Found what I needed. Store was in good condition... Only prob some things, small items, are priced over new condition.

Things were well organized and easy to shop. Employees were friendly, but very busy in a constant line of check outs. Overall good. Did not find any terrific finds today, but thats just how it goes.

Very comfortable we werent worried about it Rushing or nothing and I recommended too many and that comfortable broke- in shirt or slacks...etc.........highly recommended to all.......🤗☺🤔🙄

These are some of the rudest most obnoxious And dishonest people I have ever met. The managers especially are incompetent and belligerent.

Find great bargains and do your good deed for the day by patronizing a store that provides job training for folks with disabilities.

This particular goodwill has a wide selection of items especially for high school and college age individuals. Although it’s located in a central location the donated goods vary widely.

The home good area was sparsely stocked and very disorganized. Prices were not at donated pricing. Ots disappointing to know that good items make it to an online store instead of to local shelves.

Very clean place. Everything is organized. Was very disappointed they dont offer the 50% discount on certain colors each day like most do. They do offer alot if name brand clothing for men. Over all, nice place.

Its decent as good wills go. I dont expect it to be a first class experience and its not sketchy, but it also isnt very well organized. The selection of stuff is just not as good as the other area good wills. I suspect this is because it is next to Liberty University and is always being picked over.

We found a real popcorn machine that works. Our kids love popcorn so they will be really happy.

All the employees were nice and especially the new lady martha great customer service very good.

I found out that I have terminal pancreatic cancer a month ago as of today. Ive been miserable and impossible to be happy.After 2 years of refusing to return to any goodwill store ever again because of the price that was placed on an item i donated, that yall got free, it wasnt until today that i returned to just look around. And Im glad i did thanks to a young lady workn there. Susan i think. She seemed so happy to be there working even though a customer was being very rude with her for asking to round up. But most importantly it was what she told me that is the reason I smiled. She explained to me that items donated are priced to reflect their value but still be a bargain. And although I could get that bargain at another thrift store, with goodwill the proceeds of my purchased and donated items go towards yalls revenue to provide free training and programs to help others improve their life. See Im losing my life but the fact that im helping others have a way to improve theirs makes me proud. Please thank that young lady. Bless you all!

They were kind and let us park our truck for a while since none of the other parking lot could accommodate our size. I went in to use their bathrooms and noticed that their standards are on par with what I assume are their national standards since Im from the Midwest.

Good selection for clothes and knick-knacks; not so good for household items.

I hate the set up at Goodwill stores. Cant get thru lanes to look at housewares. Metal shelves dont allow for 2 carts to pass thru. Same at wards rd lynchburg. Dont think Ill visit another store. Very off putting in myopinion.
