Just as bad as it was 20 years ago. Can never get anyone to call you back, respond to any messages or get transferred to a nurse. The people who answer the phone think they are doctors and clearly have not been to school for it. If youre working in an office you should have some type of medical knowledge. Im assuming that all of these barely passed school. Very disappointed in the service. Waste of time switching my children there from another doctor.

As I sit here at 30.47 minutes on hold is a little insane. Since I also work for a phone service, in which one person answers and no ones ever on hold. As I wait I need to know what’s happening with my husband, and still on hold. This is crazy since I can’t call the place he goes to. Then now I have someone on the phone and their rude and no answer. Now back on hold to talk to someone. This needs a change, people call or go because their sick. They need answers, not to be talked down on and listen to same boring music. Just saying there needs some work with contacting these clinics . Very unhappy and need answers so my husband isn’t taking meds he shouldn’t. Get him to go and then all this happens, which he now doesn’t want to go. So I suggest lots of changes to these methods

Aside from the horrible customer service you get from the secretary’s, the bedside manner here is awful. The people who take your blood are not very educated as I was poked over two times in each arm when the veins were clear enough to be targeted. They left both my arms black and blue and after a full week the bruises remain. On top of this, you’re penalized for being late to appointments but apparently they can ROUTINELY call you back after you’ve waited over 45 mins for any type of treatment. Once you’re in the back room it’s only another 20 mins before a dr actually comes in to take care of you. At this point you’re rushed and they have you leaving in about 10 mins. This is the type of service and treatment I’d expect from McDonald’s or even Walmart employees. Some health care professionals these people are. I should’ve known better after the way they treated me with my first child. It has been no better the second time around. I truly hope those who come here are because they’re on state aid and not paying for actually medical benefits through a company. This is a true statement for multiple locations in the Rockford / machensey park area.

I have been a patient at Crusader Clinic for 25 years and even a board member at one time. To think I have no other choice but to leave the clinic is heart breaking! After Gordon Eggers left it hasnt been the same. Drs are leaving right and left and the patient care is horrible and there is nobody to call and report this type of care! Dont try blaming Covid 19 either...other clinics seem to be functioning properly!😪

Dentist is always at least an hour late to start appointment.

I used to enjoy my visits at this clinic they where always very helpful and helped in every way possible..... lately they have new staff who are very rude. I was given a 1:30 appointment w my child and was turned away because I also had my other child with me. So I was told to sit in my vehicle while my son was seen by the doctor which is only 13 years old suffers from a delay. I waited in the car w my newborn 2 hours and a half and still didn’t get to see the doctor because they said I had caused them to be delayed on patients. They then rescheduled me didn’t let my son get any of his medication. So I try to report them to the manager Jill who has yet to contact me back concerning my issue with the staff. They treat people unfairly like if you don’t bow down to them they can refuse the visits or if the nurse assistant is having a bad day they don’t see you?! I want to report the whole office i need someone to contact me back ASAP regarding my concerns please and thank you!

I personally dont understand all of the negative reviews. The greeter was very friendly and was doing an excellent job keeping the place sanitized while checking people in, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sabrina really listened to what I had to say and took the time to get to know me a little before the appointment. I will certainly be going back.

Less than helpful. Doctor seemed aloof, borrowed our pen, and cant manage to get scripts filled without an act of Congress. Dont waste your time at this clinic.

Come here only at last resort! Ive had to take my grandmother here twice and the first time we were there for and hour in a half, mind you we came 15 minutes early. Today we have had to wait almost an hour! The receptionist couldnt even give us an estimated time that she could be seen. The Crusader Clinic on Broadway is MUCH MUCH better go there for quality care.

The doctors are nice but Ive probably gotten misdiagnosed more times than what Ive gotten accurately diagnosed going here. I honestly wouldnt recommend:/ not to mention that Ive probably been asking for a refill on my rescue inhaler for 3 years now and still have yet to receive it. Requested that they not let my mom back (at 16 and onwards) multiple times as shes mean but one of the nurses sent her back anyways

DO NOT COME HERE FOR DENTAL WORKDr Benassi did fillings for me because I had free state insurance being a minor, he drilled too deep on one of the last ones I got done and I need to have a root canal done now. They didn’t want my mom coming back with me even though I was uncomfortable. I would give it 0 stars if I could

Its amazing to me how little it takes to convince me to find another provider. If you make an appt on a Friday afternoon, just know that the staffs biggest concern will be to get an early start on their weekend. Good Luck!

Went to an appointment yesterday for an IUD and Dr. Oloriegbe and her medical assistant Jessica, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Great job ladies, thank you!

We have been going to CC in loves park for the last few years and I have only had great interactions with them. My daughter really likes Dr. Fernando and when she gets her flu vaccine, she says it doesnt hurt. They are always polite and I havent really had an unreasonable wait time. We continue to see them even though we have private insurance now.

Theyve done a solid job. No clinic is perfect. I have had far more good experiences than bad ones. And some of the good ones have been absolutely excellent ones. Appreciate their vision and purpose/mission statement too.

Honestly, some of the most caring professionals I have dealt with. I love that they are attentive and are interested in going above and beyond to help their patients.

I just came from this facility the doctor is the worse dr kontiur something like that the one from India went to her last week because of foot and leg pain she wasnt trying to hear anything I was saying basically saying I was fine went to a foot doctor the next day I need surgery. Today I went to get my yearly fmla paperwork filled out for work she wouldnt do it and was arguing with me I have insurance and she treated me bad I can only imagine the ones that dont.

Everyone there was so nice. Also really great with my kids...But, I also heard loudly, receptionist talking about other patients, by name, in a very bad way.Someone needs to speak to them about Hippa privacy laws, and common courtesy. It was just one receptionist though. The other receptionists were super nice, and seemed to be irritated with the one Unprofessional receptionist. Our overall experience though was great. Cant let one bad egg bother you. Theres always gonna be that one bad person, wherever you go.

Made an appointment for fmla for work due to not able to hand it to the front desk lady who doesnt want to do there job and tells me I have to make an appointment, made one called to make sure and load and behold there is no appointment so due to this mishap I have to inform segwick the drs office crusader didnt take me seriously and I have to keep having leg pain til god knows when. So I do not recommending people to go here its a joke. Be sure if you do to get every information you have before your appointment is wiped off the slate becuase you will not be informed you will be left hanging there wondering. They didnt give me a card and the lady said she set up an appointment for Aug 14th so I could see her but never gave me a card. And I was replaced with kids for school physicals. This place is a joke.

Worse experience imaginable. Never felt so violated and intruded in my life. The doctors are horrible and dont listen.the nurses are just as bad. Why anyone would visit this health care facility is beyond me. Ive gone twice. I thought Id give them a second chance. My 2nd visit was worse than the 1st. Horrible people and place. Will be going to a new doctor not associated with crusader clinic.

Whether it is Eat State, Broadway, Loves Park, or any of their locations, you are treated the same; like low class citizens. I ven have good insurance. They can say what they want but you are not treated this way at regular non-discounted medical offices. The doctors can be very disconnected, greatly lack empathy, and sometimes even plain rude. I feel a huge communication problem between me, the doctor and staff. Things are not gone over thoroughly and communicated to you thoroughly. Being insulin dependent and suffering neuropathy all over and other issues, Im going to have to stop going there to get any better. I have good insurance so I dont know why I have continued going there and getting such poor care and rude treatment

Dumbest establishment... walked in to be seen for a sinus infection; my last dr was here.. not a person waiting in sight. Pull me back to say they dont take walk ins.. when their sign says everyone welcome. Seriously couldnt see me and put an order in for antibiotics...

Ive been here numerous times, the staff has always been great and informative, the facility is clean and well-kept, and everyone is nice here...I would recommend this place to everyone

Horrible place ...dreadful! Made my son wait two weeks to be seen by a dentist. We went to another place and they were excellent!

I was searching for a new doctor looked here and got set up. My first visit was fine besides the fact that they prescribed me medication for a hypotyroid when I didnt need it. I have asthma and I need a refill of my rescue inhaler and I have not been able to reach anyone in the building I waited on hold for over 45 minutes to try to make an appointment several time to no avail. They dont even have a voicemail. I just tried calling again this morning and I only got a dial tone. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Now I still need a doctor to refill my prescription because im almost out.

Every visit that i and my children have had have been geat fast and friendly.love the staff they always make is feel comfortable.

I went to see Valisa Patel for a eye problem she basically told me since I didnt have insurance it was nothing she could doAnd was looking at me like why did you come here. Cant wait for open enrollment comes open at my job.

I wish there was a zero stars option. They keep billing me instead of my insurance, we have walked them through how to bill it multiple times. Today the billing people called and hung up on me then called back threatening to send it to collections. Delta dental told me they have records of them calling the group line not the one for personal accounts. They are either incompetent or just being lazy and intentionally calling the wrong line to send me the bill.This place is a disgrace and Ill never go in there again. Its honestly worse than the freakin VA.

That person acts like its a privilege to speak to them, and when you leave a message for a doctor or their nurse to call back, they dont return calls. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and care. Laura Riccardo/Slavicek is NOT a doctor and just a physician assistant whos only job is to prescribe medication. She does not have enough experience to do the job correctly or have the knowledge of all the medication she prescribes or the side effects of the medications or how they may interact with each other. I believe she must get paid or Crusader Clinic must get money from the drug companies for all of the prescription that they hand out. One day Laura Riccardo/Slavicek will cause great harm to her patients and possible death to somebody for all the meds she wants to put patients on. Do NOT go to Crusader Clinic or go see Laura Riccardo/Slavicek!!!!!

I do not agree with the persons bad review of crusader clinic and of laura ricardo in particular.its a good place, She is not a dr but niether is half the people u see at any clinic and she is very knowledgeable about what shes doing. I believe she specializes in hypertension/blood pressure. No one is perfect and of course they are going to mostly prescribe medication because thats mostly all anyone can do. U wouldnt go in for a tummy ache and expect someone to go well lets take a look, scalpel!!!

This facility is the worse healthcare I have ever received. They are uncaring and judgemental. Thought it was just 1 pompass doctor so changed doctors only to still be treated with callous indifference due to my history. Im honest about my past and it is just that, my past. I tell my doctors about it so that they can adequately take care of me not so they can sit in judgement of and treat me with bias and distain.

I love that the doctor took the time to run an extra test I needed right then and there so I didnt have to pay an extra co-pays. I wouldnt have expected her to check when my last PAP was.

Me and a doctor both laughed about how the world would be a better place if Hitler won.

Great people and services. They always put their patients first.
