Hi google member I went back again to the secret laser clinic first time I had prp and Botox done was amazing . Today I went back and had another PRP microneedling done the Rn Ellen was amazing very helpful kind she will tell you about the process and takes her time with the procedure and everyone in secret laser clinic team was awesome kind and very welcoming I love this place a lot and recommend this to everyone I’m sure you guys will love this place too can’t wait to go back soon

Do not waste your money had a microneddling the lady was unsure of what she was doing had this procedure before somewhere else and the results were much better at the other place. Will not be returning.

I came here for botox and filler and had a consultation with their doctor who was an extremely good communicator. I was able to know exactly what I needed and was walked through my procedure from start to finish by the nurse. My forehead looks amazing from the botox and so does my lip. I used two syringes of Juvederm and the results were amazing. Would definitely come back!

About a week ago, I visited Secret Laser Clinic after hearing my friends positive reviews. I came in for the PRP with micro-needling procedure! First of all, the nurse took care of my skin very professionally, attentively, and gently. I came in and told the specialist about my complex regions, which was my forehead wrinkle and the lack of elasticity on my cheeks. She kindly recommended me skin botox, and a week later I am so so happy about the results. My skin looks smooth and wrinkle-free (no heaviness whatsoever), and has so much life in it! I really want to show my appreciation to the specialist and the consultant at the front : ) (Also, the procedures were very clean and I saw that they were trying their best to maintain cleanliness.) I am definitely looking forward to coming back!

They were extremely rude and did not listen to my questions or my concerns. they dont have the ability to listen or have a normal conversation. You are in America not in Korea, act like it, its called customer service. And they say SPECIAL request. That is a lie. I just asked for them to do the regular time of 20 minutes what Laser Genesis is. they said theyre only doing 10 minutes and more is a special request. Thats not a special request thats me getting my moneys worth if thats a special request its a scam.no special requests here they just want to sell you something cheap and quick and then if you ask a question its a special request. Im going to report it to the medical board.

Amazing experience! I used groupon for laser genesis and it was an incredibly seamless experience with a great nurse. This is my third time trying laser genesis but first time at Secret Laser Clinic. This has been the best experience by far. I’ll be back!!

Nice Salon. Got a PRP micro needling by Jennifer. The blood draw was easy an treatment great. I didn’t give 5 stars because Jennifer was very rough. When she was removing the numbing cream she used a very strong hand. I get like my skin was being rubbed off. If she’d be a little more gentle an inform you of what steps were taking place during the treatment. I return back an maybe try another esthetician.

So as I walked in, the people are really kind. I received the PDO thread lifting and filler injection procedures here. I was happy that the PDO thread lifting result came out immediately and filler injection is very natural and the shape of my face is so good. Thank you guys.

Took my mom for consultation last year and she came back looking 10 years younger with sculptra injections/fillers/laser procedures. They gave us such a good deal that I wanted to go back for myself. I love getting botox and I will choose secret laser over anywhere else because other places can never get it right (either its not effective or my eyebrows end up looking weird). The nurses here give me that natural change with botox and fillers. Cant forget to say their genesis laser and microneedling procedure is amazing! All their procedures are decently priced and if you get a package deal the owner throws in some goodies for you! Wish I had more time to go every week!

SCAM operation it seems. when i asked about a simple LASER GENESIS treatment they asked me if im korean or white . I said its usually 20 minutes not 10, and what machine they have (its a cheap knock off, not licensed CUTERA). She said I am sacred yiu are going to be a problem customer , and yiu have a special request. NO - NO SPECIAL REQUEST dummy! Just do yiur job, and give me my GROUPONs moneys worth! and then they asked me to bring previous records from a laser genesis, after they scheduled my appointment. .Thats invasion of privacy! They had three people talk to me over the phone to get very very nervous. No doctors appointment is needed for Laser Genesis, thats because you are doing something illegal. Because theyre afraid people sue them. Be aware of this place avoid it and report it
