My experience with this office and staff was amazing! Ive always had a problem with baby fat around my face, and no matter how much Id workout and loose weight the fat around my chin wouldnt budge. I had two cycles done on my chin and saw an incredible difference in how my face had looked two months after the treatment. I really encourage other people who are interested in cool sculpting to exercise, drink water and eat well after coolsculpting to get the best possible results. Linda and Marine were both very friendly and helpful throughout my treatment! Dr. Aggarwal is very generous and made sure I was happy with my results, I am very happy! I will be coming back with friends and plan to get treatment for my back and arms very soon :)

I have had terrible experiences in the past getting my blood drawn. Each and every time Ive had my blood drawn at PlatinumCare LA more specifically by nurse Amy it has been pain free. Amy is a total professional.Cheers

I love this place ! Dr. A and his staff are kind and helpful . The office was clean and convienently located with good parking .When I first came in i reviewed my paper work quickly on an iPad . Then I was taken back into the office . I told DR A and his assistant my problem areas and they marked them afterwards you get a personal room where you can watch tv while you get your treatment done . Can’t wait to see the results !

I went in for full body sculpting. It was a course of about 8 hours. They were very accommodating with their services, kept me hydrated, netflix movies, brought me strawberries and a salad and just overall very attentive. The very tech savvy and had me plugged with 3 machines at a time, meaning 3 areas of concerns were being treated at once. That’s awesome bc most places only do one area at a time and it was nice to knock out so much at once. The procedure itself wasn’t painful, but a little uncomfortable. Each area is treated for about 35 minutes. The first 3-4 mins are the most uncomfortable as then your body kinda gets numb so you don’t feel anything after. If you’re thinking about getting coolsculpting done, this is definitely the best place for it because all the staff is certified by coolsculpting to handle this equipment and help you achieve the best results! Can’t wait to see how I look in 30- 60 days!

I had a great experience for Platinumcare LA to do my money mommy makeover with cool sculpting. I got cool sculpting on my abdomen my flanks and my back and wow what a difference! At platinumCare LA Dr. Agarwal was extremely knowledgeable had a ton of experience and you exactly how to direct all my treatments. I felt very comfortable. Linda and marine both took care of you with exceptional care and I felt very safe and felt like they knew what they were doing.
