One of the nice Goodwills I like to check from time to time looking for a surprise good deal or two. If not I just grab a few cheap books and go on my way. This is the only Goodwill Ive seen that has had an affordable rocking chair, we got it for seven dollars and it just needed a new pillow.

The gentleman who rang me up was nice and I found some steals on home appliances and swimwear.

I enjoy exploring the store. Its a treasure hunt. The staff are kind and considerate. I seriously enjoy this place.

If this is the Goodwill in Forest.....I get so frustrated that you allow these certian people to hang around waiting for baskets to come out then they run to see whats in them not allowing anyone else to have a chance to even look at the merchandise. This one lady told the other lady to watch me I was to close to the basket as the guy was unloading. I like visiting the Forest Goodwill but I get so mad watching the way these people hound over all the good stuff. Some how it needs to have a STOP put to it. Sorry you ask my opinion and I gave it to you .Im sure Im not the only one sees this ! Thanks for your help !

I find good stuff here from time to time but compared to other stores in the area the pricing at this location has gotten crazy. Ive thought about posting something for the past year or so but saw this today after visiting several locations and decided to finally say something. $2.99 for a partially used travel size bathroom product!!! Hahaha! Thats insane for something that should just be thrown away. $14.99 for a pealing silver plated water pitcher with no handle? It seems like pricing at this location starts at $2.99 on items that would be $.59 at other area stores. I will often see things that still have 50 cents yard sale pricing on them and theirs will be $5.99 or more. Used dollar store items for multiple dollars and merchandise you can get brand new at the Wal--Mart next door for half the price. Also, it seems pointless for them to have the pricing signage about 5 for $1.00 for glassware, plates, etc. as pretty much everything is otherwise marked. If the prices were more reasonable, especially considering the source, they would move a lot more merchandise.

A nice store with a mostly friendly staff. There is one employee who always gives us an issue and has on several occasions asked questions well out of the appropriate. If this person didnt work there, would rate higher.

It was my first time in Goodwill yesterday. I asked a clerk if they accept returns and she said yes, within 7 days. They don’t have changing rooms open due to COVID-19, so I try on my clothes and bring that back today. When I try to return them, they said I can’t. I was confused, because I was just told yesterday I could return them. I wasn’t told it was exchange only, and I didn’t know the company policy. They proceed to bring the manager out who was extremely rude to me, and went so far as to embarrass and shame me when she addressed the customers that were in line behind me, insinuating I was holding them up for no good reason. That’s not a good look for a company, and that’s not how I deserve to be treated as a fellow human being. I don’t appreciate being humiliated, this was a disgusting interaction that went far behind an excusable “she’s just having a bad day.” I hope this gets noticed so that action can be taken. Someone kinder and more professional should be in that position, she is clearly unqualified for it.

I love good will the staff is always helpful. If I cant dont what Im looking for at one I go to another. I save so much money here! They even have a 50% sale for items the color of the week. Store was clean and didnt have that weird smell most thrift stores have.

I enjoy the staff at this Goodwill and find brand name, quality clothing when I browse. Parking is convenient and theres always a great selection of housewares and random items.

Pretty much the same as the other goodwills in this area. I love shopping here and they always have a good selection. My husband got a brand new suit in his exact size for $12. Its a good spot

I was able to find a couple pieces I could use for a reasonable price. There were several other items I could have used but they were almost retail priced and not in that great of condition I was very disappointed. I have noticed this seems to be the trend with this particular store things are getting more expensive and the quality is not as good as it used to be.

Large selection of clothes. Interesting housewares. Not many toys. Need better system for shoes...like separating by size with signage.

A great place to drop things off and know someone will be able to use something for their family. So much better than just dumping things in a landfill.

Its a fine Goodwill store. They typically arent all that nice so this one is a little above average. The workers are generally nice.

Large selection of second hand clothing. Shoes are all over theplacr but clothing is organized quite well. Small book nook. Very limited on toys at this location.

Ive shopped at goodwill for many years and never have I experienced such bad customer service. I went in to purchase 3 seasons of a tv show some one told me about yesterday ...went in they werent marked. Thus meaning they should give it at labeled price being $2.50...cashier would not do that was trying to charge me PER disc. Which would of made it $12.00 Fricking dollars I can buy it NEW for that. The lady than proceeded to blame the stickers prices not bwing on the case on we have people who work here with disabilities. Shows what they think about their co-workers. God forbid the customers. The store manager was just as bad. Ive been here many times and anytime aomwtjinf isnt marked with a special sticker it was the price on the rack it came from ...not sure whats going on now poor management and double standards I reckon . will not be RETURNING to this location,and will be calling corporate this week. For somewhere that gets EVERYTHING for free theyre certainly greedy, will definently give my donated goods to some place more appreciative like the salvation army where the actually care about the people ..Also cashiers did not have NAMETAG!Or else id list her name so you know to avoid bad service!!

Great location, not a lot of new stock, but everyday is different.

Goodwill seem to be losing sight of their original goals. They are over pricing DONATED items and are adding cheap new items much like what dollar stores carry. Most employees hate working there and act accordingly. Really sad to see what has happened to Goodwill. Time to refocus on the original business plan.

I paid 40$$ for 4 kid pants 2 men pants and 2 broken kid toys a lil much for a so called thrift store i would have been better off going to a retail store
