I went in with eyebrows and left with this! They are the worst at their jobs and they shouldn’t be touching anyone!

Ive been coming here for years and years and my eyebrows always come out exactly the way I want, every single time. No matter who is doing them. They are quick and precise! Always recommend them. Ive been here since the reopening a few times and its safe and clean!

I absolutely LOVE the girls! These two are the only ones that are allowed to touch my brows! I love how they take their time and really pay attention to the detail of your brows.

This is the worst service I have received in a long time, I wish I could give a zero star. I went in for my eyelash extension and I could barely open my eyes the next day with the lashes poking out. My eyes were all glued together, thank God I didn’t go blind. The lady did an absolute terrible job and I called the office to inform them of my dissatisfaction but the response I got was more disappointing than the terrible service. The owner asked me what I wanted her to do about the bad service I received. She said didn’t I know the lashes were fake before fixing them. This is an eyesore. I would definitely NEVER step my foot in the salon again. NEVER

I am a long time customer of this threading business and have generally had good experiences. However, I had my eyebrows and lip threaded yesterday by a woman I ha don’t seen before and did not have a good experience. When I checked out I had her look up my membership (that I have been paying for for years) and she didn’t listen to me when I said I have two memberships under my phone number and only one is active, so she did the transaction through the incorrect account. She charged the full price of the services and I told her she was wrong, but she told me it was too late and I could use it next time. This is absolutely unacceptable and was her mistake, but she did NOTHING to resolve the issue (no return and correctly re-charge, no refund, no credit towards my next visit), she just said “next time.” To add to it all, she missed many hairs that I had to remove myself at home.I have been going to this business since I moved to the area in 2013 and unless someone reaches out to me to address this, I will not be returning.EDIT: I was seen on 6/11/19 at around 2:00pm.

This place is in Manchester new Hampshire commons plaza. I did not go here and I did not order nothing from here either. I walked by this place is because I was going to a different store that is in the plaza. This place showed up on my cell phone. I had to put a review is because its the only way to get this off my phone.

I have been here many times and was usually pretty happy with my visit but recently I have been going there and have left almost in tears. Chunks of my eyebrows are getting taken off each time. Even after explaining thoroughly what I want, I still go out upset. I will never be going back there. My sister also just gave them another chance and she called me crying saying that her eyebrows that she has been growing out for two months are now completely butchered. I dont know who these new people are that they hired, but I am not satisfied at all. Its too bad because my first couple experiences were great. Never again.
