Case management is horrible. They gaslight me. Making me feel like Im not taking a proactive approach to treatment when, in reality, they just dont want to help you in the way you say you need. I ask psychiatry for anxiety meds, they me give me 1,001 reasons they cant do it when in reality they just wont. I even had one of their psychiatrists call me a good actor. I ask to be helped with my housing search, they tell me right after I ask that I dont ask. Its just a bunch of games with these people. Also, I have asked to be transferred several times and they will not give me a new case manager. I have even been threatened by one of their so called supervisors.A terrible experience.Wouldnot recommend.

Took my sons info made an appointment to come to my house then called the day before to cancel because they didnt have funding. That doesnt make sense because they took my childs insurance information. I thought this was going to be a real help as I am a disabled mom who doesnt drive.. guess it was too good to be true
