My relative told me about their product, which I will introduce to my son. He has pediatric ADHD and I am tired of his drugs. I want him to have a good alternative. Called and the customer service lady was very friendly and informed me that during corona they are still providing product and advice.

Met a representative of Neurosigma at a Chamber of Commerce event. They recommended their treatment to me, for my grandchild, for pediatric ADHD. Were very friendly when I called. I will purchase their product, called ETNS. Very good choice instead of drugs.

I spoke to a customer service representative/marketing employee that gave me a short summary about the product, its history, testing, and cost. Seems like they got approval to sell in the U.S. pretty recently.I havent spoken to my daughters physician about it yet but they seem to have a nice alternative to drugs.

Same experience as the previous review. I cant speak to the product, but the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude.

Submitted an online contact form weeks ago, and no response. Called in for information and the person who answered was short, rude, and hung up on me simply for asking how I could find out more information! Terrible customer service.
