So Ive never had anyone (including myself) take care of my skin the way that Caela did when I went to see her. She was gentle and patient and answered my questions about services she recommended with professionalism and a lot of knowledge. I was originally the most excited about dermaplaning, but ended up falling in love with peel and the hydrafacial and extractions she did. When I got there I wasnt sure what was going to be best for my skin, so I told Caela I just want my skin to look like yours as a joke--OMG. I literally left glowing after one visit, and I cant wait to go back. I honest to God feel like a freaking celebrity right now. So get ready Los Angeles, my skin is gorgeous and I cant be stopped now lol

Josh is amazing! He is not only so nice, but so professional and knows so and high level of expertise makes such a huge difference in his treatments he offers!! He loves what he does and it shows and you feel so comfortable its no wonder he is well known for his treatments and thats without being on Instagram hes way to busy treating clients! Im excited to try his new LED Wand he has come out with !! Its gotten great reviews check it out!

Joshua was excellent! He saw me right away and took his time during the consult to analyze my skin, understand my current skincare routine, assess for any concerns, provide assurance for all of my concerns, and provided me with fantastic recommendations and tips that I have incorporated in my skin care routine. He applied the Enlighten Rx Depigmentation Mask and he described what he was doing as he was doing it. He knew this was the first major skin care treatment that I was doing and super thoughtful in answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and calling to check in. An added bonus + I am a person of color and he knew the proper course of treatment for ethnic skin!!! His expertise was evident. Additionally, he was incredibly professional and such a gem!! I highly recommend him and the SkinLab to anyone :)

Fantastic place! Josh is so real and kind and knows what he is talking about. He made me feel comfortable and we discussed what would work best for me, nothing over the top. I met Jason recently and he was so gracious, professional, also knew what he was talking about; I had an IPL procedure on my lower legs.Skinlab is the hidden jewel of West Hollywood. :)

This place is amazing. Josh really helped me with his expertise. He was able to contour the skin under my chin and make my neck more defined. Thats the best way I can describe it. In other words, the Skin Tightening technique was a life saver before my photo shoot. Thanks Ross SkinLabs. Also saw a Beverly Hills Housewife ahead of me. Its a nice place to pamper yourself.

I did cool sculpting here a year ago with josh and was so happy with my results I just came in to have a second area done. I am a pretty fit 43 year-old male but self-conscious about the bit of fat around my belt line. It is definitely worth the price and your trouble spots just slowly flatten out and never comes back!DO IT.Thanks Josh!

They fine tune every facial to my specific skin type, and got me on a regimen that really works for all my problem areas. I love ROSS Skinlab, and have been coming here for a few years now. From facials to skin tightening (which I highly recommend) the space is lovely and Josh is fun to chat with during the treatment. Definitely a hidden gem inside the clinic in West Hollywood!

I have been researching coolsculpting for a while now and have been hearing some amazing reviews from friends who have been to skin lab and seen Josh. As soon as I walked in the door he greeted me immediately. So friendly and sweet. Not to mention so informative about all the treatment options. His staff is so friendly as well. I ended up going with coolsculpting. While I was sitting and having my treatments done, Tessa was so kind to go and grab me a salad and a juice. I am so pleased with the care by this office. I cannot wait to see the results!

Everyone at SkinLab has been very informative and they really made me feel at ease and comfortable. I trust their knowledge of the treatments especially the Coolsculpting and skin tightening. The space is very clean and modern.

I saw Josh Ross and Ashley today. I recieved a skin tightening treatment on the neck and face by Josh and a hydrafacial by Ashley. I will definately be back to see them both.
