to watch TV while getting work done on my teeth, it helps keep my mind occupied! Thanks!

Chelsea is my dental hygienist at this office, she does a fantastic job! I like the water way to clean teeth vs. the metal scraper... none of that is the correct terminology. Very friendly staff and Dr. Bowen does a good job explaining what the concerns are and when/if to do something about it. Ive been there several times and have had nothing but great care!

Dr. Bowen is the best hands down. His staff is always friendly and really provides a listening ear to your concerns. Dr. Bowen takes the time to ensure that you recieve the best dental care around. The staff was friendly and kind during my each of my visits. I was incredibly disappointed when I was billed a year later for a treatment I had already paid my portion per what they said I owed.Turns out my insurance did not cover the treatment. Make sure you get all of the paperwork from both the dentist and the insurance company and compare their notes. Make sure youre not getting billed for something that was already taken care of.I have never in my life had this happen with any dentist office until Bowen Dentistry. Get all the information up front and talk with your insurance if you decide to become a patient with Bowen Dentistry. This will help save you some money.

Very friendly, very professional..great place to take your kids too. Plenty of toys in waiting room, has personal tv right in the dentist chair with Netflix that can keep you and/or your kiddos entertained while having teeth worked on.
