5+ years and Ive never had a bad experience; never rushed! Dr. Moore is great. Everyone at this practice is professional, friendly, thorough, and incredibly competent. Convenient location with excellent facilities/equipment. I have high standards for my medical professionals. I’m happy to say these continue to be met by the team at Moore Smiles.

WOW! I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Moore and his amazing staff! I have been blown away by the impeccable patient care I have experienced so far! The kindness and compassion each staff member has shown me is like none other. I was very nervous about getting my very first root canal. They were so patient explaining the process with me and even provided me a headset with a music playlist of my choice to drown out the noise! I felt so comfortable and at ease. I am so thankful to be under the care of Dr. Moore.

I get really anxious about going to dentist, being at the dentist, thinking about the dentist... Really anything dentist related. This is the first dentist that Ive ever tried with sedation dentistry and its literally life changing. Everyone here is so nice. So understanding. So wonderful about everything. It really is the best dentist Ive ever been to. If youve been putting off going to the dentist because its been so long, this is the place to come. They dont make you feel bad. They just want to help make your teeth the best they can be.

Cant sing their praises enough. Just took my 86 year old mother who lives in Georgia there while she was in town. She had a broken tooth that she was very self conscious about. They took her in with no insurance, within a couple of days of calling for an appointment and was able (on the spot) to do a root canal and make her a new tooth - all at a very fair price. More than all of this, though, was the kindness, professionalism and care they showed to my mom who was very nervous about the whole thing. Jessica, Jamie and Dr. Moore all were beyond patient with her and their kindness made her feel so comfortable and cared for and additionally they were joking with her to help ease her mind and nervousness. This office absolutely knows how to treat their patients! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! 100%!! Thank you all!! :)

I love this place. Its the third dentist Ive been too and I have finally found somewhere I want to stay. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable; massage chairs, television, even blankets. The staff are the nicest people and make me look forward to coming in for my next visit.

I cannot possibly explain just how amazing Dr.Moore and his team are. Super knowledgeable and kind. I was so embarrassed and nervous, but all that faded once I came here. Absolutely amazing practice. I am about to move 100 miles away and will be making the trip to see them every time. Best dental practice out there!!!

The hygienists are honestly great and I make the drive here to get all my cleanings but the dentist is 0 for 3 in my opinion.... I’ve had 3 different appts needing fillings and all 3 times they bring me back, get numb then literally disappear for at least an hour (last time it was 1 hour 30 minutes). Right now I’m sitting in the chair (numb over an hour and 15 min ago) and looking at a sign asking for a 5 star rating to get put in their quarterly drawing.... I’ve never wrote a google review before but this is getting ridiculous and I’m finding a new dentist who values my time.

Ive only been a patient for a couple of years, but I should have make the switch to them years before I did. Their dental exams and prosed plan for the work I needed was very helpful. Thanks to their educational explanations, I have employed several new dental care techniques. Much to my benefit, I might add. The entire staff at Moores are very friendly and competent. Dont forget to floss and brush twice daily.

This place is fantastic. Not only does the office look amazing, the staff are even better. They do whatever they can to make you comfortable. They have massage chairs, tvs, and even offer blankets. I cant say enough about the staff. They are so friendly and professional. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been coming here for several years. The staff is great and I have actually recommended to some friends...which says a lot.I have a horrible gag reflex that they are great about working with.

Dr. Moore is a really great guy and he has very friendly staff. They are usually very prompt and get cleanings done quickly. The office has very comfortable chairs and TVs available for each chair if you have to spend a lot of time there (I did spend a lot of time there for lots of procedures a couple years ago). They can make crowns in office and are willing to make sure they get one with the best fit. My only issue is that they arent in my dental plan network since I moved back to the area, but I like them so much that I still use him as my dentist, even though it costs me some out of pocket money.

Everyone who works here is very friendly and very nice people. They really do good work. I’ve done whitening and crowns and now I’m doing implants! Really happy with their work.

He tried to make our family to keep visiting him for nothing. We spent so much money and finally realized. He completely damaged my daughters molar tooth by pressing too hard during root canal and the whole root cracked a couple of years later. She now lost this tooth permanently at age of 16.

Chill and friendly staff. Very flexible and down to earth. Dr. Moore always talks things over and never talks down to you. Havent had a single issue since I started seeing him.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore since he finished dental school. I have followed him through 3 offices. I cannot imagine seeing any other dentist. Before going to Dr. Moore I hated going to the dentist, but now I dont mind going, and I actually go voluntarily every 3 months. The office staff are always courteous and friendly. Liz is very knowledgeable and I enjoy her personality. Dr. Moore and Liz believe in health education which begins with the mouth.I give the entire practice a 5/5.WOULD NOT GO ANY OTHER PLACE!

Dr. Shawn is the best dentist in the city of Louisville. Our entire family loves him and his staff. I have never had pain. In fact, I had a root canal and didnt even realize he was doing it until it was over. My children would go to him without even needing me in the room, when they were very young.

I started going here because a friend of mine works there, Miranda Brightup. She is a childhood friend and I am so glad because they are amazing! The staff Is so nice and understanding (I know because I’ve had to cancel and reschedule a lot of appointments lol). They are so easy to get appointments with, they are professional and never make you wait for your appointment times. The staff is diligent and the office is very clean! I recently had my wisdom teeth out at an oral surgeons office and I didn’t have much luck getting in for a check up because I felt like something was wrong. Moore Smiles got me in the same day I called. They put me at ease and even sent me home with things that would help my healing process. For an office to go that far out of their way to help me even though I didn’t get my extraction done there was amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else!
