THE BEST! Unlike any other cosmetic boutique I have ever been to. They spend so much time discussing my goals, listening to my concerns and helping me create a plan to help me look my best. My wife needed some Botox and fillers we went to GoodSkin LA. They injected the Botox without issue. They performed an under eye procedure with filler which looked great for a few hours. The following day We had to return and have the under eye fillers dissolved. My wife was traumatized by the outcome to say the least. Her lower eye area swelled, turned dark red and generally looked as though she had gone a few rounds with Mike Tyson.Today they injected an enzyme to dissolve the fillers and we’re hoping her face will look normal again. As you can imagine my wife is extremely traumatized and I completely understand. We paid a lot of money that day and certainly did not get what we paid for. I LOVE this place! This was my third time today. I am an actress, and it is important to me to not overdo any of this. They really listen to my concerns of not having too much of anything. If I ask to do a bit less than what they recommend they are happy to try that. I can always go back and get more if needed. But I am basically just being preventative right now ( I am 34 and lucky with my skin) . They really know how to make me look more symmetrical and nobody can tell anything has been done on my face. I get jaw/masseter muscle botox done too and it works great as well. This place is one of the bests and if you dont want to risk being messed with your face, come here, 100% you wont be disappointed.

Ive been seeing Lauren Pack for my untouched look. Ive had several procedures done including threads and no one can figure out what was done to my face other than I look really refreshed. I LOVE this Med Spa from the super cute lobby to the staff! They are beyond accommodating and attentive. Going into the appointment, I wanted to address the loss of volume in my face. My left side was looking a little deflated. This is my first review ever. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at GoodSkin LA. I’ve been seeing Alex, Lisa and Lauren for the last few months to help correct an asymmetry in my face caused by bone and collagen loss and it’s been a fantastic experience. I had done injectables and Botox before, but I’d usually develop bruises a few days after the treatments. I found GoodSkin through a co-worker who always looks flawless. Man am I glad I asked her how! I’ve been going to see them for the last year and it has been completely life changing. I am 33 and had never done anything for my skin other than drop thousands of dollars at Sephora on makeup and serums haha. When I went in initially I had pretty significant acne scars and was starting to look tired all the time. The office itself is beyond adorable and every single person who works there is warm welcoming and kind. I would call myself a reluctant patient at first, but during my consultation it became clear that they really know their stuff. I never would have guessed he was seeking professional help because he always looked so natural, not frozen or filled. Rather, he appears refreshed and rested. Knowing his hectic work schedule and that he is on a plane more often than not, I had to know the secret. It’s not some miracle serum, but it might as well be as it is just as easy. Simply, it’s quarterly visits to Lisa and Lauren at GoodSkin.Living in a major city, I find it disconcerting how constantly I run into same exact altered face on so many different people. You know it... puffy cheeks, too large lips, shocked expression. A look that conveys that one must have just received some ghastly news that won’t dissipate for 3 - 6 months. Clones! Just to be perfectly clear, the aforementioned text is exactly how one would have described my look for about a decade before I realized I’d rather live with the lessening volume in my cheeks than resemble a chipmunk, and half the ladies waiting at the valet at Saks. This is why I was so skeptical to find out that my friend attributed his fresh faced glow to thoughtfully placed Botox (and maybe some filler). I sent GoodSkin a text to get some more information. Yes. A text. A medical office operating with the conveniences afforded by the year 2019. I immediately heard back from Bo, the patient coordinator, who set up a video conference for the following day. I expressed my #1 concern: the lack of elasticity, and sag, in my mid face. Things felt right when I wasn’t immediately directed to the hamster wheel of filling and refilling deflated cheeks. I truly value the open and honest feedback I received from Bo, Lauren and Lisa along the way. I was never made to feel uncomfortable. In fact, I felt amazing all the way to the chic West Village townhome from which GoodSkin operates while on the east coast. The moment I walked in, I knew I wanted whatever they were serving at GoodSkin. I sat between two other patrons exhibiting the same signs of rest and relaxation, like glowing skin and restful eyes, as my friend. Now for the review of the actual thread lift: just look at the photo below! The left side of my face is lifted by two dissolvable threads. The right side of my face exhibits years of living, most without sunscreen, and therefore some sagging. I wouldn’t say the process was totally painless; however, it manageable and took less than 20 minutes to complete. I don’t know how many years were shaved off my face, but when I catch my reflection in the mirror I have to force myself not to smile (a few days post, smiling is still uncomfortable). Lauren generously offered to dissolved the under eye filler that had been lingering for several years and was leaving me looking puffy and uneven. Something she didn’t have to do, but really meant a lot to me. Its the details, and the warmth, that will keep me coming back to see Lauren and Lisa. I made my next appointment before I even left my first. I love that Lauren and Lisa want to make me look like the best version of me, not a piecemeal clone byproduct of an office with a revolving door and a “one look fits all” policy. GoodSkin is by far the BEST place in California to attain your anti-aging plan and services. They look at your face as a whole and educate you on what is going on underneath the skins surface [bone loss, jaw tightening pulling down your face, etc] and help you come up with a solid plan for combatting aging with their wide array of services. I had been receiving treatments at other places for years that only treated what I perceived to be a problem area without considering the rest of my face and what was causing that issue in the first place. I should start by saying that I am the least likely person to have become a dedicated Goodskin client. Before being introduced to the staff at Goodskin, I was not interested in anything that would alter my appearance in a way that could be perceived as unnatural or artificial. I work in finance, and most of my clients have known me for more than twenty years. Many of them would find it off-putting if I suddenly showed up with visible signs of cosmetic procedures. However, age and stress have been taking their toll on my physical appearance, noticeably in terms of fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. I had the most amazing experience here at Goodskin LA. The whole team was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am still a little new to the fillers and Botox. They then did a thorough job at explaining what the procedure they would recommend for me. During the procedure they had various tools to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. There are numberous things the team at Goodskin LA does differently from other places. However the thing I most appreciated is the follow up. They texted a few days later to check up on me and then I came in for a follow up. Lauren is super sweet, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. You can tell she really cares about the overall results. I am extremely happy with my results. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
