Went to go see someone I know

I was severely injured and was transferred from a hospital to Alexandria to get through 6 weeks in full-size casts on both legs and a fractured right shoulder. I have never before experienced the uncompromised compassion delivered to the residents of Alexandria. Im leaving soon, healed up and to continue my life. As a good person, I stand humbled.

5/2018 - Seems like a decent place (they seem to be staffed quite well) for a patient, but if you try to phone a patient they are so bad. On wait for 10-15 minutes, phone disconnects, transferred to the wrong patient. Just a terrible system they have there. The phone has to be physically carried to the patient for some patients. Needs major improvement. Also as with most places the food is way sub- par, could be due to the fact tasty food may not be good for the diet. Although they are supposed to have valet parking, but parking can be a challenge, as the streets are crowded.

They don’t anything but tell yell to the patients! They let them cry all day/night. They’re getting paid to attend the patient but all they do is go to the back be on their phone or to the front and smoke cigarettes with other people. I wouldn’t trust them with the care of anyone.

I absolutely love ACC. The staff are friendly, welcoming, the facility is clean, and tidy.

On June 9th 2018 my brother was transferred to Alexandria Care Center and the staff here is really friendly, Seniquina Overton CNA really did a GREAT job helping my disable brother. I highly recommend!!

Friendly staff very responsive the place is clean there is times when things happen but it’s understandable I do recommend the facility

Walked in all i could smell was urine in the hallways not clean wow !!! Nurses where ok i guess .

A lot people like staff..... like RACE!! That belong too the DEVIL!

My brother was for 3 months in this place. This place does not deserve even a star. Most staff are not loyal to patients. They do not give them the necessary care. To the patients. This care center should not exist. I make a call to the corresponding authorities to investigate this place for all the irregularities that exist within this place. Every day they give them the same food. On one occasion I watched as a Filipina shouted at a patient. This place is crazy. Patients look at them as an account. Not how people.
