Sarah gave me my first massage in years, and absolutely blew my expectations away! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. She had her work cut out on my tightly knotted muscles, but her deep tissue technique was exactly what the doctor ordered. Highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and tranquil experience! I walked out of there a puddle of mush in the best way possible 😌

From booking to massage, this place is very good. I left a message in the afternoon and they responded promptly a few hours later. It was very easy to make the appointment. Once youre inside you will enjoy the tranquil relaxing setting they have set up. We met with both massage therapists when we arrived and filled out our paperwork. They made it all very comfortable and personable. Upon entering the massage area we had a great conversation about areas we wanted to focus on and she offered a few different techniques that would help alleviate some tension. My wife and I both received a massage with hot stones. It was top notch from beginning to end. We will be back a few more times this year.

This was my first visit here - I am so glad I tried it! Sarah was fabulous and I would highly recommend her. (I did a 1 hour swedish massage) Her massage technique was great and this was the best massage I have gotten out of any other local massage locations. The rooms are super relaxing and the music was soothing as well. She also asked several times during the session if the pressure was still okay which I appreciated. I highly recommend you give this place a try! The pricing was also very affordable

I have been coming to Serenity since about 2016, I am always pleased with the massages. Cassandra has been my go to person but all of the staff is great. This place makes me feel amazing and its so peaceful.

Ive only said I love you to less than a handful of people. I said it to my massage therapist in the first minute of my massage! I have been to a few different places and this one is perfect! Its cute and has its own special touch. Most important the work is phenomenal. With my professional having a good massage therapist is crucial. Im so glad I found one! The price is reasonable and the service is fantastic! I cant wait for my next one :-)

I was surprised to find this great gem in Manchester. The decor is just lovely, and everyone was very friendly. Cassandra worked magic on me. I had tons of knots and she really knew how to work em out. I was also impressed with beforehand, how much consideration she put into giving me the best massage for what my needs were. She explained how she would manage the time, which areas she would focus on, etc, so I knew what to expect during the massage. After my massage I was complete jello; I havent felt so good in a LONG time.Amanda did my pedicure and she was wonderful. She helped my pick a great (bronzy- brownish) color that was different from my usual pink/lavender go-to. I wish I had bought a bottle of it to take home, because I just love the color.I look forward to going back to Serenity Spa soon!

From the minute you walk in you relax. All staff were knowledgeable, kind and took their time with services. I had eyebrow and lip wax, mani and pedi and a facial. Two different professionals, but both equally as good. Also, prices are very reasonable. I recommend this spa without any hesitations.

The location was easy to get to, the spa was quiet and peaceful, the decor was taseful. Cassandra Silakos gave me a cup of tea and we relaxed and chatted for a while, no rushing. She was very friendly and welcoming. Then I got the 20 minute neck and shoulder massage and it was amazing! Ive had two other professional massages elsewhere before but this one was on a whole other level. The experience was very relaxing and felt wonderful. Id definitely like to go back again as soon as possible. :)

This is, no doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. The massage was so good that I actually fell asleep towards the end of it. IT FELT SO GOOD. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.Atmosphere was perfect. Quiet inside with white noise and hints of bird chirping and brooks babbling.The staff was kind and never pushed you into doing anything you didnt want. Their techniques during the massage are so relaxing. They also remained quiet so you could lose yourself in your own thoughts. As well, even though I only had one person working on me, it felt like I had 2 sets of hands working my back. Absolutely amazing.The price is more than reasonable. $60 for a full hour massage at this skill level?! More than worth it. As well, they have plenty of other services. I bet those are just as good.Another huge factor that raises them above any other massage place is that they do not rush you. They make sure there are 30 minutes in between each session so that you have time to get there and time to leave. You never cross over into someone elses massage time.Again, I cannot stress enough how good this entire experience was. I will be going back in the near future for sure.

My mother, sister and I visited Serenity Spa for for massages, i also got a facial and my mother a pedicure. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She did extractions and I was not blotchy or break out afterwards!! She also did my mothers pedicure who juust had her knee replaced and was quite difficult to say the least. Stephanie did everything to make her more comfortable with a SMILE. The massage I had by Cassandra was the BEST i had ever had and if I didnt live in Mass I would have her regularly massage me. I am a dental hygienist and knew EXACTLY where and how to massage me. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism, comfort and good energy these girls gave. They NEVER made us feel rushed even though I know we ran passed our time and I really appreciated that. We will be going back for another massage, facial and im hoping another fun service!! :-)

There is only one word i can use to describe serenity spa heaven i recently went for a facial and ended up rebooking for more services the staff was very friendly and proffesional and my service was so relaxing i even fell asleep.I was amazed on how clean it was compared to other places i have been and there is a warmth i have never felt anywhere else.I told all my friends to make appointments right away the only complaint i had was my time there had to end cant wait till my next appointment

Went to get a pedicure while pregnant. Worse pedi ever! The bowl was dirty, towels were dirty and the girl doing my pedi had what appeared to be track marks up and down her arm. She left me alone for over 20 min. and came back looking high and smelling like a cig. Absolute worse place! Ill never go back!
