I will never step foot in this place again. I waisted over $250 to get my hair darker than before when I asked for it to be lightened up. I’m from California where the prices should be double and I could of received this same service for more than half of what I was charged. The lady even asked if I had a budget in mind and I had told her if she could just let me know the price then in the end changes the price. The lady was also super rough with me and pulled out so much hair while combing it. She colored my hair after she shampooed and just slapped the color on while my head was in the sink still. I was charged for things that I didn’t received. I was charged for a styling when all she did was blow dry it because I had work right after so I told her I had to put it right up anyways. She didn’t even try to hatch a conversation just came to check my hair. It’s a no for me save your money for better service and better results. I still tipped even though I was over charged because that’s how I was raised but this will be the first and last time.

The manager and staff are always so helpful and nice. They have great sales and you earn points for extra money off. I encourage people to shop here instead of the big box Ulta.

Salon Brands in Manhattan, KS is great! The staff are super friendly and make you feel apart of the family. It seems like they are always running a special. Great deals, especially if you can get the Groupon.I personally see Melissa Z. and she has always been knowledgeable and works as best as she can to help me achieve what I want! I have yet to feel disappointed with the service here!P.S. I also love the amazing tent sale you have once a year! Love me some bargains!

Normally I like salon brands, but I bought 2 nail polishes from there and they didn’t tell me they were final sale. So when I got home and already had that color I thought no big deal I’ll exchange it for another color, but when I went to exchange it they said they can’t take it back even for an exchange! I didn’t open it literally bought it 2 days before. Very disappointed and will not be shopping there anymore. I only bought the polish from them even though it is more expensive to get it there than at Target because I like supporting local businesses, but that won’t happen again.

I paid $75 for something I can do at home with products from sallys. I am so disappointed I cried on the way home. NOT worth it my hair is STILL a frizzy mess now that its dry. :(
