Well if your going to prompt care crying in pain don’t have nicole as your nurse she completely insensitive rude and mean cold and cal-less she will try and calm u down especially after waiting for 4 hours with a three year old. And your crying over pain and got rude defensive and completely turned it around as me having an angry out burst one thing I’m glad I recorded the conversation. I will be calling alll thru osf on her and I’m getting legal advice on this too!

I had to get a CT scan, they made it a very simple . I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I have used this prompt care multiple times and have received excellent care. Sometimes there might be a little bit of a wait but they are usually really good about keeping the line moving

First time going, walked in with no appointment, extremely short wait (doing the paperwork with the receptionist took longer than the actual wait for my turn), everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Receptionist also helped me to find a regular personal doctor, which I havent had in a long time and was dreading trying to handle on my own. Learned afterwards there was another PromptCare closer to my home, but I have no regrets driving the extra few miles. Health stuff is scary and they made me feel very comfortable.

I spent about 4 hours here; completed labs and x-rays only to be told to see my PCP or go to the ER without any explanation. Never spoke with an M.D. Those 4 hours could have been used waiting at the ER. Waste of time, money and resources. The staff was all really nice though.

OSF use to be a great place to visit for medical needs but not anymore. The immediate care nurses and staff do not care about patient care and what bothers me the most is that it’s a Christian hospital where you should see compassionate care. Yesterday I️ had a severe pain in my foot and I️ saw the nurses ignore me and even allowed other who I️ came before them to be seen while I️ day in pain. After taken me in to be seen. I️ was left by self for over an hour and when I️ tried to wheelchair myself out of the building, then someone came and talk to me. The front desk nurses are the worse and also inside the immediate care front desk staff. I️ am going to request my money back because I️ was sent home without any medication. Please management if OSF, do something about this lousy work place, it’s unChristian and unprofessional of a medical service personnel.

Had the Flu, no insurance, so I paid out of pocket 239 for the visit+ 79 swabe my tongue+79 swabe my ears total was =399 +65 for my anti botic prescription will never return there , just under 500 for getting the flu, was never told that I would be charged extra for swab twice @ 79 dollars each plus the visit of 239 Rip off

I have been waiting in the lobby for 2 hours already! There is only a couple people out here. The receptionist is extremely slow at getting people checked in. It appears there is no sense of urgency from anyone here. After telling the nurse I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby, her response was well if you dont like it here youll have to go somewhere else next time. She then took my blood presure right after and needless to say it was high. Just an absolutely terrible experience. I will gladly never come back.

Thee worst care me and my daughter have ever received. My daughter was hospitalized for RSV, Pnemonia, and Bronchilitis on February 8th. She was admitted for a weekend. After having three rounds of rocefen shots and her oxygen levels stabilized she was released. Now she’s sick again. 103 temperature, throwing up, congestion, double ear infection, and cough. We took her in and they did absolutely nothing for her. Wouldn’t give her antibiotics. They didn’t even try and get her fever down even though she kept throwing up the medicine I’d give her. They were in such a hurry to get out of the building that they didn’t even take my daughters oxygen cuff off of her toe. I was also seen there at the same time for similar symptoms and because my flu test came back negative they said nothing was wrong with me, not even a viral infection. I have never experienced such horrible health care in my life. They showed no regard for mine or my child’s health. And we will never go back there again. And I suggest you don’t either.

Horrible health care. The quality of health care is that of McDonalds. Cheap unreliable and not worth time or money. Dont rely on staff to give you accurate information on billing or treatment. Save your time and the head ache go somewhere else.

I was initially going to write a good review(seems like they need it) even after waiting 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen. It probably would’ve been better just to go to the emergency room. I HAVE(because still no prescription switch) a very painful ear infection, the only upside was that my nurse practitioner was very friendly and helpful! When I went to walgreens to get my medications I was told that they don’t carry 1 out of the 3 medications I needed(which was fine).I was told I should be prescribed something a little “more common””. I called several other pharmacies to be told the same thing. When morning came as soon as prompt care opened I gave them a call that I needed a change to my prescription, the lady who initially answered the phone answered with a tone that translated into an .. ok what are you telling me for? After being transferred to another lady who was polite, I was told that they would wait for a provider to come in. I am in a lot of pain, and yet still no phone call to let me know what’s going on. I don’t understand why I can’t just get my prescription switched for a different one every other osf I’ve been to with this problem has done it on spot. Save your time and money and don’t bother coming here if you don’t have a lot of patience.

So I went in to the prompt care signed in got skipped three time I went up the check the paper sign in sheet all the names are crossed out and I just have a check by mine I look at the front desk lady and she wont look at me even the gentleman I just got a call that asked me if I had been helped yet because he knew I was before him even then she still didnt say anything to me know if she wouldve given me some reason why I got skipped I would have been understanding but she just ignored never going back felt like I was been discriminated against the date was 3-3-2017 at 8 am
