He took so much time to do the examination and explain my issue and the surgery I need.Highly skilled ,knowledgeable,organized and professional.I have had other family members and friends treated by Dr.Lee and we are all very happy with the care he provides.Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience here from start to finish with my knee injury...I tore my meniscus and was able to get into surgery the very next morning with Dr. Lee at Hollywood Presbyterian! They performed a meniscus-repair surgery and Dr. Jai Lee and his staff at the orthopedic clinic were so thorough and professional from start to finish. He is a top surgeon when it comes to knees. He salvaged my meniscus/repaired it and I am so thankful to be back to exercising and training...Very thankful and grateful for Dr. Lee & the folks over at Hollywood Presbyterian!

I could give zero star if I could. Incompetent staff!! Lost my moms x-ray CD that she brought in from ER and claims that it was given back to her. Dont waste your time and money here where they lose the patients confidential information and puts the blame on the patient. Just walked out of there, they wasted my time trying to look for the CD that shouldve been kept in her chart. I would NEVER let my mom go under surgery with such uncaring doctor and his staff.Update:Dr.Lee told my mom that she must have a surgery for her broken wrist when in fact it was nowhere near m needed when I took her for a second opinion. AVOID AT ALL COST. They see patients just as money. It is unethical and unprofessional to recommend unnecessary surgery just for monetary gain.

Went to Dr. Lee for a broken big toe and some back pain. He gave me a full range of treatment options, and he was very thorough with answering my questions. I followed his plan over 6 weeks, and I’m all healed. He’s a terrific doctor and everything went smoothly through my insurance

This was the WORST Dr. Ive ever seen. When I told him I wasnt sure exactly where the pain was in my leg, he asked me why I came here when I dont even know where my pain was and he is not GOD.I was so shocked. So I asked why he was getting mad at me. He looked at me and rolled his eyes.UNBELIEVABLE!!! How can anyone trust someone like that as Dr. Hard to believe someone like that is running Dr. office and I really advise no one to go there. I

I waited two hours and he saw me for minutes. He came across like he didnt care about my needs. I have been waiting for months to get my authorization to for physical therapy. I called the office and they didnt speak very good english. It was hard to understand communication wise. For my authorization, they kept saying we will look into and call you back. They have not once called me back. I have been in much back pain waiting. I am no longer going here. I dont recommend this doctor.

I arrived at my appointment they did not have the files that had been previously expedite faxed them two weeks prior to my appointment I have my office fax them twice which is 40 pages total they got the second time. The front office desk hardly spoke English I asked if they spoke Spanish not available post office I had not been seen two hours had passed I told him I was leaving and then I will return tomorrow if they do not want to leave the next day but I told them if I return tomorrow at 2 oclock I expect to be seen momentarily not walk in sit and wait text me about maybe 20 minutes into a hallway waiting to be seen as a secondary waiting room then 15 minutes later referring to my previous doctors notes not looking at anything as media x-rays or MRIS and says that he can perform the surgery thats what I wanted to and I decided not to have discussed it and Im unsatisfied

They even took x-ray without doctors order and still charged to me. On their bill, they double charged on a same service and over charged on doc. visit and evaluation service to insurance and ask their patient to pay whatever the insurance did not cover. They are obsessive about the charges. For one time visit, I got a bill over $400 with insurance covered. My insurance is PPO.

This place exaggerates about getting surgery. Never trust the doctor. I broke my ankle so I went here, he said I need surgery, so I went to a different hospital and they said that surgery was not necessary and it would give negative affects toward rather than helping me. I dont know what to say. The first job of a doctor is to care about the patient first not surgery. Just because surgery earns you a lot of money doesnt mean you lie to the patient.

They didn’t even have software to read my xrays from urgent care. I waited for 2 hrs even with an appointment. Really wish I read the reviews first, this place is HORRIBLE!!! Worst doctor ever

The Doctor is a racist de had a appointment at 10:30 it was 1:30 and he was taking care of al the korean patients and when we asked he said it was emergencys first and that my mom had came before and she refused her cast he said he didnt care to wait if i wanted or leave. For him to be a Doctor he is the worst.

Patients who go to the hospital because they are sick are all weak. He is in a position where he has no choice but to endure even with patients with an impersonal attitude.I understood, thinking, that if I deal with only sick people, I will get tired and become mechanical and apathetic due to inertia. stillAs a person who does good to heal and restore the sick with the wonderful talents given by heaven, I would be grateful if you could treat the patients more kindly and warmly with compassion.

There are no orthopedic surgeons in Koreatown, so I have no choice but to go.I thought I was giving too much money

Even after receiving surgery from Dr. Jaehwang Lee, I have to go to the hospital until I am completely healed, but every time I go, the hospital bills are negligible. A place that only knows money
