Emily G did an amazing job! She did everything I wanted. A great balayage that seemed perfectly placed to give my hair a different pop WITHOUT KILLING IT! 🙌🏻 She then cut it and layered it without taking off a bunch (just as I asked) and the layers made my hair look so much fuller because she did it perfectly. I will definitely be back for as long as she is there. The salon was also so clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly was so happy when I left there!

I was not impressed with Avalon nail salon and the woman who did my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then had to micromanage every detail of the process from shaping to painting. I asked for a rounded shape and pushed for my nails to be rounder multiple times before giving up on having the shape I wanted. Then I had to describe over and over what I wanted my nails to look like, despite having shown a picture more than once to the nail tech. In addition, my cuticles were never pushed back or trimmed. The finished product was not what I wanted, and I left after an hour, extremely disappointed. Two of my nails have chipped already, even though I have done nothing (dishes, scratching, etc.) that would cause that to happen. I would also like to mention that mid-manicure there was a spider crawling up my arm that I suppose had fallen from the ceiling. I would not recommend that anyone get their nails done at Avalon, and I will not be going back.

I went for a spa pedicure and although the lady was nice, she was obviously very inexperienced. Their prices are very high for the value of service. I woke up in the middle of the night in pain because she caused a foot infection. I can’t speak for their other services, but don’t go there for pedicures.

I have been a client of Avalon since they opened. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The owner takes pride in her salon, staff and clients and I recommend Avalon every chance I get.

They were good quick and polite, dont trim or treat your cuticles as part of a full set acrylic set.

I have had Tracy, the owner of Avalon, highlight and style my hair and give me manicures (acrylic nails) for years. Tracy is an expert at both and I have never left her salon feeling disappointed. The colors in my hair always look natural and I love the shape of my nails and that they are thin and are not thick like other people have left me with.

I have been a faithful patron of Avalon for over a year. But recently they lost several great stylists and the girl I was given an appointment with today left me in tears for the first time in over a decade. I asked for a 1 inch to 1.5 trim and I lost easily double that and my hair looks nothing like the photo I brought in. What happened to your Salon?? :(

$65 for a facial I could have done myself at home. Honestly, the girl was nice so am not taking it on her. I am reviewing the salon as a whole for this service. I stayed through the service because of the girl. This was the worse facial I ever had. Even at bellus Academy I had wayyyy better. I need a full service facial, not just some scrubbing and cream. I can do that at home myself. My idea of taking the time to and paying someone for a facial is having a vapor and the proper tools for extraction. None of them they had. I wasted my money and I’m still bitter about it. The service was totally not worth that money. More like a $15 service. I will not recommend ‘‘tis salon for facial.

Got a spray tan for my sorority formal and it was the best quality spray tan I have ever gotten. The staff was so friendly and I will definitely be going back to my hair, nails and spray tan needs.

Have always gotten excellent haircuts . Molly listened to what I wanted and also had great ideas of what we couldtry. Very, very pleased with them!

Been coming to Tracy for my haircuts since I was a kid. The ladies are always nice, and I can try a new style from whomever whenever I like. Be prepared to do about a week out when needing a trim.

This is the worse salon EVER! The staff is so rude and the owner is so pretenious that I will never return and make sure no one I ever know makes the mistake of going. My hair lookrd awful! You would think the tiger stripes frome 2001 came back in style with how awful they are at doing hair. The salon make look nice on the outside, but make no mistake considering the attitude and skill of the employees its just awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS JOKE OF A SALON.
