In town for a wedding and had few choices to get an updo. I’ve never been to a Supercuts and was concerned about what I would get but also desperate. I showed a photo of the look I wanted to Alyssa and she immediately put me at ease by responding super-confidentially “I can totally do that”, and she did. It looked even better than the photo I showed. Alyssa is a very talented stylist and should you need her services, I highly recommend. Tip her well!!

Alyssa was fantastic. I highly recommend her she was so patient, professional and super friendly. I was running late and she still took me. She wasnt rude or upset that I was late. She did a amazing job on my hair talked to me throughout the whole time I was there. She washed down everything before and after. They were all friendly but she definitely stuck out for me. She is nasty when it comes to braids so got to her. Thanks so much Alyssa for my hair. I have already gotten so many compliments and its only been 40 minutes. Thanks for making me feel amazing.

Friendly hairstylists, they use good judgement, and are an affordable option. I recommend making an appointment online or over the phone, but they do take walk-ins when they have availability. Don’t forget to tip your hairdresser!

We always go here for my daughter and they do a really nice job. However, I went to get a haircut for my 21 month old and was really disappointed that they still will not allow littles to sit in your lap for a cut. This meant we had to walk out and go elsewhere because there was no way he was going to just sit there for one of his first haircuts. I hope this policy is reviewed and edited.

My daughter and i both have had our hair cuts recently. Their price is totally affordable and i love the customer service. Some hidden talent in here for sure

They DO NOT know how to cut mens hair. If you want just a trim or a regular shaved head they can do that but dont go there for an actual haircut.

I called for appointments was told to come down with 0 wait time , I live 3 minutes away , when I got there there was 4 people in front of me and 1 hr wait , no thanks ill bring my business elsewhere, to think I tipped these people 15+ everyrime I was in there no moreBelow the area managers email address is bogus , I tried twice to contact this area manager and they both came back as no such email what kind of non sense is this?

Screwed over. After having been a customer many times I have made my last visit. On every visit I have called ahead and asked if a certain time was available. If it wasnt Id change to a time that was or come another day. Yesterday, at 5:45 I happened to be visiting a friend nearby and called to ask if my stylist was available at 6:30 PM. I was told yes, come in at 6:30. As I drove towards Manchester I realized I could be there by 6 PM so called to see if that was available. The answer was no, she has someone who just came in, so stick with 6:30. I went to a bookstore and read for a while, then left and arrived just before 6:30. When I arrived I was told Sorry, we are very busy; you will have to wait an hour or more,...etc, etc. Hard to believe they could be so uncaring about a customer. If I had been told when I first called sorry we are too busy to give you any time before 8 PM or sorry, no one is available that would have been fine and I would have driven home. Home over an hour away so having to wait around for almost an hour after my initial call is a big deal. Supercuts likes to say that they don’t take appointments i.e. appointments days ahead – but I have always been able to call the same day and have their commitment honored – until yesterday. Sorry but after being screwed over like that I won’t be back.

I was nervous I hadnt had a hair cut from them before. My hair came out exactly like I wanted and it brought my family to tears to see how AWESOME it came out!!! The wash cut and blow dry was cheaper than I thought!!! I will be going back!!!!

I used to go there in between finding local barbers that did a good job. Lots of recent graduates start their career there so you gamble with the cut you get. Can be very busy at times. Its a good backup.

Friendly staff ,good place and the birth place of great satisfying haircuts! We went there without an appointment and we were welcome warmly! My sons first haircut-style was done in this location and he was happy,we were happy !

If you are looking for a fast, quality haircut with great service, then look no further. I went in at 4:00 pm on a Tuesday, waited less than 5 minutes, and was out in a half hour! While I dont expect my haircut to be this fast every time, I definitely will be going back here again!

I gave the older lady a picture to look at and left the picture open on my phone the entire time and she gave me a completely different hair cut and almost left me bald!!! She cut the sides too short the length too short and the back WAY too short!!! Disgusted, will never go again!!

Just walked in and waited 10 minutes and no one even bothered to come to the front. One person was in back and never even noticed myself and another lady were there. Ill bring my business to a place that actually wants my business.

I made an appointment for 4:00, she said it would be a 20 minute wait. Seriously, whatshould the point of an appointment? Youreally just better off walking in. My 20 minute wait turned into over 40 minutes, and there was still three people ahead of me. In the end I didnt get my hair cut. I didnt want to give these people my money.

Workers name is kaitlyn. I called in to ask about getting highlights done 3 hours before this location is closed and was told that they stop doing them after a certain time last i knew you offer a service and that service says nothing about not being able to have done after a certain time. Kaitlyns reason was that they normally have only 2 on after 530 and cant spend that much time with someone and tells me it can take hours to do ive seen it get done and it dont take hours she then tells me it takes 40 mins to cut hair and i know thats a lie cause if they took that long someone would be fired Im sorry whos the one thats paying you to work to keep your doors open last i check it was the customers no need to argue with one on the phone. Very disappointed with supercuts

The service is great but sons hair came out awful! Should’ve just paid the extra couple bucks to get it done somewhere else.
