Dont think about leaving a message because you will never hear from them. A shame you reach out and businesses dont give two pennies about the public
I went there get information on homeowners rebuilding program, made appointment for the resume class and visited the clothing room. All programs are free and at COVIC compliance. The receptionist and employees are very nice, respectful and helpful. Especially visit the clothing room if you know someone that has a need and the third floor for CNA classes. Lots of assistance for anyone that needs it. Great place!
Dropped off Taxes
Whoever answers the phones at this agency should take lessons on how to deal with the public or find another line of work. It doesnt take much to be kind and respectful to people.
Very helpful and if they cant help you with your problem, they can send you in the right direction .
As far as correspondence goes for many services, dont call. They wont call back and bs you for 2 weeks til you go down there again and say youre not leaving til they help.Their medical facilities arent bad and they actually help but aside from that, not too helpful.
I met a friend here and was amazed at the services provided. Every city should have these services for low income families
Big help if you come here to stay.
They took an awfully long time, a long waste of my time that couldve been better spent, to tell me they couldnt help me.
Was not able to help me
This is a pic. from waiting room.
Gives you the runaround. Very unhelpful.
Need Help Come By
Still waiting to hear from them...
I eat there
Helpful
They are very poor at following up with people. Been a month and a half and still no answer. After several calls weekly, still no answer, still not returning phone calls after being promised assistance a month and a half ago. Such poor service.
