I appreciate your hard-work. My sister was clean and composed. The staff was polite and attentive. My experience was short and positive. My sisters complaint is that her roommate mounds all night and keeps her up. Thank you for taking care of my sister.

This is a great place to have your loved taken care of. The staff from top to bottom are fully dedicated in giving the best care to the residents. The nursing staff headed by a very hands-on Director of Nursing conduct daily monitoring of progress of each resident. Well done, Sharon Care!

Horrible place! Awful, awful, awful! Cost over $9,900 per month for this hell hole. Should be shut down. All food is processed/canned and tastes as terrible as the staff and care provided...which is lacking of the word CARE in general. Homeless and state folks in with regular paying patients, 3 to a room and sharing a bathroom. Gross! There’s hardly any staff. A month long stay and never once saw a doctor on staff. They do have an NP whom is very nice but she isn’t here round the clock and no care on weekends it seems at all. The staff are hard to communicate with and patients are just not cared for in a way that should be mandated by the state or city.This place needs shut down like yesterday!!!!

The reception at this facility is awesome her assistants and friendly disposition making coming here to see my family member almost bearable. She is always so upbeat and helpful I wish more people in the health care places like this where as awesome as she is.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE 1 to Sharron Care Center. You will be Sorry if you do. They are Extremely NEGLECTFUL!! You have to STAY on top them just to make sure Your Love 1 gets ANY Attention for Care & Meditation. This place is Not even a place for a Stable patient who has a short recovery, less known someone who’s in need of real medical attention & recovery. No No No... DO NOT TAKE Anyone YOU LOVE to this Hell. Or Read the Reviews then decide.

Extremely friendly and helpful BOTH to guests and patients!!!!!!!

This is a terrible place to send a loved one they neglect patients here they lack cleanliness and belongings of the residents are stolen and never replaced the staff are rude dismissive and very disrespectful and on some occasions abusive to the elderly and handicapped residents this place needs to be shut down. My mother is currently here for rehabilitation and is hell on earth dealing with the staff you probably wont even get anyone on the phone to report a problem the doctor is never there overall a trash place for elderly or handicap people to be.

Clara was the best CNA she took very good care of my mother, attentive, my mother needed a lot of assistance since she couldnt walk, she was constantly very drowsy, needed diaper changed periodically. But, the facility is a disaster, doctor is never there.

Every time differs

I spent 12 hours here before calling my family and getting removed. I was placed in a room with three other patients with barely enough room to get out of bed; I couldnt get a wheel chair next to it. The room was hot and stuffy and the air conditioning didnt make it to my part of the room. The patient next to me suffered from vertigo and screamed throughout the night. They couldnt meet my dietary needs even though they said they could when I interviewed them over the phone. Lastly, they tried to entice me to stay by offering me the pain killers I should have received when I arrived, and demanded that I sign a release, which I refused.

Please do not bring your love one here this place is horrible the staff is not very knowledgeable my mother is always in pain they do nothing to help her every time I call the center their lines are always down apparently they always have technical difficulties with their phone lines every time I call my mom to her personal cell phone I always here nurses/ staff members yelling at the patients and theirs never a doctor on site, also theirs no surveillance cameras in the facility personal belongings always end up missing and the staff is not very helpful when that happens I only gave them 1 star rating because it’s required in order to leave a review but I would give them anything other then a -0 please don’t not leave your family or friends under the care of Sharon Care Center they are bad and they should be shut down by the State

We took our mom - Never thought I see such a trouble people and place - They dont care for nothing - I called and try to talk to some one in charge- there is no one in charge - I do not recommend anybody to use this placeabsolutely trouble and Horrible

There are very inefficient ,dirty ,there are changing dentures from one mouth to another , they broke my dads hearing aid , most of the assistant nurses are none spoken English, difficult to communicates, they use very cheap food ingredients, if you have other choices dont use this facility
