I liked the service of this center very much. Everything is done professionally. The doctor examined me professionally, then the glasses were quickly picked up. I wish your medical center development and more clients. I recommend to all .

Absolutely one of most pathetic experiences Ive recently had to ensure. Susie is the most immature and unprofessional individual that also lied, stating that I made an appointment and cancelled prior to them even receiving the referral, which proved it false. I tried to get an understanding as to where the documents received came from and she had no clue. Suzie then advisors me of playing games due to my questions and her lack of competence. They also never responded to the calls left on their service after hours. I asked my insurance to call and speak to her partner Bernie and she was about as unprofessional as this immature Susie was.Word for the wise, stay far from this unprofessional office as you will never obtain the respect or professionalism that one would expect from a office like this. If this is a reflection of the doctors, thats something to be said and if not and it was my office, I would no doubt, replace this staff with professional, respectful staff so as not to treat new patients like dirt.Hope this helps others.

Words are not enough to thank Dr. Macy and his wonderful staff for the professionalism and excellent customer service! Bernie was a blessing to me for sharing her positiveness on my recovery and help with the paperwork and follow ups. I highly recommend their clinic and services!

Dr. Macy performed my Lasik procedure over twenty years ago. I just had my eyes routinely checked today and my distance vision is still 20/15. After age 50 Ive needed readers, but I knew that was to be expected. Im very grateful for this wonderful gift of eye sight. Thank you Dr. Macy!

Extremely informative, didnt rush me out, and was there to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable and at ease with the knowledge and professionalism Dr Macy showed. Front staff and optical department were also very helpful.

Dr Macy is the the gold standard for all aspects of eye care. I dreaded having surgery and he and his excellent staff made it easy, almost pleasant. His follow-up care is also outstanding. I have learned that I can trust him completely.

Horribly disappointing. He could not measure my eye for cataract surgery nor did he ever give me the prescription for the refraction he supposedly performed. He then charged Medicare almost $ 1,000.00 for procedures he did not complete. If he cannot measure your eyeball, would you let him do YOUR CATARACT surgery. I would say ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

Horrible! The worst eye clinic I have been to in Los Angeles. This doctor Macy is very old and should retire! I only say this because he has other people giving out prescriptions under his clinic name and doing it wrong and wasting time and it made me very ill for two weeks because the prescription was wrong. Two of us went to see Dr. Macy and only one of us saw him. One of his assistants took care of one of us that gave the wrong prescription. The one that saw Dr Macy, he did a half check up job only saw him for 5 minutes and before that his personal assistant screwed up majorly and made childish uncalled for insults. This place is very slow and unprofessional way over priced. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go here. Stay Away run dont walk.
